    @JioCare Your executive Vivek Sahni (07827962128) promised KYC & installation today but didn’t come and is speaking inappropriately. When customers themselves want your broadband service, this kind of behavior is unacceptable. Because of this, I may even port my Jio number

    @reliancejio the worst ever sales & service experience for one internet installation.Highly unprofessional people & no commitments to their words. The sales person has just taken the amount & after that never answered any calls. Please train people and ask them to value customer.

    @JioCare JioFiber SR SR000030L75T. Even after 24 hours of the complaint, no one from Jio reached out to me to provide resolution. I just called your customer care & they are asking to wait another 24 hours which is completely unacceptable. Pl arrange technician visit immediately

    @JioCare 4G internet is not working in my Area since yesterday even the signals are getting vanished minutes are minutes It's really disturbing day to day works even there are no internet restrictions in my Area by the Government kindly look into the issue

    @JioCare @reliancejio @_MukeshAmbani Extremely disappointed with Jio AirFiber's endless delays in resolving issues. Support staff have zero knowledge & provide no real help. Enough is enough!Can u pls refund my advance recharge so I can switch to a reliable local WiFi instead

    @reliancejio Hello @JioCare, I purchased a new SIM on 3 March, but I still have not received the SIM. I already raised a complaint, but the issue is not resolved yet. Complaint Number: NOSR000030IJUJ Please check the status and resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you.
