    @JioCare @reliancejio Actually the issue I am facing is not new to me. Electricity Cut problem is a common issue in this area Pin Code 828113 Katras Jharkhand & whenever there is a electricity cut the Network issues are there like No internet working from morning and Calls drop.

    @reliancejio @JioCare WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Never in my life I've been troubled as I've got opting for Jio Fiber. Company and their representatives dealing on lies over 10+ days that your Fiber connection would be installed which hasn't yet done.

    @JioCare I have had better experience in last 4@5 months when I was in Bihar. Now I have shifted to Delhi and again a bitter service experience. I am not able to connect on any no because outgoing is not happening. Please assist urgently.
