    @reliancejio @JioCare My internet connection is not working since 20th May midnight. Raised a service request SRN- SR00001B36RF the next day. The executives who had come to check informed that the engineer who had come to install the connection shall be looking into the problem

    @JioCare All detail had been provided through DM on 18/05/2022. Till date the team couldn't find a resolution. Call the customer and speak to them directly rectify the issue at the earliest.

    Worst service from @JioCare ..it's been 5 days ..my jio fiber is out .technician came on Sunday said..another technician will come and solve on monday..it's Thursday and still not working. Do I need to switch to Airtel fiber again ? #JioFiber #jiocare

    @JioCare Engineer is not visiting from months, I belive its same engineer for all time , if engineer is not ready to visit why you are not changing same, also strangely compalin which I raised, for delayed I see its getting closed . Wondering if resolution not happen how it will closed .

    @reliancejio it’s been so many weeks that I am facing network issues and internet speed is also getting slow day by day, every 10 mins I’ve to put my phone on airplane mode to get the network. Pls help in resolving this.
