    @JioCare very bad network connectivity in my areas since 4 months ..it creates lots of problem ...but still no problem has been resolved.. So please try to focus on these issues immediately and resolve the problem.

    @JioMart_Support @JioCare I’ve raised a complaint, and got a email reply that my issue will be resolved within 48 hours. My issue still persists but @JioMart again mailed and texted me that your complaint has been resolved. Without any resolution they closed my complaint #jio

    @JioCare Hi @JioCare We are from Samathaal, Perumbalai Post, Pennagaram Tk, Dharmapuri Dist, Tamilnadu 636811. We are more 3,000 smartphone users with Jio Network, but not accessible for 4G. Due to Network problem we are thinking of moving to @VodafoneIN_News See if you can

    @PraWinKatarpaka @JioCare We get the same response everytime that many users are using internet at same time. So I think jio wants only one customer should use internet at a time.... #improveinternetservicejio

    @JioCare Samathaal area have NO ACCESS to JIO NETWORK. Please do the needful. There are many villages doesn't have access to the JIO Network in INDIA, please do cross check to get the access to all INDIANs. Thanks

    @reliancejio I think this is right very very worst service. Before jio Fiber You have to check and update ur 4g mobile data and voice service. I think u are going to BSNL direction. Chalate raho but service nahi Dena. Pahle dekho aapke customer kis Area m paresan h wahan data ka Kayaspeedh
