    @JioCare I've ported 3 out of 5 mobile numbers at my home from @VodafoneIN @airtelindia and @tatadocomo to @reliancejio. If call drop issues aren't fixed ASAP, we shall be forced to switch to #Airtel.

    @JioCare Your Engineers has already given several visits. And I literally can't take time on daily basis to raise complaint, for which I am sure I'm not getting the solution for my issues.

    @aggarwal_mihir @JioCare Unfortunately my jiofiber net is disconnected from a week but no on responding from customer care and saying lockdown reason. Don't they think internet service comes under essential service category.

    This is the condition of @reliancejio @JioCare They don't even reply to the tweets. In customer care,they don't connect to the concerned person or call back even.

    @JioCare Today is june 1st. Still waiting for the service person to come and check the problem. How much patiance you are expecting? For just 5 minutes of repair work you are making us to suffer from 4 days. Tell us when service person will come. If its late atlst we change provider.

    . @JioCare I wonder how u people can shamelessly & unilaterally close the ticket without even attending to the complaint. SR0000356CK5 opened on May 5, 2026. The service is still down and you people have closed the ticket already. Have you even bothered to visit the location? 1/n

    @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani @reliancejio This is what the problem is. You don't want to actually understand the problem. "The lead for JioAirFiber connection is in process. Once completed, you will receive an SMS on your mobile number with a appointment date & time for installation"

    I can understand the frustration because I have been experiencing the same issue and even after connecting and getting mentally harassed by @JioCare engineers and team I have no hope that my issue will be resolved anytime soon. Better we switch to @airtelindia.

    @JioCare Already tried all this multiple times. Your team keeps sending the same copy-paste replies instead of actually solving the issue. If the setup box still doesn’t work, send a technician instead of wasting my time. @JioCare

    @airtelindia Requested on 29 May 2026 to shift my Airtel WiFi connection. Requested on app, 2 calls to customer care. Zero updates till date. Raised a request with @JioCare today — instant callback, installation scheduled. Poor servic=lost customer.
