@JioCare I've ported 3 out of 5 mobile numbers at my home from @VodafoneIN @airtelindia and @tatadocomo to @reliancejio. If call drop issues aren't fixed ASAP, we shall be forced to switch to #Airtel.

@aggarwal_mihir @JioCare Unfortunately my jiofiber net is disconnected from a week but no on responding from customer care and saying lockdown reason. Don't they think internet service comes under essential service category.

@JioCare yesterday I raised ticket for no internet at 2pm till now (5:30pm) its not resolved. When called the customer support, they need 24hrs again. Service is deteriorating @JioCare . Did not expect this from @reliancejio

@JioCare WHY you are assigning your so called field engineers on this address even I submitted the devices to your office. Do you huys understand what does it means? I spent my precious petrol and submitted devices. It was Jio responsibility which a customer has fulfilled.
