    @JioCare I've ported 3 out of 5 mobile numbers at my home from @VodafoneIN @airtelindia and @tatadocomo to @reliancejio. If call drop issues aren't fixed ASAP, we shall be forced to switch to #Airtel.

    @JioCare Your Engineers has already given several visits. And I literally can't take time on daily basis to raise complaint, for which I am sure I'm not getting the solution for my issues.

    @aggarwal_mihir @JioCare Unfortunately my jiofiber net is disconnected from a week but no on responding from customer care and saying lockdown reason. Don't they think internet service comes under essential service category.

    @JioCare @reliancejio ,Great commitment about refund still struggling for my refund 2500🙏 -Refund of Rs. 1500 has been initiated for JioFiber Service ID 299953159531 to your bank account number ending with 7503. The refund amount will be credited via NEFT within 72 hours.

    @JioCare @reliancejio why are the jio tower had been shut down in every day at afternoon and after 8 pm what's matter electricity and digiset are well maintained so why where is working staff why he can't be checked .Can the all the staff goes to the holiday trip ?
