    @reliancejio @JioCare Till now, we are getting the same speed as in Reliance Jio 2G network,speed 10.kb but the money we paid was given for 4G network so please humble request to batter service in apply customers.

    @JioCare I am facing speed issue in Jio air fiber but I am not getting any resolution. Last time I had also raised a complaint but the complaint was closed without resolution. I am fed up with Jio Air Fiber ever since it was installed till now. @TRAI Please help

    Had a discussion with Jio customer care regarding connection closure. Fun fact is you wont get refund for amount you paid in advance. So customer has to suffer one way or another. Now I understand why Jio guys are chill and relax and really dont care about the service @JioCare

    Pathetic service by @JioCare. My Jio AirFiber installation has been pending since 22nd May despite multiple complaints. I’m fed up with the daily fake assurances. Ordering Jio AirFiber feels like disturbing your own mental peace. Such a fraudulent company.

    Hey @JioCare @reliancejio The internet in my house works but not the landline. I have raised the request to get it resolved like 25 days ago. Still there is no proper resolution. Inam tired of calling Call center and end up with no resolution or fix. Pathetic Response
