@aggarwal_mihir @JioCare Unfortunately my jiofiber net is disconnected from a week but no on responding from customer care and saying lockdown reason. Don't they think internet service comes under essential service category.

@JioCare I've ported 3 out of 5 mobile numbers at my home from @VodafoneIN @airtelindia and @tatadocomo to @reliancejio. If call drop issues aren't fixed ASAP, we shall be forced to switch to #Airtel.

My office in ahmedabad SG highway on 19th floor and i get zero jio network. Its one of the reputed commercial area of ahmedabad with all high class office and we get zero network of jio forces everyone to port sim or have alternative service provider @reliancejio @JioCare

Now when I contacted customer care i was told to reach out to jio care with aadhar copy as my father had major surgeries and cannot move. I was told in Jiocare that number cannot be given back.
