    @reliancejio 5g is not yet launched in my place but nothing can be said about 4g situation, sometimes the network in the phone also remains missing for 1/2 day.

    @JioCare @reliancejio ur service is so cheap. There are many issues with jio sim like no network ,no net many times cll drops,net speed is 1kb -2kb .if u can't handle 4G then how it is possible to operate 5G in proper way.guys fix the problems.whole locality is facing problems.

    @JioCare , I have been facing slow internet issue for past month, for the same I have been connected through app to your users who kept telling me that our expert will look into this and fix it. They do not take any complaint but keep saying the same rhymes you mugged up them.

    @JioCare thanks to your pathetic services and arrogant *** engineers I'm once again without internet for last 20 hours. Your service team couldn't assign a representative even after 20 hours of service fault. What are we supposed to do, leave or jobs and beg you for wifi ?

    @JioCare this kind of internet service from jio is not expected, I called two times from morning but nothing changed, bsnl 4g is much faster from your 5g, Have a look into it. From last two days I am experiencing it.

    @JioCare @reliancejio On top of all these bullshit when I try to contact to customer support I get to deal with automated voices but I'm unable to connect with a real human. This is how you treat the customers? You can tell me in simple words if you're gonna be just snatching the money from our hands.

    How to disconnect the service @JioCare ? Neither TV channel works even after subscription charge is deducted nor internet has speed. It has been told that the subscription amnt will be adjusted which is yet to be done.
