@JioCare @reliancejio Its ridiculous to know that when power goes out, so does Jio 4G. It seems @reliancejio Forgets to install an alternate energy source. @JioCare you need to look into the matter. I have reported this two times earlier and this one is third complaint.

I am using Vivo x60 pro 5g but iam unable to use jio 5g on my smartphone, I have selected the preferred network to 5g and all settings are ok but still I can't use 5g in my phone , i have also a t1 pro 5g which is working 5g but x60 pro no 5g @Vivo_India @reliancejio

@JioCare JioFiber never disappoints in making me feel what living under surveillance would feel like :) Why do they keep having these issues where access to a number is websites is instantly dropped off for some time. Can't connect to internet over laptop but can with phone.

@Kv30Kv @JioCare These scammers will not give anything back to customers. I am facing the same issue, is there any way to lodge a complaint against these cheaters? These idiots should be taught a lesson. They think customers are fools. Someday help in booking these scammers.
