    @JioCare Bought a new JioFiber connection on 9th Sep. Was promised installation in 2 days. No installation done, Jio rep not picking calls. No way to contact customer support. Pls resolve ASAP.

    @JioCare I am from Bhopal. Jio customer service is pathetic. The toll number guides you to auto response and end up clueless. The Internet speed was good when installed, but it weeps now & then. Even calls to area services engineer is in vain because they in turn raise a ticket.

    Had a bad experience last month when we were fooled by a sales guy into buying a jio Fibre connection twice, ended up paying twice @JioCare @reliancejio 2/2
