@reliancejio Hi Team, I have surrendered a jio connection. When I called customer care to surrender the device, they told me to surrender at nearest jio Fibre center at Moti Manzil, Krishna Nagar, Mathura. On calling them, they said that they do not accept surrendered devices.

@ViCustomerCare average monthly bill was around 275 and after port out to @reliancejio last Bill for Vodafone is around 560. Is there any hidden charges to port? Please don't cheat your poor people atleast during Amrit mahotsav.

@JioCare Its very common now a days in jio fiber subscription AMAZON prime is not working in any of the mobiles even we have the 999 subscription pack this is the 4th time .For last 4 days i am facing issues. Total waste OTT subcription add on scheme from jio fiber.@reliancejio

@reliancejio @JioChat I've recently migrated to Jio Postpaid. I'm notified by Jio that there's some outstanding bill with my previous service provider. But how do I clear that when my account is no more with them ? Please add the amount in my current Bill and clear it them.

@JioCare JIO FIBER service ID 4035705850. So how many time you will be in red .. more than 24 times in day internt is flucating. So is this expected ?
