  @JioCare @reliancejio Its ridiculous to know that when power goes out, so does Jio 4G. It seems @reliancejio Forgets to install an alternate energy source. @JioCare you need to look into the matter. I have reported this two times earlier and this one is third complaint.

  @reliancejio @JioCare SR00003D931R has been pending since August 5th, and you're "still reviewing" it? Over two weeks for basic network resolution on a postpaid plan is unacceptable. Disappointed with the lack of accountability and slow support. Please resolve immediately.
