@aggarwal_mihir @JioCare Unfortunately my jiofiber net is disconnected from a week but no on responding from customer care and saying lockdown reason. Don't they think internet service comes under essential service category.

@JioCare I've ported 3 out of 5 mobile numbers at my home from @VodafoneIN @airtelindia and @tatadocomo to @reliancejio. If call drop issues aren't fixed ASAP, we shall be forced to switch to #Airtel.

@reliancejio @GoogleIndia After 3 month, helpless JIO fiber replied. SO never opt for jio fiber or you will suffer. You feel cheated and you don't have any option after paying. So get pain and mental torture after paying JIO fiber. AND strictly never pay for quarterly or yearly plan😩

My wifi has been not working since more than a day. I had called to fix issues related to my Setup Box. The engineer came and did something with the wifi router while the router was working absolutely fine. And since then my wifi router isn't connecting to the internet @JioCare
