Due to constant call drops and zero internet connectivity I have already raised complaints with customer care multiple times regarding this.

At this point, I would honestly advise everyone to avoid JioFiber. “Unlimited” clearly means something else to @JioCare, and customer support only knows how to send copy-paste replies.
