@JioCare I've ported 3 out of 5 mobile numbers at my home from @VodafoneIN @airtelindia and @tatadocomo to @reliancejio. If call drop issues aren't fixed ASAP, we shall be forced to switch to #Airtel.

@aggarwal_mihir @JioCare Unfortunately my jiofiber net is disconnected from a week but no on responding from customer care and saying lockdown reason. Don't they think internet service comes under essential service category.

@JioCare Give me details about whether this has been communicated at the time of installation. Provide solution by giving details, don't repeat something again. If I am not getting proper reply than will post all above chat in all my social media and mentioned new way of jiofiber fraud.

Very disappointed with the service staff of JC24 of #Jio #jiofibernet @reliancejio @JioCare including Mr. Santosh Gupta, Jay & Mithelesh. They know how not to do work or delay the service call. @reliancejio should shut their vasundhara office if not intrested yo serve.
