    @JioCare @reliancejio Its ridiculous to know that when power goes out, so does Jio 4G. It seems @reliancejio Forgets to install an alternate energy source. @JioCare you need to look into the matter. I have reported this two times earlier and this one is third complaint.

    My disappointing @ViCustomerCare service: 1. Rep calls back a day later despite citing an urgency that my senior citizen mum's Vi number is unavailable. 2. Rep tells he will follow-up. Never happened. 3. I am investing 530/month for postpaid when @JioCare is cheaper.

    @JioCare @JioCare I raised the cancellation request out of frustration with Jio's complete failure to provide support. No internet since 1st July, no engineer visit, only repetitive replies. This is not customer service.

    @JioCare Worst service ever! Got Jio AirFiber on 11 May. It stopped working on 2 June. Raised countless complaints. After a month, the engineer said the device is faulty & needs replacement. Still no action. Paid ₹2300 for nothing. Shameful support. #JioAirFiber @TRAI
