    @JioCare @reliancejio Its ridiculous to know that when power goes out, so does Jio 4G. It seems @reliancejio Forgets to install an alternate energy source. @JioCare you need to look into the matter. I have reported this two times earlier and this one is third complaint.

    @JioCare Sorry doesn't solve the issue. It looks no one is accountable. Unless you're not going to be sued you are just going to communicate and say sorry. I'm given the matter to local police and consumer forum.

    @JioCare I spoke to Mr Sandeep who is the Manager of Jio Fiber service centre Malleshwaram Bangalore. He said he will get it done by evening today. Still now no one has turned up yet.

    @JioCare If I don't get the installation done by evening today. I will be forced to cancel the fiber connection because today is the fourth day since the payment

    @JioCare Appointment was scheduled for today for one of the executive but the whole day has passed and no one has come despite giving assurance that someone would come soon. You are the worst service provider. It has been 7th day, still waiting for resolution.

    @ViCustomerCare Had recently Ported my 3 numbers to vodafone idea network but am so disappointed 😥 about my decision to choose such a filthy network. Am now counting days to Port out again but this time will port to @reliancejio biggest mistake I have done in my life. Ugly Vi 😡

    @JioCare @reliancejio Without any reason my outgoing calls , sms and internet access has been barred . I have made a complaint in Customer care , mailed jio care and DM in twitter without getting resolution and just Fake assurance .

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioFiberVoice More than 48 hours have passed and there is still no update on this. Kudos to your backend team(scam team) for working day and night to mount on your customer's woes. Is there any team or personnel even looking into this?
