@JioCare very pathetic service of Jio Sim, Since last 1.5 year complaining about Slow Internet speed & Call also not connected mostly time. But nothing is improved evry time without resolution Ticket closed at your end. Currently i have 4 active Sim. Just want to move with Airtel

Isn't is magic that 15th of every month your fibre breakdown due to construction work as I informed every month by your customer service please teach your service centre guys new story which they can tell us @reliancejio @JioCare is far ahead and better than your service sir.

@JioCare Jio services are very hopeless. I made a disconnection request and was promised refund will come to bank account. Till now not received. Customer care won't connect you to supervisor. @TRAI please take action as they harass the customers after taking advances

@JioCare How many time do I need to register. It's been 2 yrs and everytime I get same response from ur side. Although jio fiber poles are installed in front of house. For how much time do we need to wait for service activation in city????
