    @devusinh @DoT_India My friend's bsnl sim was issued in Kolkata and he lives in Lucknow since 2016, his phone got stolen last week, he went to @JioCare they immediately issued him a new sim but at BSNL they are saying go to Kolkata , we don't issue other circles sim. Seriously Pathetic.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Inyernet still bad performance since 2 years in my area. I stop using sim and observing moderate by recharge rs 117/- something. Care said same answer low internet during crowd at one place. I'm still using @BSNLCorporate since 2010. It's fine than #jio

    @reliancejio Completely pathetic service. Advisors speak robotic with no authority. I ordered mesh but it is still not installed. Engineers does not know configurationl. Finally mesh is not compatible with main router model. Now, they do not know the way to replace main router.

    @JioCare service request SR00001AYR2C raised on May 14, is not attended till May 18. 6th day Internet not working. Im tired of making daily calls to customer care number. No response from Jio Appellate authority also. @jagograhakjago

    @reliancejio @JioCare I have ported from Airtel to jio and it got completed yesterday night and my existing sim stopped working but my jio sim still didn't start working. Please help me on this.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Really having a tough time with jio fiber been more than 3 days no one came even after raising two service request pathetic service .And the worst part is that they don't even provide good service in cities and they plan going to villages. WHAT A SHAME!!!!!
