@JioCare @reliancejio It’s unacceptable that you guys take 24 hours to address any internet issues when it’s a Hybrid situation in Bengaluru. Absolutely disgusting !! For a new connection you guys are taking less than 5 hours on the other hand.

@JioCare just wondering how Jio is launching 5g even after worst and pathetic 4g network. 🤔 With this speed one can’t even watch a youtube video. I think its time to port and change the network. #jiosucks mention @BandBajaateRaho

@JioCare Worse customer service when they have to give refund please don’t take their connection their team is full of liars where they say relocation stopped so you have to take new connection but they are not getting device picked up and not issuing refund . No respite by appellate too

@JioCare A big tribute for your outstanding commitment with the customers. People should learn from your sales person, how to trap innocent customers giving false commitment. Request you to organize sessions for other service providers as well. I will not recommend your service to anyone.

While i am in my house at pin code - 841414 my jio network was running badly and i felt exteremly sad about jio internet service and i tried to get new messages from whatsaap but i can't get because of slow internet speed @jiocare solve this problem

Extremely irresponsible customer service from @reliancejio @JioCare @reliancegroup. Sales Team books fiber telling lies, installation team - denies installation. Happened second time in a week ! Be extremely careful with Jio Fiber coverage in your area to avoid mental harassment.
