@JioCare @reliancejio ur service is so cheap. There are many issues with jio sim like no network ,no net many times cll drops,net speed is 1kb -2kb .if u can't handle 4G then how it is possible to operate 5G in proper way.guys fix the problems.whole locality is facing problems.

There's one local engineer suresh(9289095272)from your team assigned by you to fix issues, he doesn't even pickup call and speaks arrogantly. Was happy when i was using jio fiber @reliancejio for 2yrs there were no issues but you made me fed up in 3 months. Good bye @airtelindia

@JioCare @reliancejio I was upgrading my physical SIM into an eSIM on iOS. While the whole process went smoothly, I didn’t receive any activation code or SM-DP+ address, neither via message or mail leaving me stuck in the limbo. Do respond and help.

@JioCare Engineer came and visited the site. But unfortunately your 24 hours of TAT to resolve the issue which anyways you are not able to complete is not allowing me to raise relocation request as again it's needed 24 hours to get the request close.

Having Worst service from @reliancejio . Contacted them abt Jio Fiber a year ago and still have got no connection in my area. No update from service centre too 🙏 @JioCare
