    @JioCare More two Days had left but not even single call received from customer service end of @JioCare . Respected @TRAI kindly suspend the @reliancejio license from Gujarat on urgent base. If they unable to provide service to customer.

    @JioCare I purchased jiophone,when someone called I am not receive anything,inthe receiver side it told busy and automatically cut the call. What's happening? I can't do anything with this new phone,don't have options for change network

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioFiberVoice Took a Jio Fiber Trial offer. Returned it <30 days usage. Jio Technician has updated wrong account account details . Have shared >5+ emails. No revert. Spoke to Nidhi from support. Denied connecting to next level. Reg No 8050195942

    @JioCare That is absolutely illegal and malpractice. If you are not providing the service the how can you charge for that duration? Is it legal to charge for the duration during which service was not provided? @CCS_IIPA

    Even after waiting for about 11 months for the resolution @reliancejio told me to wait for another 6-7 months . Is there any authority over them or not. If not then tell us to deal with them we will take care of our money and then there should be zero intervention from government

    @reliancejio @JioFiberVoice Hello Jio Fiber team, I am experiencing a frequent disruption with my jio fiber internet. I had contacted the #jiofiber cust services team using chat as well as toll-free number. Everytime a ticket is raised and closed without any resolution provided.
