  @JioCare I've ported 3 out of 5 mobile numbers at my home from @VodafoneIN @airtelindia and @tatadocomo to @reliancejio. If call drop issues aren't fixed ASAP, we shall be forced to switch to #Airtel.

  JioFiber customer support = “great process, zero ownership.” Internet down since Sunday due to a street cable issue (confirmed by their engineer). Promised Monday fix. Still down. Call support? No context, no history, just read the ticket and reschedule. Appellate? Polite assurances, same tools, another reschedule. Which i can do that myself in app. Email? AI ignores everything and replies the same canned line: “Our engineers are working on the issue.” Ask ETA? Same reply Ask who ones this ticket? Same reply Ask anything else?   If I'm calling to jio customer care it means I want direct chat with the customer executive and I'm not interested in my oan detail and other nonsense talk. It been 2 hrs in trying to reach out these idiots but only that nonsense chatbot is there @reliancejio

  @reliancejio I’m facing a serious network issue with Jio, and despite waiting for the issue to be resolved, it has still not been fixed. The network connectivity and call/data services are being affected. Your Executive are saying wait only 15 minutes Bad Experience with you 👎

  @JioCare there is network issue in Gaganmahal, Domalguda, Hyderabad-500029 area.. and i want some resolution for the network issue.there are lot of schools,colgs and hospitals here causing problems and people are unwillingly porting to Airtel.. please help
