    @JioCare @reliancejio Its ridiculous to know that when power goes out, so does Jio 4G. It seems @reliancejio Forgets to install an alternate energy source. @JioCare you need to look into the matter. I have reported this two times earlier and this one is third complaint.

    @JioCare One last time I'm requesting you guys to open a new ticket for the recurring service outage and send your service executive to see what's happening on the ground. If you really care about the customer do raise a priority ticket given the importance of service.

    @JioCare @JioCare My Jio internet speed is extremely slow for the past few days. It has become very difficult to use even basic apps and websites. I am facing constant buffering and connectivity issues. This is really frustrating.

    @JioCare Absolutely frustrated with Jio Fiber. My connection has been down since April 7, and instead of fixing it, your rep asked me to switch to AirFiber because you “can’t resolve it”? Unacceptable service. Fix this immediately.@reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliance It’s been 3 days and my Wi-Fi is still not working. No engineer visit yet despite complaints. I work from home and this is seriously affecting my work. Please resolve this ASAP. #JioFiber

    @reliancejio @JioCare we are back with the same complaint, that is your network being absolute garbage yet again. Consistently the worst network and it's not a debate. I literally live next to a Jio tower. How do I keep having this issue? @JioCare fix this bs
