Kunal Chauhan (@kunalchauhan_) reportedMonsoon is a seasonal event, not an unforeseen one. Service continuity should account for it. I expect response the extended outage and service credits for the affected period. Calls dropping, & even 2-minute video won't play without buffering.will this be resolved? @JioCare
