@reliancejio Hi Jio, Today I walked into a Jio Showroom to take a new SIM. To my shock, Aadhar card physical copy was requested. In today's scenario, I fail to understand why Aadhar digital copy show through mAadhar app or Digilocker is not being accepted.

@reliancejio Surprised on such a poor service by Jio for my request for uninstalling my Jio Fibernet and for refund of deposit. I received SMS that equipment will be collected at 9 am today but till now no resolution.
