    @JioCare JioFiber has been down for the last 13 days. Despite multiple complaints, emails, and follow-ups, the issue is still unresolved. My complaint (SR00003AQ95D) was closed without fixing the problem after the engineer asked me to share the OTP. This is unacceptable.

    @JioCare I hope you’re doing well bcoz my home Internet has been out of service from past 5 days. When do you think it will get reinstate?. Don’t overlook this complaint and do a good job. Done with your negligence in responding to our issue.

    @airtelindia I have ported out my number from @reliancejio due poor network, but I am facing frequent call issues such as mute, call disconnect automatically, wrong announcements…etc since I ported out to Airtel.
