    @reliancejio @JioCare Till now, we are getting the same speed as in Reliance Jio 2G network,speed 10.kb but the money we paid was given for 4G network so please humble request to batter service in apply customers.

    @JioCare I have recharged my Jio Fiber account for my parents. But the router is still not able to connect to the internet. Now support says that due to restrictions they can't fix my issue. So does this means that the amount I paid for a month's services is a waste?

    Worst service. I am Working from home. I applied for jio fiber connection. and waiting for installation for 6 days and engineer rescheduling time again in again. Also I complaint regarding it but no solution. worst service ever. @fiber_jio @JioCare

    @JioCare Please make sure to provide better data speed and network connection at my end (Malapur, Dharwad) Due to very bad network i am not able to present at my best in the online processional meets. Please Resolve the issue as soon as possible.
