  @aggarwal_mihir @JioCare Unfortunately my jiofiber net is disconnected from a week but no on responding from customer care and saying lockdown reason. Don't they think internet service comes under essential service category.

  @JioCare I've ported 3 out of 5 mobile numbers at my home from @VodafoneIN @airtelindia and @tatadocomo to @reliancejio. If call drop issues aren't fixed ASAP, we shall be forced to switch to #Airtel.

My JioFiber internet has been completely down since 30th May. ​You have scheduled an appointment for today (03-Jun-2026) between 16:30 - 17:30.   @JioCare my rural location does not support jio air fibre despite good internet connectivity from jio. Is there something that can work out on your end
