Hello @JioCare sir in my village pritam sah k tola,post+ p.s-Hathua(Gopalganj,Bihar) the speed of jio is too worst,in day to even after 8pm it take 6-7min to send a single text message of whatsap or Instagram.Kindly🙏 look into it,we have done alot of complaints but not solve yet

@JioCare Already using @reliancejio as a backup SIM. At my location Jio indoor coverage is a bit poor hence calling could be an issue while @airtelindia provide 2G coverage that’s why can’t port my primary SIM. Improve your coverage at my location & 100 of people surely port out.

I have visited jio care at fatehpur shekhawati , Sikar Rajasthan 332301 for reissuing damaged sim. They demand me for rs225 insist of rs25. And I'm not finding proper way of complaint. They are looting rural people on the name of jio. @JioCare @Reliences
