    @JioCare More two Days had left but not even single call received from customer service end of @JioCare . Respected @TRAI kindly suspend the @reliancejio license from Gujarat on urgent base. If they unable to provide service to customer.

    @reliancejio First change your people who is working in you jio office. They don't won't to work if we ask for jio broadband connection they say 3months, then they never update. Public likes your network but bad approach to customers they don't care about customer so I switched to airtel.

    Can anyone tell me how to talk to Jio costumer service #jiocare ?? Because I have already tried all the number but their is no option for talking to costumer executive . Someone is using a SIM card on my details I want to block it as soon as possible . #jiocare

    On one side you guys are are advertising that you are ready to resolve queries but on another side you are not even listening the issues... Now i'm completely disappointed with that.. now I'm going to port my sim into @JioCare @reliancejio at least they will hear the querry...

    @JioCare @reliancejio @RelianceJioCare My Jio Service ID is 400127935960. Since today early morning, router is blinking red. Multiple times switched router off and on, but internet is down, zero connectivity. This is my Free 1st month and have already paid for July Subscription.
