    @JioCare , My jio fibre is not working since 23 July. Have raised complaint on 25 July which number is SR00003C6TGF. No one contacted me from the service team. Is it 24 hrs TAT? Worst service. Get it resolved as soon as possible.

    Very disappointing @JioCare. Payment was taken after confirming JioFiber feasibility. After payment, I was told the box is full & connection can't be provided. Even after 7 days, ₹4,443.46 refund is pending. Why hold a customer's money without providing service? Refund now.

    Whenever there is a power outage, all Jio services, including calling and internet, stop working completely. no permanent solution has been provided. The issue was fixed for a short period, but now it has started happening again I can no longer tolerate this @TRAI @reliancejio

    @JioCare I would like to thank @JioCare and the social media support team for responding quickly and ensuring this issue was resolved. A special thanks to Mahendran R, the field engineer, who visited promptly, patiently explained the issue, and made sure it was fully resolved. This is the level of service I've generally experienced from @JioCare over the years, which is why I was surprised that this incident was handled so poorly initially and pushed me to the point of requesting cancellation of my 5-year-old connection. I'm glad the issue was resolved once it was escalated. Thank you for restoring my faith in your customer support.

    @JioCare Dipesh, this is an involuntary disconnection due to Jio's total failure to provide service after removing local poles (SR00003BPF29). Per TRAI guidelines, non-refundable clauses apply to voluntary churn, not permanent service default on Jio's end.

    @JioCare my connection still not working despite engineer visit. This is really pathetic situation
