सत्या (@satyaGAD) reported@JioCare now it's 6th day of complaining for resolution of Jio Fiber connection. When I raised issues on X, then an engineer was assigned the task. But assigning message came that due to technical issues engineer will not attene the issue. This happens when there is monopoly.

If that's true, why was the connection installed in the first place without verifying signal quality? Customers shouldn't be sold a service that cannot deliver the promised speeds
