I'm facing so much of inconvenience and network issue here in my locality from past 2-3 weeks...not able to talk on a call the voice keep on breaking...nd having all four connections of @reliancejio at home...this is so problematic @JioCare i request u to plz solve this issue

@JioCare Hmm that's not fair, some sort of voucher should be made available to the affected customer (after disabling the earlier recharge) who is effectively not going to use the recharge made on JioFiber #customerservice #JioFiber #jio

@JioCare I have put a relocation request on 13th July 2021, which has remained unattended till now. In wfh scenario I have remained without internet causing all sort of trouble cuz of the lacadaisical service level

@JioCare Internet connectivity has been extremely bad for the past three days since I recharged the no. Can you fix this? I can't put my phone on airplane mode every 3 secs to fix the data connection. I have better things to do with my time. I am having a headache now thanks lol
