    @JioCare Sir teenpani chaudah (near city hospital) this around area is jio network is also available but internet is not suffering. Normal page searching time is very large or youtube 144p video suffering is slow break to play then break to play very slow speed.Sir solve problem

    @JioCare If 5G is being developed in the country, first of all, 2G service to the backward areas, then talk about 5G and digital India's ad, such as Jio shows as if Jio's network is in the whole country, what benefit by showing such ad when you up to 2G Can not apply proper in the country

    @JioCare I request you I need a mobile network in my area. Apart from my village, there are 25 villages where there is no mobile today, Adhora, Dalkandya, Dungri, Pokhari, Meedar, Basnidhura, there are many such villages, there are at least 500 population in one village.

    @reliancejio I have called twice on you complaint number, and representatives have no clue how does regular recharge work with Data voucher plan. Can you tell me where did my data recharge go as my Jio app shows no info and jio call centre is unable to give satisfactory answer
