    Hi @JioCare, It has been 6 days now & I haven't yet received my Sim. Again, the service request incident was raised 3 days back however, no update till now on the delivery. If there are any logistics issues, kindly cancel & refund my amount. I will take a sim from physical store.

    @IndiaSportsTV IMO #JioairFiber is not connecting with STB. On TV it's still showing Activation error *F6. But @JioCare is unable to rectify the issue yet. #football fans are not getting any better deals yet for #fifaworldcup Qatar coverage was far better with Jio

    @JioCare It’s been 9 days without internet. The promised technician visit never happened, and rescheduling shows no date or time. I’m spending extra on mobile data. Please disconnect my Jio Fiber connection and refund the remaining balance.

    @JioCare @JioCare Internet has been down since 6 June 2026. SR No. SR000037OTEN. No engineer assigned, no resolution timeline, and repeated follow-ups have resulted only in apology messages. This is causing significant inconvenience.Request immediate intervention and restoration.

    @JioCare @JioCare State Escalation SR000038383F has been closed again without resolution. The service disruption persists,and the original service request SR00002LP1IY is still open. Closing escalations without restoring service is not a resolution. I am proceeding with a DoT grievance.
