    @JioCare @reliancejio ur service is so cheap. There are many issues with jio sim like no network ,no net many times cll drops,net speed is 1kb -2kb .if u can't handle 4G then how it is possible to operate 5G in proper way.guys fix the problems.whole locality is facing problems.

    @reliancejio 5g is not yet launched in my place but nothing can be said about 4g situation, sometimes the network in the phone also remains missing for 1/2 day.

    @JioCare @jio_fiber @TRAI Even no response in customer cares they disconnected my call without proper answer.. if we not paid single day after due they will disconnect but last 3 days am paying jio for no network. Even some time customer care team telling my area team not responding to them also

    @JioCare @reliancejio Why the hell customer support system is so poor??? No response from the customer care nor from the mail id. I requested for jio relocation as per ur request and I paid 1200/- for it. But now it's more than 15 days and still no response from your side

    @JioCare This is a clear case of cheating/fraudulent I paid the amount for 3 months and you are not even trying to give a proper reason. What if some customer delay in paying the bills. You will take action right ? What about in this case ? I paid and you cheated me by taking the money
