The internet works for only 1-2 hours after that again it stops working and when we tell him to visit and check again he refuses and the engineer name is Lakshay Garg and when we said to the engineer we pay for the internet he said in a rude way that you guys pay to jio and not me so I will work as I want. So Jio is not providing any good services to it's customer. We want action against this employee and another employee should be send to check the internet.
