    @reliancejio Honestly, Airtel @airtel is far better here in terms of reliability and connectivity. Jio, if you’re charging for 5G, at least provide a network that actually works.

    @JioCare @reliancejio your on-ground technical engineer is not visiting and solving the issue and unnecessarily arguing on the call. No help from customer care number, they put on hold for an hour and cut the call (3 times) absolutely hooliganism

    Total operational paralysis at @JioCare. Despite daily calls & endless promises to "update upper management," not single technician dispatched 4 device pickup/relocation bfr 25. Service was completely undelivered. Process my full pro-rata REFUND immediately! @reliancejio @TRAI
