    @AkashAmbani @reliancejio @JioCare: Pls address this issue raised on 18th Feb for refund- SR# SR00001I0UE8. Multiple times,I have raised the concern but there is no resolution provided. Always get a response like "we are escalating the issue", "we will provide an update shortly".

    @JioCare i’m facing network coverage issue in my area usually getting 2-3 bars and sometimes not getting any network at all ,i’m not able to use internet properly please fix it asap or else i have to switch network to different service provider.

    @UrbanLadder used to have such a good after sales service until @reliancejio (@reliancegroup) took over and ruined the whole process. No quality check and no resolution from customer service even after a weeks time for a defective product. #urbanladder #defect #reliancegroup
