@reliancejio Feb 1st our wifi router was kept on disconnecting,so I contacted customer care to check it, on the same day itself service person came and analysed need to change the router and asked to wait 4hrs for internet,it's been 3days no internet yet.

@geekyranjit @reliancejio It happened with me so I had done a complaint and got a call from the jio team and after a few days they enabled yhe 5G on my sim.
