    @JioCare @reliancejio ur service is so cheap. There are many issues with jio sim like no network ,no net many times cll drops,net speed is 1kb -2kb .if u can't handle 4G then how it is possible to operate 5G in proper way.guys fix the problems.whole locality is facing problems.

    @reliancejio 5g is not yet launched in my place but nothing can be said about 4g situation, sometimes the network in the phone also remains missing for 1/2 day.

    @JioCare , i have cancelled my service on 29th July 2022. Still my router is not picked up. Upon calling jiocare they are just rescheduling the appointment. Email's didn't work, even informed appellate authority, didn't work. Can u suggest a workable option. A/c no 299380403446.

    @JioCare Have sent my registered number through DM please track service ID through that but it's really frustrating to wait for these many days but for new connection you guys are chasing like anything. My call was even disconnected by your customer care executives

    @JioCare Ur people in jio ask for bribe in the name of extra wire is needed to put the connection when I first got it. Now when I am facing issues with connection they are telling me my area is not eligible for connection that's why I am facing this issue and to cancel my connection 1/2
