    I switched to your network @airtelindia so that I can get good services but your services are also bad and of course @reliancejio has ended competition so there is nowhere to go and as usual both are ****** network and now @airtelindia is also on the same line.

    @JioCare I have DM.ed all the information. But you have not solved the issue. Without solving, you're just asking repetitively same questions, just to make sure that you have responded to the query. Jio will not retain customers if the customer service is like this.

    @reliancejio From last three days, I am facing network issue, I am unable to make a single call that's how bad the network is. I am unable to browse even forget about browsing, it is taking 10 to 15 seconds to send a message in WhatsApp. My PIN CODE is 743135.

    Totally frustrated by the jio fiber service..All setup are ready in my area all the boxes are setup but since last 4 month I don't get connection now I will switch another service more then 30 connection needed but no service.@JioCare @JioFibre

    It's ridiculous when @reliancejio @JioCare can't even come up with a TAT for service request resolution. Why so pathetic service on jiofiber? Reference fiber connection NO0000I0EVX2.

    @JioCare The internet speed is really low these days especially in evening and many apps since couple of days are not working properly. Live TV is also buffering.

    @RupsaChak @VodafoneIT Today Vi network is pretty bad, I have a Jio SIM so work is not affected, suggest switch to Jio @Jiocare

    @reliancejio @JioCare provide a broad plan with a speed of 50Mbps. 30Mbps plan is too slow for me and 100Mbps plan is soo fast for me. Provide the customers with a 50Mbps plan.
