    @JioCare The situation became even more confusing. The Jio app said my service stopped because my data was exhausted, yet I was advised to pay the bill to restore the connection. Those are two completely different explanations.

    @JioCare It is surprisong that yuo do not have engineer slot for 5 days. Also if I am surrendereing my connection you are not refunding my balance amount. This is cheating. Even you cannot provide suervice you should refund the moneu to customer

    @JioCare I am trying to cancel the game pass subscription my son took on my jio fiber connection. Do not see any option to cancel. Called your help line 1991 and the person sent me some link which does not work...pls help

    @JioCare Something is seriously wrong with Jio Airfiber installation requests, When requested no one will reach out, if by mistake if they do, they will say device is out of stock, and if urgently required then need to pay more for the service. No one is following up on request.

    @JioCare There is no accountability that your team is taking, when there is a delay in payment your team calls 3 times a day,whereas when the connection is not working there is not a single JioFiber associate who is reaching out to address this concern,this is harrasment to the level best
