    @JioCare on my phone I am unable to use 5G inside and this is pathetic, and when raised the complaint it has 10 days of window, man what do I do for 10 days. Like this is not how you do.

    @JioCare Generic replies won’t help. My JioFiber order has been pending since 30th June. I expect installation tomorrow. If it’s not completed, I’ll cancel my order and request a full refund. Please escalate this. Order ID: CO0001T7XSZH

    @JioCare @reliancejio I hv raised complaint 2 days earlier, but the service request has not been resolved yet, no engineer has visited. In today's internet dependent world, I am not having internet, as your loyal customer. Is this the way to treat?

    @JioCare @JioCare okay there is no issue on router. I'm just sitting behind the router engineer also visited two time and they are telling the same. I cannot do anything some issue from tower
