    @JioCare I follow all the steps given by customer care through sms from @reliancejio but no relief from the problem I face They give the same pathway which you suggest So please check your signal quality When I not want to recharge this disgusting sim then you people call for recharge

    @JioCare Can you please check the internet speed in below location it's running very slow. compare to earlier (6 months back) speed was reduced almost 50% now we feel like 2G speed. Location - Behind Bethel Church of First born, Shanthi Nagar, Ragi Gudda, Shivamogga,Karnataka

    Hey @JioCare I've not seen any worse customer service. I have been waiting for relocation for more than a month and everytime customer care gives me a new date! I have paid for one whole year and I feel harassed by your executives. Either relocate or refund asap!

    2 nights and 1 day without internet. Still waiting for your engineer to visit. Try living without WiFi on work-from-home days, it's not fun. Oh also since I use JioTV Box, no TV either. Even local cable walas come in 2 hours to check the problem. @JioCare
