    @aggarwal_mihir @JioCare Unfortunately my jiofiber net is disconnected from a week but no on responding from customer care and saying lockdown reason. Don't they think internet service comes under essential service category.

    @JioCare I've ported 3 out of 5 mobile numbers at my home from @VodafoneIN @airtelindia and @tatadocomo to @reliancejio. If call drop issues aren't fixed ASAP, we shall be forced to switch to #Airtel.

    @JioCare it's been four days your representatives are not able to install Jio fiber connection at my home. They are making stupid excuses. The person named Ajay, who did my registration on 22 may 2021 told me it would be installed within 3 days. Now he is not picking phone.

    @reliancejio I opened my My Jio app, I choose option called Recharge for a friend i put my mother number on that and i used JIO UPI for the payment and recharge didn't reached to my mom's cell and now i have 2 plans which is waste for me. Your representatives says they can help.?

    @JioCare Done. Hope it will get resolved soon. Rather than giving same lame response everytime " we are adding more resources to your area in coming days as its having lots of user base." I am fedup of the same statement everytime, rather getting a resolution.

    @JioCare @Akash_Ambani requesting all my dear friends please not to choose Jio network for anything. Facing issue since January and after so many follow ups no body is helping or interested to resolve t issue. Pathetic service. Plz choose other service providers.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Got fed up with your customer care support.They disconnect call without solvinng issue. My area mobile network not working these days, it was much better a month back but nobody checks or is it time to switch to other operator??
