  @JioCare I will wait only until tomorrow. If my installation is completed by then, that’s fine. Otherwise, I want a full refund along with appropriate compensation. I have already waited 10 days because of your extremely poor customer service, and I cannot wait any longer.

  @JioCare Keep this reply yourself. Your customer service is good for nothing. It has been 60+ hours of service outage in my home. I got enough experience with your useless fiber connection. I'm switching to @ACTFibernet. @JioCare Ask your people to collect the useless router from my home.

  @JioCare @subhampirate @reliancejio can you please clarify what is your TAT? I can see you are unable to set up a air fiber connection even after 10days. I was planning for Jio fiber but I think I should change my mind. Your service and customer support is pathetic.
