    @aggarwal_mihir @JioCare Unfortunately my jiofiber net is disconnected from a week but no on responding from customer care and saying lockdown reason. Don't they think internet service comes under essential service category.

    @JioCare I've ported 3 out of 5 mobile numbers at my home from @VodafoneIN @airtelindia and @tatadocomo to @reliancejio. If call drop issues aren't fixed ASAP, we shall be forced to switch to #Airtel.

    @JioCare I have emailed and dm to you guys about the issue with #JioFiber not telecasting shows as per #StarPlus and @hotstar_helps but your agents don't read or reply to dm. Even emails are standard auto replies with have nothing to do with my concern
