    @JioCare Network speed is very low in Nagarjapuram, Sullur, Sullurpeta 524121,Tirupati District, Andhra Pradesh . Even key pad phones with 2g sim are loading fast than my 4g Jio sim. 1 week back good speed , now worst. I wanna switch to another network , but did 3months recharge

    @JioCare @reliancejio I'm experiencing very bad internet speed right now. The network is fluctuating to low speed which causes buffering while video streaming. I didn't expect this from jio. Customer service is also poor. Overall horrible experience.

    Very pathetic service of @reliancejio since past 11 days in my area. No proper response from customer care also. They just take complaint and send message after two days of complaint being resolved. Not even 1% improvement. They no more need subscribers. @TRAI
