    @JioCare This is in reference to service req no. SR00001DQW86. Is it possible to schedule the technician visit by today? It's not possible to continue #WorkFromHome without internet. My internet is not working since yesterday. Please try to resolve the issue at the earliest. TY.

    It’s shows complete incompetence & miss management of Service team. Since 5th sept I’m facing the issue. You people keep making excuses & delays. From my side is there any delay of payment or pending bills? Never So @JioCare act now, rather than dragging the problem each day.

    I have only option to switch to a different network, I am not able to receive any calls or do calls, and it’s not just me, this is a very crowded place and mostly students from different states and no one have @reliancejio network here, please do something about it @JioCare

    Its been 3 days since my internet stopped working. tech guys of @JioCare doesn't really care. they have rescheduled the visit to fix the issue multiple times. complained, twitted, called but nothing is happening. @JioCare Do change your handle to #JioDoesntCare this suits better
