    @JioCare I was outstation for a week and came back today and my internet is not working and this is second time this happened in last 6months and I saw a SR was raised automatically from the Jio app but nobody came or check the issue they simply closed the Sr. I OPENED A NEW SR.

    @JioCare you guys have taken the internet tv set top box about a week ago promising to fix it in 1 day..till date..no update.. no response.. customer care calls keep going into a loop..
