    @JioCare @JioCare even after 5 days my slow internet speed issue is not resolved yet. I have 100 MBps Jio Airfiber plan and I am getting only 20-30 MBps speed. I am suffering everyday I want compensation.

    @JioCare After 9 complete days of total outage as of 5 PM on 31 July—and repeated false “next 4 hours” assurances—I have lost all confidence in JioAirFiber. I hereby terminate and surrender this connection with effect from the date and time of this post. 2/3

    @JioCare Shbham, what is the update on SR00003C5U11? By what time can I expect my refund today? Enough of fooling me by your team of they & support team is working will be resolved soon. Just come up openly that no refund for me rather than giving false hope. Enough of this bs

    @JioCare It is already showing Green LED, still facing the issue. I am not able to connect to customer care number also due to this outage, calls are disconnecting after IVR update.

    @JioCare @JioCare You asked for my AirFiber ID and registered mobile number on 29 Jul; I shared them immediately. Yet there is no diagnosis, technician visit, restoration timeline or cancellation docket. What further “opportunity” do you need after 9 days of total outage?1/2

    We are facing a serious JioAirFiber internet issue in PIN Code 767025. The internet remains unavailable for nearly 20 hours every day. This problem has been continuing for several days despite repeated complaints. Kindly investigate the network issue. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare On raising complaint the time slot is given of tomorrow meaning another 24 hrs. My entire work is suffering. Jio should provide discount or extend validity by 2 days on account of disruption from their end. Just unprofessional & a thug company called Jio
