@JioCare Your Engineers has already given several visits. And I literally can't take time on daily basis to raise complaint, for which I am sure I'm not getting the solution for my issues.

@aggarwal_mihir @JioCare Unfortunately my jiofiber net is disconnected from a week but no on responding from customer care and saying lockdown reason. Don't they think internet service comes under essential service category.

@JioCare I've ported 3 out of 5 mobile numbers at my home from @VodafoneIN @airtelindia and @tatadocomo to @reliancejio. If call drop issues aren't fixed ASAP, we shall be forced to switch to #Airtel.

@JioCare Since last 3 days suffering from connectivity problem,as not able to receive and make calls,with a poor response from customer care side. Signal strength is too weak ..there is no signal,going to port it to other network provider. Fed up of this hopeless service.

@JioCare You are doing nothing for resolving the network issue. I am going to tell my near and dear not to use jio mobile network, if anyone already using I ask them to portout immediately. Your customer service is worst.
