    @JioCare @reliancejio @reliancejio sir I have registered a complaint 10 days back and twice the complaint was registered as my jio modem is not working, surprisingly the technician has closed my case without even visiting my place. Technical team and support team both are hopeles

    @JioCare Dear JioFiberCareTeam, thanks for resolving my issue after 13 days. But i have to think about continuing the same, as no additional benefit or compensation is provided to me for this harassment of 2 weeks. And i m not sure whether such support will keep me active with jiofiber.

    @JioCare No response from jio care. Called them several times and every time they are raising new SR with assurance that your problem will be resolved in 48 Hours. I discarded Tatasky replacing it with jio set top box, as I was having good experience of Jio in 2020.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I have a jio sim which is registered on my father's name. Now I'm officially 18+ so i want to change ownership of my sim. I called jio customer executive, he told me that you have to go jio center with aadhar card and other documents with your father.
