Extremely disappointed with @JioCare's customer service! No internet for two days, yet no calls from the service team or customer service. Scheduled appointment for today between 3-4 PM, no one showed up until I called at 6:30 PM.

@JioCare I am using jiofiber and you guys are not giving amazon prime for a year if I drop the plan and subscribe to Prime plan again within a month then also my prime membership is not renewed. No where it is written in TnC. Pure cheating. Don't want to be your customer anymore.
