    @JioCare @reliancejio Its ridiculous to know that when power goes out, so does Jio 4G. It seems @reliancejio Forgets to install an alternate energy source. @JioCare you need to look into the matter. I have reported this two times earlier and this one is third complaint.

    @JioCare Plz fine below information -> Everyday in evening or sometime in day time internet completely stop working it's work only during calls. -> Facing issue at every site internet completely stopped working.

    @reliancejio @RelianceJioCare hv horrible customer care service nd r cheats. used MyJio app 2 recharge my number n d balance got credited 2 another number due 2 glitch in ur app. 1 customer agent said amt will b refunded while other one said nothing can b done! waiting frm 4days
