@JioCare I have done that many times my dear. But unfortunately you guys don't serve. You just say that many people are using Jio hence you got slow internet speed. And trust me this is the worst ever customer service

@JioCare hello may i know when i get my jio fiber connection. You jio engineer not come at site and they show unreliable response and try to avoid visited site. I pay 2500 deposit last Friday but till I don’t get any response from your end. It’s horrible service.

It's hilarious when the support team only know limited words- such as 'we have noted this as high priority' 'resolving through back end' 'regret for the inconvenience'. So much just to fix one wire! Utter waste of time. @JioCare @reliancejio @fiber_jio
