    Hello care u have asked my number a dozen times, wy again this prescriped text, instead accept u @JioCare is useless nd cant solve the issue, once again mentioning all details, num is 8668159833, area pin is 643228. Done be a totally useless service. Help @tatadocomo @ANI @Idea

    I had ported my @BSNLCorporate network to @VodafoneGroup for a better network for no 9488774451for area pin 643228 but #datastrongnetwork @VodafoneIN delivers very poor network speed in d location. Who can provide better @tatadocomo @reliancejio wer s digital India @narendramodi

    @reliancejio @RCBTweets Installed Jio Fiber 3 weeks back worked for three days only, technician fixed it and after few days again stopped working. For last one week no technician has come to fix the problem. Poor service. Disappointing.

    @JioCare The network is extremely poor. one or two signal bars appear, and the internet is not working properly, due to which all the villagers are facing difficulties. Address: VPO Lanka, Teh Bahrawanda, Dist Dausa, Rajasthan – 303501, near Government Senior Secondary School.

    @JioCare @JioCare, Pravin. For clarity, I DM’d immediately after your message, but no response has been received so far. The concern has been “in progress” since 11 May, with repeated assurances but no resolution. Kindly share a clear update with a definite timeline for installation.

    @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani Ultimately you guys haven’t resolved my concern why people will take your Jio Fiber connection if any disruption happens you guys will fix it after 3 days till then cust. will suffer People should rethink before taking Jio Fiber connection

    Hey @reliancejio @JioCare, the Jio tower is literally in my area, yet Spotify keeps buffering like it’s 2G era internet. If this is the network quality before getting Jio AirFiber, then maybe @airtelindia deserves a chance after all. Work on the network first, marketing later.

    @JioCare Internet down since yesterday. Service requests were raised, scheduled today, but no engineer attended the same. Repeated reschedules without informing customers & zero outcome from call to customer care team. Pathetic from jio —plz resolve immediately.@reliancejio

    @JioCare no internet from yesterday. Same issue last month also. Resolve the issue please. Showing network congestion. Mobile network also affected. Can't able to make a normal call.

    @JioCare My patience has exhausted because I was dependent on your wifi for my work. Which is currently down from last day and my work is hampering. Such a bad decision to choose @reliancejio @JioCare for the internet service. If the issue didn't get resolved by today then will switch.
