    Worst service from Jio. I have been using Jio fiber for the last 7 days and this is the 6th time i am facing the same issue. For the last 4 days my connection is not working and even after raising a complaint it was not resolved. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Jio is silent again for 6 hours. Do you guys really understand customer pain or you have just asked team to reply here on twitter, so that people can see that you are helpful but actually you are not. I have sent all my required documents on mail. Kindly issue new sim @jiocare

    @JioCare hi, I have selected the 5G network but still my phone is working on 4G. How many days will it take to switch from 4G to 5G? Fyi I have updated the sw and have iqoo 9 se 5g mobile.

    @JioCare The issue has been there since yesterday evening. I have been without internet for 24 hours. There has to be an ETA committed rather than open ended statements. ETA please? And who will bear the service cost for days lost?
