@JioCare @reliancejio ur service is so cheap. There are many issues with jio sim like no network ,no net many times cll drops,net speed is 1kb -2kb .if u can't handle 4G then how it is possible to operate 5G in proper way.guys fix the problems.whole locality is facing problems.

@reliancejio @JioCare The outdoor wire of Jio fiber is broken due to ongoing construction in the neighbourhood. I complained on helpline and was assured of a time slot of 7pm. Your engineer refused to fix it today on call. Worst services. Refund my annual plan money.

@JioCare Every area of my village has this problem. Even though I have complained many times before,my problem has not been resolved. If this is the case, I will not get a solution to the problem, then I should switch from jio to other companies.

@JioCare I have ordered Jio Fiber (NO0000MNF526) 2 days before. It's been more than 48 hrs, since I paid for the order. So far, I haven't received a single call regarding the installation. My installation is being rescheduled several times for the past 2 days. Please help.

@reliancejio @JioCare @reliancegroup Device picked up on Aug 6. NO REFUND YET even after 14 working days. KINDLY issue my REFUND for (180-2=178 days) immediately. I've paid INR 6436.92 for 180 days of service.
