    @JioCare @reliancejio I am repeatedly facing poor network connectivity in my area. Every complaint is marked as "resolved" through SMS, but the actual issue remains the same. Please stop closing complaints without fixing the problem and provide a permanent resolution.

    @JioCare Yes from same location. We are frustrated from your service and also to the blind government which is silent to take action against the worst JIO operator. Why not the operator refund the money to me I surely port to bsnl which is giving stable internet and network nowadays.

    @JioCare I just called in the last one hour. She disconnected the call. I don't have any order id..she said not able to find my details. Asked me to solve the issue myself. What kind of behaviour is this ? You should go through the call recording . I had the JIO complaint number

    @JioCare your AI chatbot is the worst thing. I am looking for a real person to talk my service issue and your chatbot keep on repeating same message. My work is stuck due to no internet and you haven’t yet assigned any engineer for my issue.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Really disappointed with JioFiber service in Shahdara, Delhi. It’s been 3 days without internet because of an optical fiber issue, and still no resolution. For a company as big as Jio, not being able to repair a fiber line for 72+ hours is unacceptable.
