    @JioCare @JioCare : As you asked, I sent bank details on twitter privately. I already sent it to your support team and one of the jio office. Since last 6 months you keep asking for these same details repeatedly. But why you are not processing the refund? I am waiting for my refund.

    @reliancejio @JioCare day 14 and still counting : despite you guys looking into it -still ticket closed and no resolution: JioFiber device for your service ID SR000019A2ML could not be collected even after several attempts to contact you.

    @TRAI I ported to JIO. But SIM I got delivered by Jio person is not working and after paying approx 250, no SIM detected, tried on multiple mobile on which other SIM r wrkin but JIO SIM nt detected only, n my actual no. is deactivated now. @JioCare

    @JioCare Nothing has changed as far as issue is concerned. The only change is that the status of INACT alarm is now resolved???? Without any technician visit, without any resolution the issue stands resolved ??? This is happening n number of times since 19th February????

    @reliancejio Purchased 999 jio fiber plan in Jan for 3Months. Now asking for payment again. Sales person said, I will not respond and this is the service JIO provides. Good employee. Customer service said, you need not pay till Apr. Now no internet at home. Sad Customer😔
