@JioCare @reliancejio Its ridiculous to know that when power goes out, so does Jio 4G. It seems @reliancejio Forgets to install an alternate energy source. @JioCare you need to look into the matter. I have reported this two times earlier and this one is third complaint.

Airtel fibre experience If fibre connection down no matter what reason the Airtel team take 4 to 5 days to resolve this and half of month they are facing outage problem.. Its time To switch Jio @Airtel_Presence @JioCare

@JioCare I would like to clearly mention the following 1. I did restart my phone several times. 2. I did reset APN three four times to “jionet”. 3. I changed my handset from iPhone to Samsung too. 4. I did restart Samsung few times. 5. I am facing the issue in 2 locations, office & home.

@JioCare Hi... I have lot of network and internet problem at my place. Mobile No. 7977293164. I can't even talk on the phone. Everytime i have to go outside for attending calls and to access internet. Kindly resolve the issue.
