@JioCare I've ported 3 out of 5 mobile numbers at my home from @VodafoneIN @airtelindia and @tatadocomo to @reliancejio. If call drop issues aren't fixed ASAP, we shall be forced to switch to #Airtel.

@JioCare Your Engineers has already given several visits. And I literally can't take time on daily basis to raise complaint, for which I am sure I'm not getting the solution for my issues.

@aggarwal_mihir @JioCare Unfortunately my jiofiber net is disconnected from a week but no on responding from customer care and saying lockdown reason. Don't they think internet service comes under essential service category.

Facing internet issues with @jiofiber and when contacted with two people(Manas & Subranshu) from cuttack circle received a suggestions to take an alternate connection. This service is not expected from @reliancejio. Please look into this @JioOdisha

@JioCare past 2 days jiofiber is not working. My neighbours have same issue. I registered complaint for the same,requested complaint number but I was informed that only for router issue we give complaint No. Since 2days customer care is saying in 2hrs issue will be resolved.
