    @JioCare I've ported 3 out of 5 mobile numbers at my home from @VodafoneIN @airtelindia and @tatadocomo to @reliancejio. If call drop issues aren't fixed ASAP, we shall be forced to switch to #Airtel.

    @aggarwal_mihir @JioCare Unfortunately my jiofiber net is disconnected from a week but no on responding from customer care and saying lockdown reason. Don't they think internet service comes under essential service category.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @reliancegroup I have cancelled the jio fiber connection due to non- installation. Request No. SRSR00001EZBI3 raised for cancellation and refund. I have already had enough with jio service and commitment. Kindly refund Rs.3500 asap.

    @nkshandilya @JioCare @airtelindia Also, the engineers that come for home visit are told to just show the speed at that very minute, not care about dropping internet by the engineers that are on call with them. They really don't actually want to help the customers.

    Shifted from @JioCare to @airtelindia however @Airtel_Presence has worst network, since few days unable to send or receive SMS, facing difficult in incoming calls as well #useless #network

    @JioCare i recharged wrong pack for wifi but you all are not refunding , saying that talk to senior or mail please look into this issue, truly bad customer service.

    @JioCare at the time of emergency also ur people are so insensitive my mothers phone is lost and we are not able to block the number because of ur pathetic customer service if any mishap happens with the said number we will take appropriate action
