At my location Jio indoor coverage is a bit poor hence calling could be an issue while @airtelindia provide 2G coverage that’s why can’t port my primary SIM. It has now been 24 hours, and practically nothing has changed. -No installation. -No confirmed timeline. -No proper response from the local team. -And the Kesli office continues to remain unavailable/closed when I try to get support. This experience is getting worse at every level — from the local team to customer care and escalation support. Everyone says the issue has been “forwarded”, but nobody actually takes ownership and resolves it. Payment has already been made. I have been following up continuously. How many more escalations are required for a simple JioAirFiber installation? @JioCare I don't need another “we have forwarded your concern” response. Please take ownership, give me a confirmed installation timeline, and actually resolve the issue.
