My mother is having Jio sim and she requested to recharge number and recharge was converted to smoothing data plan. So, i called to customer care executive Alpesh he told me Jio is not allowing to degrade plan once you recharge done.

In-app diagnostics fail, yet there’s no direct option to raise a ticket without jumping through frustrating bot loops. 5 days of zero connectivity on my JioFiber ₹999 plan and not a single technician visit scheduled. The guy tells that he wont come and set it right and that i can give police complaint. His mobile no is 7348936339

See below message: “Service request no SR00003FNPDZ has been raised in your account. You will receive an update for this request by 2026-09-03T17:25:07”.
