    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare Extremely disappointed with Jio AirFiber service. Since February 2026 I have been reporting continuous slow internet and TV issues. SR000038DV3L was raised, then closed as "resolved" without any engineer visit.

    @JioCare No technician has visited till now. Last Monday a technician visited from Jio who told us to switch Jio fiber into airtel / any other local provider and after that daily Wifi disconnects and then comes back automatically. Still facing the same issue.

    @JioCare Are you using jio? How you feel the jio network. I also use jio but I face lots of problems in jio and i call the jio I don't know who is speaking same of things 😔. My network stick is full fill but where is the network not working any social media application fix now.

    @JioCare 3 days without Internet in DLF Phase 3, S block. The guys said some box is broken and we are left with no option!! My jiofiber is useless from 3 days!!

    @JioCare I have a jiomotive device in my car. I changed the name of wifi network in jiothings app, but it is not updated. Support number rings and after selection of language says "thanks for calling jio" and disconnects! RIDICULOUS! RESOLVE URGENTLY!

    @JioCare Ishveen Pls help me, as per the details provided I was supposed to get the update for SR000038CAAR in few hours but that has already passed now. No update, No #jiorefund progress. So many no. of SR = delay refund = no claritY on refund. HELP ME & SAY THE TRUTH NOW

    @JioCare The customer service is terrible; the customer care helpline number simply doesn't connect—and it never will. The Jio app offers no options to resolve issues. Recharge costs are exorbitant, and there are no offers available; there is no one to provide guidance.
