    @JioCare @reliancejio everytime a new SR is getting created and no solid reason is being provided,as to why an broadband installation is taking more than a week, really poor service,in this case why should a consumer still wait for your service and not go with Airtel

    @JioCare @reliancejio Pathetic customer service from your Agent named Biswajit kolkata cust. care.. He was transferring the call to other department and kept my call on hold for 10mins and wen i did not disconnected he came back stating please hold i will transfer now.. useless.
