    @JioCare If someone doesn’t pay on time, your don’t understand so why should a customer do the same. I request to discontinue my connection and refund me the security deposit. Take your setup box etc, they are useless.

    @JioCare Relocation of my JioFiber connection (SR: LR000015LTQI) was scheduled for 31 May. Instead of relocating the connection, Jio suspended my existing service and has left me without internet. This level of customer service is unacceptable. #CustomerService

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare Today again, no engineer visited and my internet is still down. It has now been more than 4 days since I raised the complaint. How many more days do you expect me to wait? This level of service is completely unacceptable.

    Hello @JioCare @reliancejio post cancellation of my #Jiofiber Jio STB device is supposed to be picked up by June 5, but there is no update on this yet and all the service requests are shown as closed in the app.

    @JioCare @JioCare "Escalated" is not a solution. 4 days of downtime + SR00002LJZZG was deceptively closed without a visit. Confirmed time for the engineer's visit. Take action now, or I will escalate this to TRAI and CPGRAMS. Jio Number: 8057470786
