  @JioCare I've ported 3 out of 5 mobile numbers at my home from @VodafoneIN @airtelindia and @tatadocomo to @reliancejio. If call drop issues aren't fixed ASAP, we shall be forced to switch to #Airtel.

  Despite my repeated requests to @JioCare and @reliancejio team regarding pending approval for my PAN card at JioPos lite app and unable to withdraw or recharge from the app I found no help from your team. Incase you still don't solve I will port to Airtel.

  @JioCare It has been almost 40 days and my JioAirFiber speed issue is STILL not resolved, despite multiple complaints and escalations. Complaint SR000036CY75 was falsely closed without resolution or my confirmation, which is completely unacceptable.

  @reliancejio Building an empire by looting customers is not business. Data disappears without usage, recharge works only for payment but not for service, and support stays silent. People are paying for internet, not for frustration and fake balances. #JioCare
