    @JioCare More two Days had left but not even single call received from customer service end of @JioCare . Respected @TRAI kindly suspend the @reliancejio license from Gujarat on urgent base. If they unable to provide service to customer.

    Stuck in the middle of nowhere because @JioCare @reliancejio on-device eSIM conversion failed! Now my physical SIM is dead, eSIM won't download, and I have ZERO network signal. Can’t even call customer care. Extremely frustrating. Please DM and fix my number ASAP!

    Hi @JioCare, this is now my 4th call to customer care for a simple Jio AirFiber disconnection request. Every single time, I’m transferred to the disconnection team, kept waiting for 5–8 minutes, and then the call is automatically disconnected. This is unacceptable.

    @JioCare I tried all these things since last 3 months, you should understand & take action on next steps. Your agents are being assigned but, they were not coming up for booking, they booked 2 times and then cancelled without any reason. That’s what the issue. take an action if u can

    @JioCare Resolution date Aug 27th, which is unacceptable for a 9-day service outage that was already resolved on Aug 14th; Plz immediate processing of the validity extension as per TRAI norms. The DoT Appeal (DOTEL/E/A/26/0011141) active. Plz escalate to the concerned team immediately.
