And after all that, the answer is essentially: “Our system won’t let us tell you when the engineer is coming.” That is not a resolution.

Back-to-back complaints raised, but Jio seems completely uninterested in addressing the issue. This is extremely poor customer service. How long are customers expected to keep waiting for?

Even the toll free number is so waste that it takes two call to connect and listen to useless ideas. Will you provide 4 days extra for this??
