    Applied for Jio AirFiber a week ago and was promised it will be installed on the same day. These mfers took the money the same day and it's been a week they keep rescheduling it every day. I had no idea that @JioCare fiber service was a scam. There is no support or customer care

    @JioCare No Internet since 5-May and still no resolution despite multiple complaints, escalations, cancellations, and tickets being closed without fixing the issue. Multiple residents in our apartment are affected. Escalating this to DoT and consumer authorities now. @TRAI

    @JioCare Hi @JioCare, I have been hearing the same assurance repeatedly for weeks: “we are working on it” and “it will be resolved within 4/24 hours.” However, the issue remains unresolved since 29th April.

    @JioCare I visit my bank and describe the issue and they are saying it was successful payment from our side ( bank of baroda ) now it was your problem Jio Team not the bank problem now it's your responsibility to give me refund or credit the 2 month JioHome recharge in my account.

    @JioCare @JioCare My Jio AirFiber has been down for 7 days. Multiple complaints and engineer visits, yet no resolution. Diagnostics shows “Outside home connectivity outage detected.” Extremely poor service. Fix this urgently or I will switch to another provider. SR No: SR0000368ESZ

    Dear , @JioCare I was assured that the installation would be completed within the standard timeline. However, despite multiple follow-ups with your customer care team, the technical team has yet to visit my premises or provide a definitive schedule for the setup. NO0001DEGECW

    @JioCare hi booked jio fibernet yesterday and made payment too, but today no one is picking call neither the booking person nor the installation agent... What is this experience at first only like this means how we have to believe that you give good service??

    @JioCare It is disappointing that after being a loyal customer for many years, we are still not being provided with any alternate solution. I request you to please escalate this matter to the concerned team and help us with a remote reactivation process or any acceptable alternative.
