    @JioCare More two Days had left but not even single call received from customer service end of @JioCare . Respected @TRAI kindly suspend the @reliancejio license from Gujarat on urgent base. If they unable to provide service to customer.

    Hey @JioCare I have tried calling your customer care number multiple times. The IVR option gives me an option to talk to your customer care executive as soon as the call is about to connect the call gets disconnected. Kindly arrange a call back ASAP.

    Dear @JioCare My JioFiber connection has been down since yesterday. Service Request SR000038A77V was registered on 13.06.2026 at 6:35 AM. I was given technician visit slots of 11 AM–12 PM, then 5 PM, then 8 PM–9 PM. No one visited.

    @JioCare My Jio AirFiber order was cancelled before installation. I received a refund initiation SMS on 21 May 2026, but ₹1200 has still not been credited even after 20+ days. Order No: NO0001CSOALA Please resolve this issue urgently.

    @JioCare, I have emailed Jiofibrecare about activating Prime Video. Please read that, the activation is pending due to a glitch in the MyJio app. When payment has been made, why should I wait for activation? Please resolve the issue ASAP.

    @JioCare It's 4days, still working/wait. It is not expected from brand like Jio. Only big claim, on ground, you are down. In today's time breakdown for 4days means, Just like sarkari,your infra strength is very weak & incompetent. Who will bear the loss for these day?
