@JioCare I've ported 3 out of 5 mobile numbers at my home from @VodafoneIN @airtelindia and @tatadocomo to @reliancejio. If call drop issues aren't fixed ASAP, we shall be forced to switch to #Airtel.

@aggarwal_mihir @JioCare Unfortunately my jiofiber net is disconnected from a week but no on responding from customer care and saying lockdown reason. Don't they think internet service comes under essential service category.

@JioCare It's an abolsute shame that a company like Jio doesn't bother to resolve issues and decides to close complaints basis evasive answers. Would be surrendering not just my Jio sims but my Jio Fibre as well.
