@JioCare More two Days had left but not even single call received from customer service end of @JioCare . Respected @TRAI kindly suspend the @reliancejio license from Gujarat on urgent base. If they unable to provide service to customer.

@JioCare @reliancejio Never go for Jio. No-one listen issues in customer care. 1. On 5th August 2022, 32 GB Data wrongly deducted. No Resolution. 2. On 14th August 202, Not able to transfer data to child account. No Resolution. 3. On 15th August 2022, Wrong bill. No Resolution.

@JioCare I have raised a cancelation of Jiofiber service today and I already paid for the August 2022 month charges. As I am disconnecting it today, why am I not eligible for a refund for those days for which I am not going to use the internet? This is the minimum I can expect.
