    @JioCare @reliancejio Its ridiculous to know that when power goes out, so does Jio 4G. It seems @reliancejio Forgets to install an alternate energy source. @JioCare you need to look into the matter. I have reported this two times earlier and this one is third complaint.

    @JioCare At Rampar(vekra).Gujarat.370445. totally Network gone between 8 to 9am and 4 to 5pm.can't do important calls.We need to have two SIM cards. We can't just rely on jio's SIM card

    @JioCare You guys said this the last time also... Nobody cared to call... I can imagine what will be the customer care services after I take any jio connection. Spare me I am going for other type of connection instead jio.

    @reliancejio absolute pathetic customer service. No Internet connection since 2 days, logged complaints with customer service thrice but no resolution.

    @JioCare I have never seen such the worst service by any oprator. I suggest fellow indian never go for jio product.

    @gaurav_singh49 @reliancejio @JioCare as far as wired BB is concerned, my personal experience of Airtel is very good (using since 2005, from 2013 at the current location). almost ZERO DOWNTIME and in case of any issue, its resolved very fast. once it was down for 3 days, they gave me a credit for that period.

    Dear Jio Team, JioFiber services in my area are not working since 26 July2021. I have been creating service requests on My jio App since then but things aren't solved yet. Kindly look into this as such a service is not expected from Reliance. My Fiber No. +91-5123558737 @JioCare

    @ACTFibernet @reliancejio Guys never go for ACT broadband service. They loot your money saying lot free bees. Jio is the best.

    @JioCare It has already been 8 days and I have created 3 service requests till now. All of them get closed without my problem being solved. Please take the issue with utmost urgency as it is causing problem for my office works. @JioCare
