@JioCare have an active plan of 599 but if recharge with 401 what will happen to the current plan. 199/198 toll free and jio care in myjio is of no help. Adviosr did not even answer after rong call gets cut.

@JioCare Jio service is already available in our area but the pole in front of our house has been installed about 3 months back and it has the power in it but it is not being live .All other boxes of that series are live but only that box has a problem .Kindly intervene
