  @reliancejio @reliancejio If a Rajasthan customer is suddenly hearing Gujarati automated messages on every unanswered/disconnected call, that’s a SYSTEM ISSUE, not a customer issue. It’s happening on both incoming & outgoing calls. Take responsibility and fix whatever is wrong. @TRAI

  Human Connect > AI Support, any day. Was looking for WiFi service in Pune. Had 3 options – @TataPlayBinge, @JioCare and @Airtel_Presence. Called all 3. Tata and Airtel had human reps who connected, showed up, gave plans etc. Jio had an AI voice call which I responded to... 1/4

  @JioCare 4 days since I requested cancellation. Still no Disconnection SR or pickup scheduled for Account 410602490539. You took ₹1060.82 on 14-Jul, service died on 15-Jul (SR00003BPF29). Stop stalling on "Browsing Issue" tickets. Close account & refund ₹1060.82 now.
