    @JioCare @JioCare shame on you guys! Now the request has gone to Hold status and nobody is visiting the house to fix the issue. This is 4th day today. I am raising customer care to disconnect my connection and move to @Airtel_Presence

    Very disappointing experience with @reliancejio . I’ve been a loyal @reliancejio customer for the last 7–8 years. Unfortunately, I lost my SIM around two months ago, and that number is linked to my bank accounts, government documents, and many important services.

    Operator has taken an advance & yet no agent has shown up for setting up a wifi connection at our place. No agent has even spoken properly on this & the operator neither cancels the request nor he's willing to return the advance. I assume the service is a problem @reliancejio

    @reliancejio I need urgent intervention regarding a very disappointing JioFiber installation experience in Parigodana Village, Chowdapur Mandal, Punganur Division.What should have been a simple installation has turned into an issue involving an unofficial payment, additional cost
