    @reliancejio I'm a regular customer of Jio services. This is the first time I am writing. The internet was working perfectly fine till the cyclone 'Tauktae' hit Gujarat. Until now, the network/internet is constantly deteriorating

    @JioCare We already contacted the jio customer care a numerous times, but in response they kept informing that it is due to some technical errors. It's been more than a month and still the issue have not been resolved. We are facing so many problems while using your network.
