    Dear @JioCare, Village Laxrampur, PO Jitwaria, Kalyanpur, Samastipur (848302), Bihar is facing severe network issues. Despite 5G recharges, even 4G barely works, especially 5–10 PM we can't even send texts. 1000+ Jio users are affected and may port to Airtel if not resolved.

    @JioCare Wow this is how you resolve the request. My complaint was closed saying we tried contacting multiple times. Not a single call was made. Disgraceful and shameful. Did not know that Jio operates like this.

    @JIOAIRFIBERIN I placed a relocation request, my airfiber is uninstalled but it’s been 10 days no one has installed it. I’m not able to contact customer care. It’s very pathetic and frustrating service. @JioCare is very irresponsible and negligent. Need action to resolve ASAP.

    My internet is not working but u ppl r saying it will take Abt 2 days to resort d service. R u 4 real so what m i suppose to do not work my job . Sit n write a Mail to that can't work nrlet not working jio busy bringing ipo but can't resort interest service soon @JioCare

    Extremely disappointed with @JioCare. Paid ₹1200 for relocation (SR: LR0000163G4O).After 4 missed appointments, the tech refused to visit and my request was deleted from the app. As a video editor,this delay is causing me major professional loss. Need immediate resolution/refund
