@JioCare Your Engineers has already given several visits. And I literally can't take time on daily basis to raise complaint, for which I am sure I'm not getting the solution for my issues.

@aggarwal_mihir @JioCare Unfortunately my jiofiber net is disconnected from a week but no on responding from customer care and saying lockdown reason. Don't they think internet service comes under essential service category.

@JioCare I've ported 3 out of 5 mobile numbers at my home from @VodafoneIN @airtelindia and @tatadocomo to @reliancejio. If call drop issues aren't fixed ASAP, we shall be forced to switch to #Airtel.

@JioCare Sorry to say but i want ETA for this resolution. Because i already waited for more than 10 days now. If jio cannot process this request then jio should clearly convey the relevant information to customer within stipulated time rather than giving surprise at the last moment.

I pay for 1 month but can only use it 15 days each month with good speed and rest of it is been used for complains and other internet glitches. For 1 whole year I have faced this financial loss. Then what's the purpose of subscribing 1 month plan. @JioCare pls fix my internet

Hey @reliancejio , I have scheduled the installation of JIO set up box for yesterday. There is no update from your engineer so far. Even, I have escalate the issue on the support but no luck. Why do you charge customer when you cannot provide them with the set up box?
