Unfortunately, the service failed again, raised a new complaint on 27 August (SR00003F780R). It is still unresolved, and your technicians are unable to identify the actual fault.

Rahul Agrawal (@rahulaggr) reported@reliancejio @JioCare needs to provide an option to select between 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz Wi-Fi bands.Currently, thereโs no way to manually choose the band, causing issues with devices that support only 2.4 GHz or only 5 GHz. Some smart/IoT devices simply fail to connect.
