No engineer has visited despite repeated follow-ups. My wife works from home and cannot work due to this outage. Please resolve this urgently.

Service Request SR00003A2DLD still shows "Assigning an Engineer." My wife works from home and is unable to work because of this outage. Please resolve this immediately.
