  @JioCare I've ported 3 out of 5 mobile numbers at my home from @VodafoneIN @airtelindia and @tatadocomo to @reliancejio. If call drop issues aren't fixed ASAP, we shall be forced to switch to #Airtel.

  @aggarwal_mihir @JioCare Unfortunately my jiofiber net is disconnected from a week but no on responding from customer care and saying lockdown reason. Don't they think internet service comes under essential service category.

  @JioCare Bhavana, what's the status of SR00003C5U11? Did the support team finally found any time after 2.5+ months to work on my SR and found the right mahurat to release the refund which is my own money it is holding illegally beyond 14 days after return of the equipment.

  @JioCare @reliancejio Singrauli, MP (486889) Jio 5G has been COMPLETELY DOWN for 4 DAYS now. No service, no updates, no resolution. Hundreds of users affected. We are paying for 5G but getting ZERO network. This is a serious service failure. Reply ASAP with a solution! #Jio5G

  @JioCare @reliancejio Hi, my brother's JioFiber has been down since yesterday (09/08) with red LOS light. His unresolved ticket was closed, which he has now managed to reopen. Could you pls look into this urgently? He is a student and needs the internet for his class. Thank U!
