  @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI I having some calling issue from my jio number but the big *jio* had not a single channel where I can talk directly to anybody and speak about my problems. Don't know what to do. And where to complaint. All channels had automated ivrs or chatbots.

  @reliancejio worst customer service ever. Tried calling multiple times in regards to jiofiber refund. No response and no refund generated. Pathetic service.
