    @JioCare Jio doesn’t allow relocation of connection within same city. Reason given Some technical issue. Solution suggested: Buy a new connection. What a scam is this. Why would I loose my already paid 2month subscription, deposit and landline number. Better would shift to Airtel

    What a service @JioCare @reliancejio . Jio Fiber not working since last 2 nights. 3-4 calls to the call centre gave me different responses - the latest being an engineer will visit ASAP. Now, the wait starts with a hope that @JioCare will surprise me.

    @JioCare @PuskarKant They are never there for anyone, doing DM will not help, at last they are gonna " regret for the inconvenience" and show inability to resolve your issue at this point of time owing to a technical issue which runs for months and years altogether.

    @reliancejio I have raised SR to fix by jio fiber connection, no one has showed up at my place and the status of SR is resolved... I do not know that kind of technology where issue exists and customer raised ticket is resolved. It's the worst service provider I have seen so far

    @JioCare My net has become very slow recently. I always get messages to recharge whenever it's near the end date. Can't you people then take care of the quality of the signal? Very poor from you guys
