    @JioCare @reliancejio ur service is so cheap. There are many issues with jio sim like no network ,no net many times cll drops,net speed is 1kb -2kb .if u can't handle 4G then how it is possible to operate 5G in proper way.guys fix the problems.whole locality is facing problems.

    @reliancejio 5g is not yet launched in my place but nothing can be said about 4g situation, sometimes the network in the phone also remains missing for 1/2 day.

    Team called asking me to wait until Aug 30 for a 5km shift while my paid service lies dead! I rejected this absurd delay as I won't be available post-25th. Stop pretending this is resolved on X, @JioCare. Transfer my setup bfr 25 or process my pro-rata REFUND! @reliancejio @TRAI

    @reliancejio JioFiber service issues keep recurring 1–2 times every month despite repeated complaints. Please send a senior technical team and provide a permanent solution. If this continues, I will be forced to disconnect my JioFiber connection and discontinue Jio services.

    @JioCare Irresponsible service. I haven't got any reply till now. Wasting customer money and . Don't go for jio airfiber. They give options for the customers and they respond properly. Even customer care people not trained.

    How are telecom operators allowed to completely do away with humans in customer care @TRAI @JioCare never lets you talk to anyone. Only limited options available on customer care automated services. Crack down on this @PMOIndia

    2 DAYS and my JioFiber is STILL not working! No proper response, no resolution, nothing. This is absolutely unacceptable. I’ve already faced a 10-day delay just 2 months ago. How many days are customers expected to wait? @reliancejio Fix this NOW! @JioCare

    Very bad service by jio. I think that jio is only concerned with making money by hook or by crook. My plan 399 is valid upto 23 August. Fro 6.30 pm onward I'm only hearing voice and no video on youtube . Customer care says you upgrade your plan.why? @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio Since last 2 months frequent getting Jio Airfiber connections error don't know what kind of services are provided by Jio .don't know why they are charging payment if they can't provide service Jio fiber No 2035407667...and jiocare not responding properly

    @JioCare @OfficialJioTV @_MukeshAmbani Nowadays Jio Service getting disaster. Today in 1 hour twice my internet line totally disconnected. Sir, please don't mind if u think now u not improve ur service & ignore ur subscriber than you are wrong. One day I will be alone.
