    @JioCare I've ported 3 out of 5 mobile numbers at my home from @VodafoneIN @airtelindia and @tatadocomo to @reliancejio. If call drop issues aren't fixed ASAP, we shall be forced to switch to #Airtel.

    @JioCare Your Engineers has already given several visits. And I literally can't take time on daily basis to raise complaint, for which I am sure I'm not getting the solution for my issues.

    @aggarwal_mihir @JioCare Unfortunately my jiofiber net is disconnected from a week but no on responding from customer care and saying lockdown reason. Don't they think internet service comes under essential service category.

    So, I recently relocated within the same locality around 1 km away and to my surprise none of ISP provide fiber optic. @reliancejio @airtelindia @tataplayfiber Year 2026 and all of them still providing Air Fiber ****.

    @JioCare @JioCare If 6 days without service still does not qualify for any compensation according to your policies, then kindly refund the remaining plan amount and take back the router/device. Such service quality is not worth continuing.

    @JioCare @JioCare Jio AirFiber internet has been down repeatedly for days. 5 engineer visits already done, but the issue keeps coming back after a few hours. This is extremely frustrating and affecting daily work Need a permanent fix instead of temporary resolutions every time
