    @JioCare I've ported 3 out of 5 mobile numbers at my home from @VodafoneIN @airtelindia and @tatadocomo to @reliancejio. If call drop issues aren't fixed ASAP, we shall be forced to switch to #Airtel.

    @JioCare Your Engineers has already given several visits. And I literally can't take time on daily basis to raise complaint, for which I am sure I'm not getting the solution for my issues.

    @aggarwal_mihir @JioCare Unfortunately my jiofiber net is disconnected from a week but no on responding from customer care and saying lockdown reason. Don't they think internet service comes under essential service category.

    The wrost network of @reliancejio in all over India. Why we are paying u ₹899/84 days ? @TRAI pls help us. Everyone want to port out only because of bad connectivity. [Even 4g] Are u happy with jio ?

    @JioCare Internet on fiber is down since morning, raised a support req in the morning, and yet schhedule visit keep going on Hold. What is the problem? Now I am not even able to talk to any customer care executive as the ticket is already raised. Fix this BS asap

    @JioCare tried 5 time's to complain to Mumbai office the answer after 48 hour's we are trying no respite this is how common people are looted by this horrific service no shame of how senior citizens are suffering. Such answers after deducting our entire money

    @reliancejio @JioCare @jio_fiber My Service Request number SR0000383BAF created on 10th of June still not resolved. Customer care number automatically cut. Earlier they fix appointmet for 11th June 11.15 hrs but no JIO technical team contacted yet. Service really become worse
