    @reliancejio 5g is not yet launched in my place but nothing can be said about 4g situation, sometimes the network in the phone also remains missing for 1/2 day.

    @JioCare @reliancejio ur service is so cheap. There are many issues with jio sim like no network ,no net many times cll drops,net speed is 1kb -2kb .if u can't handle 4G then how it is possible to operate 5G in proper way.guys fix the problems.whole locality is facing problems.

    @JioCare I want to relocate my fiber connection, upon entering the new location it says "not serviceable" but when I apply for new connection, it says available. What is this nonsense? Your customer care executive have no idea about the reason.

    Sir I have ported this 8840702424 jio pre on postpaid UP east sim to prepaid jio sim faridabad haryana circle on 29 Nov 2021 by submitting adhaar and otp formality and paid 150 rs plan, jio store said after 3 hrs network Will go and still no network gone. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @reliancejio @JioCare pathetic Jio service. My wife’s Jio postpaid number all of a sudden went inactive on nov 28th. She tried restarting and charging settings but nothing worked. Called up support and they said they will resolve but till now no response. Can someone please help?

    @reliancejio Past two months I have been requesting for uninstallation of the Jio Fiber connection through customer care & mail, but no responses. Daily making a call for customer care and requesting the same to uninstall the services as usual with no response.@reliancejio @JioCare

    @jiocare having a torrid time with Jio Business account. No Internet from yesterday! No jio fibre, no IP centrex , no ownership, no resolution. Have followed up with customer service no escalation manager ready to take call or call back.
