    @JioCare @reliancejio Its ridiculous to know that when power goes out, so does Jio 4G. It seems @reliancejio Forgets to install an alternate energy source. @JioCare you need to look into the matter. I have reported this two times earlier and this one is third complaint.

    @reliancejio Little disappointed with the Jio fiber service. Internet has been down for 2 days now and all my multiple calls to the customer care has fallen on deaf ears. Being little disappointed I’m considering to stop using their service.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Whats your plan about Jio Fiber , It is still not available in most of area in Gurgaon , i was trying to book one device unfortunately service not available in ky area , very strange to see that Jio Fiber is not available even in Gurgaon !!

    @JioCare @reliancejio My jio fiber connection has been down for 8 days in last 20 days. jio team this has been my worst experience ever. I request you to get it fixed as soon as possible. My registerd mobile no. is +917877112884 Please take it seriously my study affected. #help

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare On July 2,2021 I purchased jiofiber connection(Order Number NO0000HTZ5MV) and paid 6 month amount in advance but on 8th july service team said no port available at your location and we can’t do installation.

    @JioCare why there's too much of issues accessing the Data/internet in my area or may be with my connection. It's very intermittent and annoying. Area Pin Code : 712248. Please fix this this. We have three connection, and problem is with all of them. Please fix this on priority.

    @JioCare 4G data speed is so slow that I can’t even raise a complain in the App. Can do something for Internet speed in mobile?
