@JioCare everyday the internet is offline during work hours , if this issue continues I may I have cut all the jio wires running near by my buildings, you are not taking complaints seriously

It’s 13Jan, no one’s bothered about the service requests that have been raised. Moreover, I opened MyJio app only to find that my service request has been shut down without my knowledge. Is that how you treat your loyal customers? @JioCare @reliancejio

@reliancejio I got a request for jio fiber connection then your service manager got a call and they told that will bring only postpaid connection will not bring prepaid connection why is this happening please give me response. Your serviced by Sanjay Kumar Singh Bhojpur Bihar

@JioCare Spoken to appellate number in Jio. They are greater than customer care. They said it takes 39 days to get the complaint resolved. great jio. I hope some one in jio is professional who may get it resolved

@airtelindia Internet down. Number of msgs sent to @Airtel_Presence but no acknowledgment, no response. Am waiting to @reliancejio to setup fiber in my area and the very next day, I will disconnect my Airtel broadband and DTH connection. Such lathargic customer service.
