    @JioCare For god sake can you tell me where you have a proper Jio store which can change my prepaid number to postpaid number? Your website is as useless as Airtel Network....!!!!

    @JioCare @reliancejio I cancelled jio fibre connection on 10sep. I was informed router will be picked in 3days. But till now 25sep,neither router has been picked nor security money refunded. Customer care only rescheduling pick up date. CO no is CO0000P9IHL7. SR no SR00001DS4CY

    @JioCare @reliancejio pathetic service of jio. They dont care if the customer is porting out of bad connectivity. No calls , no followups from last 2 days. This is the attitude of #jio #reliancejio #ambani

    @JioCare @reliancejio So not only me while many people is facing this problem. You can see in screenshot 81 % packet loss in this area. I will DM my details kindly do something to improve it otherwise we have to go with another operators
