    Mistake 1-The idiots at @reliancejio made typos in application. Mistake 2-The typos blocking further requests. Even MNP. Mistake 3 -The idiots have no idea how to proceed. Never thought I would say this, but guys at @airtelindia are angels in comparison. At least the CCare.

    @JioCare Extremely disappointed with #JioFiber service. My internet has been down since morning. My service request has already been rescheduled 3 times, and the assigned engineer clearly refused to visit.

    @JioCare By the why please explain why does jio fiber app asks for convenient time slot of sending representative when it never follows it. It is always thrown to a two three days forward date.

    @JioCare Jio fibre wifi not working for past 3 days contacting customer support and they're just telling me to unplug the wire and plug it again no call support nothing my bill is also paid, pathetic and you guys won't even give me refund for my wifi not working since last 3 days

    @JioCare irrespective of so many calls and messages through DM your representative and your customer portal is bizzare i want to cancel the jio fiber now and more intrested in other service provider such as @airtel india Please tell me the procedure of cancellation
