    @JioCare @JioChat @reliancejio I have been facing issues both to call and to receive from last week.There is no problem in signal strength and internet is also working fine. I also raised issue with jio care team almost 5 times. There is no perfect solution till now.

    @ACTFibernet Planning on shifting from ACT to another service provider. It's been over 48 hours and internet is still down. @JioCare is ready to install and get it running in 30 mins. But ACT can't fix their broken connection.

    The funniest thing is that the new building already has jio fiber connection, the engineers are ready to change over, but the internal processes take this much time to just raise a request. Fast internet and slow servicing shouldn’t go hand in hand! @reliancejio
