    @reliancejio 5g is not yet launched in my place but nothing can be said about 4g situation, sometimes the network in the phone also remains missing for 1/2 day.

    @JioCare @reliancejio ur service is so cheap. There are many issues with jio sim like no network ,no net many times cll drops,net speed is 1kb -2kb .if u can't handle 4G then how it is possible to operate 5G in proper way.guys fix the problems.whole locality is facing problems.

    @JioCare @JioCare It has now been 48 hours since the JioFiber outage in Anna Nagar, Chennai. There has still been no improvement. We are paying for a service that has been unavailable for 2 days (on weekends 🤯). How will Jio compensate us for the lost service during our recharge period?

    @JioCare No one has tried to contact me. I am the only one who has repeatedly contacted @JioCare about this issue, despite receiving no proper response. But let me remind you: this is not just about ₹807. It is about understanding and respecting the value of someone else’s money.

    JioCare confirmed in email that my payment was “updated and active” and asked me to wait 2 hours. I waited. Still no internet. Then Jio marked the issue as “resolved” even though it was NOT resolved. I escalated to the Appellate Authority, but they are asking for an SR number.

    What call summary you required? Shared the number and what she was saying and threatening for. Just wanted to clarify is it possible or not. 1- Giving current active number of someone to anyone else without consent. 2- Is this number belongs to @reliancejio Customer support?
