    @JioCare my fiber plan got exhausted yesterday at 10 p.m. Today I changed my plan and recharged it but have to wait for 12 A.M to use the broadband internet because that is the company policy. Who is that idiot heading Jio Fiber operations?

    @JioCare Fyi. I have raised fhe same issue during Mar'26 and heard the same. What was the action taken during Mar'26? I have not seen any improvement. It seems, Reliance Jio is providing 2G only in our location.

    @JioCare It's just usual link to jiocare app and asking for wait for 3 hours ... This is exact response am hearing from your support team ... I need solution to resolve the connection issue... No reschedule option enabled from yesterday evening
