    @reliancejio 5g is not yet launched in my place but nothing can be said about 4g situation, sometimes the network in the phone also remains missing for 1/2 day.

    @JioCare @reliancejio ur service is so cheap. There are many issues with jio sim like no network ,no net many times cll drops,net speed is 1kb -2kb .if u can't handle 4G then how it is possible to operate 5G in proper way.guys fix the problems.whole locality is facing problems.

    Hi @Airtel_Presence .I have been hoping from you for a long time that our problem will be solved, but why not yet.We also have a network of companies here which is better than you. You always say that your problem will be solved.But there is no time limit when @JioCare @Idea

    @TRAI @JioCare I have full DND registered on my mobile number .But I keep receiving a lot of spam calls . I have registered almost 100 complaints in a month by still I keep receiving calls from new numbers. Is there no permanent solution for this ?

    As of now, there is no service offered by them, Despite of multiple request. Now he is saying to make a complaint on Jio number. I tried yesterday multiple times, but no response from them. Also, despite connecting my call 2/3 @reliancejio @TRAI

    @reliancejio / @JioCare your mobile as well as fibre network everything is down in 400102 Jogeshwari Mumbai location, please check even not a single bar in the network is there causing lot of inconvenience to us in the weekdays especially please rectify the same on priority

    Its been 2 days our jio internet is not working at home. We have raised reuest and no one has yet shown up. This is the 2nd time in 8 days where we are without internet at home for 4 days, which blocks our set top box connection as well. @JioCare

    @reliancejio I was Jiofiber customer since 2020. In June 2026, after my job transfer, I tried to transfer the connection to my new location but neither my connection was transferred in time nor my 1200/- transfer chgs were refunded. Please look into the issue.

    @JioCare there is major issue in our lokhandwala, mhada telephone exchange andheri West area. No calls coming in or going out even internet is not working. It's coming and going. I have 10 numbers all facing same issue even restarted phones

    @JioCare The only appropriate solution is refund of my booking amount and fire Mr Kanhaiya Lal, a jio sales agent, who has the audacity to take my money and then completely avoid my calls
