    @JioCare More two Days had left but not even single call received from customer service end of @JioCare . Respected @TRAI kindly suspend the @reliancejio license from Gujarat on urgent base. If they unable to provide service to customer.

    @reliancejio I was having Airtel Post Paid no. 7903813601, got the no. ported to Jio Post paid with help of Jio Store Staff. Today morning, my sim has stopped working. I contacted jio store, pakur, they told it will be activated with in 4 hrs but yet my no. is not activated.

    @JioCare It's the duty of any company to clarify all the tnc at the time of purchase of product or service. Shame on jio that it uses such cheap tactics to earn money & also to harrass the customer

    I already DM you in morning I didn’t get any assistance Is it your way to ignore inconvenience of customer @JioCare you take more then 3 days for activate IR PACK ? @reliancejio this is the way to harassment your customers?!!!!

    @JioCare Solutions.if you want, please check the issue and log report how every month jio team is cheating us this way. When I ask what is TAT for getting resolution, tthey said technical team had not updates anything. My question if you unable to provide services why not be honest

    @JioCare my net is not working from last 12 days. It's been 10 times I contacted to jio customer care and all the times I got the condolence that your connection will be restored tomorrow. Engineer and technicians are poorly guided and less technical supported. Still suffering.
