    @JioCare @reliancejio Its ridiculous to know that when power goes out, so does Jio 4G. It seems @reliancejio Forgets to install an alternate energy source. @JioCare you need to look into the matter. I have reported this two times earlier and this one is third complaint.

    @JioCare My decency didn't allow me to use 'those' words which is perfect 4 such attitude. So @JioCare u might hav innumerable customer & request's for Jiofibre but my time is not something that u people can waste on ur will. The monopoly make u people to disregard customers. So be it.🙏

    @JioCare I can understand each an every problem regarding the situation , circumstances or any other issue but needs to communicate for that.......not receiving or replying back is not the solution

    @JioCare @reliancejio I am facing issues with jio fiber connection since Sunday and raised SR for the same SR000016FJLT which got cancelled and today raised a new SR (SR000016G43T). pls look into this matter asap, my work is getting hampered a lot :(

    @JioCare How many times note problem Yara If not solve the issue Only not problem Once come in my location and check the my handset and your network Which is working properly perfect I say my handset working properly But your service is worsted in location @JioCare WORST network

    @JioCare I've been following since 1 month now for refund of my disconnected broadband connection but you customer care is not responding responsibly ...I e sent out an email to jioFibreCare with subject <Discontinue with jio fibre: 01135541334>
