    We are doing work from home and last 10 days without network @reliancejio @JioCare , how much time it really takes to repair the outage . Pls let us know if it is getting closed today else we will have alternate options.

    @JioCare Ticket id SRO0002MC2G4. Engineer mr Rajesh neither shows up nor responds to the call. Ask me to come home by 6 PM but he never showed up. Is it a joke. Have some professionalism
