JioMart Delivery boy is unable to reach me on my jio phone number. The problem is when I keep the phone idle for sometime, incoming calls doesn't come though signal is fully available. This used to happen in the beginning. Again it started. @JioCare @reliancejio - please help.

There are very bad and weak Signal/network coverage in Vasai east evershine city, Palghar Maharashtra. Even @JioCare also not helpful. We are facing call drop, signal and internet outage.

@JioCare I already contacted customer care , they said engineer's working on this bug and it will take minimum 6 months . Whenever I'm low on battery i turn off internet but then i can't receive any call/text due to this issue
