    @JioCare @HDFC_Bank @HDFCBank_Cares My account was deducted yesterday for a recharge amount by jio but recharge was not successful for additional data plan. Jio chat agent have no clue how to resolve this.Can you guys sort out this issue and refund my money if its not successful

    @reliancejio I know when my pack will end, u need NOT remind me it as dialtone everytime i make a call. it is VERY IRRITATING.plz STOP it.n in ur customer care service there is no option of connecting in person executive. Why. Machine always dont solve problem

    @JioCare My Service request is SR000018R5K1 and service center guys are asking me to cancel and asking me to pay to fix the issue, if not asking to cancel jiofiber My jiofiber net is down since 1 day, Still not fixed Please look into it
