At my location Jio indoor coverage is a bit poor hence calling could be an issue while @airtelindia provide 2G coverage that’s why can’t port my primary SIM. Improve your coverage at my location & 100 of people surely port out.

Engineer takes OTP, marks it resolved, but the issue returns within 1–2 hours. Please fix it permanently or refund my recharge and take back the AF.

Not only did they not refund my bill after confirming receiving my cancellation request they sent me another bill for a service I had long stopped using. They continue to call me everyday regarding that bill. @reliancejio is a bona fide criminal enterprise.
