If I am that free would have i booked a appointment at 7 pm. And then after 7 pm the Engineer never shows up @JioCare

I'm calling the customer service everyday and it's the same pattern they kept saying you're our valuable customer we'll send an engineer asap to fix your issue but after that nothing. No engineer's being scheduled to fix the issue.
