@aggarwal_mihir @JioCare Unfortunately my jiofiber net is disconnected from a week but no on responding from customer care and saying lockdown reason. Don't they think internet service comes under essential service category.

@JioCare I've ported 3 out of 5 mobile numbers at my home from @VodafoneIN @airtelindia and @tatadocomo to @reliancejio. If call drop issues aren't fixed ASAP, we shall be forced to switch to #Airtel.

@reliancejio Hi Team very poor network in my area. Address: Mairupur, Baghauna, Sultanpur - 227814. When connect to customer care same repeated lines answering 'forword your consern to respective team'. 2 years completed no any solution provided by Jio team. Please resolve issue

@JioCare is the worst. I was pretty keen on getting Jio Fibre but have had such a negative experience with the customer care I wont recommend JIO to anyone anymore. On call, email, DM or whatsapp they all are trained to give automated monotonous replies. so annoying.
