    @JioCare Got a call from Jio Fibre. They are sending a technical person. Thank you. Btw small suggestion for you. There should be a customer care number that directly connects me to the technical person when there is a network issue. AI doesn't help every time.

    @JioCare too much inconsistent network since last week. Unable to watch videos at 360px on hotstar and other streaming platform. It has been almost 4 yrs I am using jio network the worst time I am facing since last week.

    @JioCare No, the coverage is not good. There is no network. I have to use my wifi to get connected. Then what is the purpose of spending on your plan? If I have to use extra wifi.
