    @JioCare I've ported 3 out of 5 mobile numbers at my home from @VodafoneIN @airtelindia and @tatadocomo to @reliancejio. If call drop issues aren't fixed ASAP, we shall be forced to switch to #Airtel.

    @aggarwal_mihir @JioCare Unfortunately my jiofiber net is disconnected from a week but no on responding from customer care and saying lockdown reason. Don't they think internet service comes under essential service category.

    @JioCare Worst customer service The backend team will only keep on msgkng we appreciate your patience we are working on it and asking for registered number etc again and again they don't even know keep record of information they have ask from the customer

    @reliancejio @JioCare Please help me, I am from Bhilai Nagar, Chhattisgarh, I am facing issues with my phone, So I need to factory reset, but by doing, my jio e-sim will also get deleted. I want to convert it in physical sim, So I can use it after factory reset.
