    @JioCare @reliancejio ur service is so cheap. There are many issues with jio sim like no network ,no net many times cll drops,net speed is 1kb -2kb .if u can't handle 4G then how it is possible to operate 5G in proper way.guys fix the problems.whole locality is facing problems.

    @JioCare @0291rk I thought you have improved your network coverage. So, I port into JIO on 20 Aug, 2020. After that only I realized still, same problem exists in my area. So, I waited for 3 months to port into someother network. Finally, I changed my network. Now, everything going fine. Thank u.

    @drmaheshbshinde @reliancejio @exploreIMC Great 👌 I also switched to airtel. Airtel video streaming is good but You will face call drop and call quality also not good, you can't access net over call, slowness in website access and VoLTE service not available.

    @JioCare No update or call yet from jio. I don't know how you are operating and what service you will provide. Cancel my connection and refund my money. Why do say 48 hours then. Is it all fake advertising and cross selling. No question, cancel and refund.

    Hey @JioCare @reliancejio I live in a blacked out area, network wise. Just by the state highway. People have to converge to point on the highway nearby to dial even the police/ambulance/fire helpline. Its almost the end of the decade and yes such a place exist. P.S. not a forest

    There are a issue in using my @reliancejio app, The app show a error in Logging in& Persons who already logged in unable to see own account details. I also tried to reach customer care for troubleshooting of this problem. Not Resolved. Ser Req. no. SR0000136RW3 @JioCare T-0650

    @JioCare After taking thousands of rupees monthly and thousands again as security fee, you guys don't answer customer queries for Jio Fibre. Please share a support number that works around the clock since interruption of your services is consistent.
