@JioCare @reliancejio ur service is so cheap. There are many issues with jio sim like no network ,no net many times cll drops,net speed is 1kb -2kb .if u can't handle 4G then how it is possible to operate 5G in proper way.guys fix the problems.whole locality is facing problems.

@reliancejio 5g is not yet launched in my place but nothing can be said about 4g situation, sometimes the network in the phone also remains missing for 1/2 day.

@JioCare @ppprajapati16 jio don't have enough spectrum for large data usage, it will slow down further, #Port2Vi vodafoneidea good 4G in India, good call quality, better coverage, more importantly you can call customer care of Vi directly and raise your concern.

@JioCare I do have trouble with JIO 4g network while travelling from train on daily basis. The problem persists within Naihati to Sealdah area(West Bengal). This problem has been since the start of jio service, please take care of this issue otherwise I'll port to other service.

@reliancejio Today I took connection of JioFiber connection NO0000GEA18Q, they took payment in morning, even rigorous follow ups for 10 hours, no one came for the installtion. Sales person not picking up. Such Pathetic Customer service on the first day..
