    @JioCare 18hrs has been passed but till the time I haven’t received any update that in how many month your required to assigned engineer & how many years you require to resolve the issue

    @JioCare What outstanding due I paid for 2 months and after 1 month you are saying that my bill is due ?????? Are you mad ???? So basically you are taking the money of 2 months and providing only 1 month service 👍 This is called clear scam and it is strictly against the consumer rights

    🚨 @JioCare @reliancejio @DoT_India On 29-01-2026, Jio stated network optimization in Syed Mohalla Thakrie, Kishtwar (182205) would take up to 10 days. Today is 11-06-2026.

    The issue has progressed from slow internet to near-total communication failure, indicating a serious unresolved network infrastructure problem. @JioCare

    @JioCare Hi @JioCare, 13 June at 6:00 PM is too late. My Wi-Fi is not working, and I need support now. Please escalate this and arrange a technician visit today itself. Waiting until 13 June is not acceptable. This kind of delay is not expected from Jio.

    Does anyone ever say, "Our team is unaware & not working to restore services"? The point is, your team only knows what’s on the MyJio app! Such useless staff should be fired. They don't even have the basic decency to address customers as 'Sir' or with respect! @JioCare

    @reliancejio Jio fiber internet down for 36 hours. No resolution on your end. @jiocare not providing solution. Please look into this immediately. Otherwise need refund. Don't cheat customers. SR0000380833.
