    @JioCare I'm using Google Pixel 6A 5G which is the latest version of the phone.Unfortunately even though my area has 5G available I'm not able to use it due to not having the welcome offer waiting for 2months now and I called customer care many times but nothing has been resolve

    @jiocare Hello jio I have been suffering very slow internet speed since last six months.I have complained many more times in ur customer care but the problem has not been resolved yet. This is very disappointing for me and now I will port out my number from jio.

    @reliancejio want to close my Reliance Jio Fibre connection with Number 91-1203253914 due to frequent disconnection daily....very difficult to reach your customer care also.... Very disappointed service...
