Now appreciation for @reliancejio as I sent a prepaid request at 3PM and by 4 O'clock, I had a new sim in my hand. Obviously porting will take time but very impressed with their Customer service.

@reliancejio @JioCare I had bought one jio phone thrice the internal mic gone I have given for repair multiple times but after few days again mic won't work hence kept phone aside, Never expect this from Indian Brand @JioCare Details shared in DM still no one responded

@JioCare @reliancejio This service request SR00001FSE1P is getting postponed from last 10days . It is frustrating beyond limit..i am really disappointed with the service. Local service provider is much better in terms of service he resolves the issue in 30mins. #jiofiber
