    @JioCare @reliancejio ur service is so cheap. There are many issues with jio sim like no network ,no net many times cll drops,net speed is 1kb -2kb .if u can't handle 4G then how it is possible to operate 5G in proper way.guys fix the problems.whole locality is facing problems.

    @JioCare I've promptly made my bill payment on the day of Bill generation itself. Yet you've suspended my account. And when I call customer care, the resolution ETA given is 48h. Why did you suspend my account in the first place?

    @JioCare @JioChat @reliancejio I have been facing issues both to call and to receive from last week.There is no problem in signal strength and internet is also working fine. I also raised issue with jio care team almost 5 times. There is no perfect solution till now.

    @ACTFibernet Planning on shifting to another service provider. It's been over 48 hours and internet is still down. @reliancejio is ready to install and get it running in 30 mins. But ACT can't fix their broken connection.

    @JioCare what kind of service are you guys providing. I am in a zone where there is absolutely network issues and all your helpline numbers are utter waste. Tired of this guys, why can't I get through a customer service agent to speak and why is the IVR so lengthy!

    @JioCare Are u kidding My initial post was on Nov 17 & today is Dec 7 no update from ur side & ur still saying that ur working on my issue. Looks like reliance is not working just sleeping
