It seems @reliancejio Forgets to install an alternate energy source. @JioCare you need to look into the matter. I have reported this two times earlier and this one is third complaint.

This has been happening since Saturday, when I raised the request. Is this how @JioCare and @reliancejio resolve customer issues?

Varsh (@Varshjain_1) reported@Lawyer_Kalpana @JioCare Ported the Jio number finally. Was just waiting for Plan expiry. And luckily there was only one number. However, it will not matter at all to Jio in the most populous corrupt country with only 3 service providers and an inefficient legal system.

They gave the number of the engineer allocated for service who is not picking up calls. Totally pathetic service from Jio.
