    @JioCare @reliancejio Its ridiculous to know that when power goes out, so does Jio 4G. It seems @reliancejio Forgets to install an alternate energy source. @JioCare you need to look into the matter. I have reported this two times earlier and this one is third complaint.

    @JioCare Keep on making excuses. Already been 3 days my internet has been shut down. At last i have cancelled my subscription with jio and asked to close the connection and refund my security deposit and advance payment which you have taken and not provided any services. Thanx for concern

    Dear @JioCare I have complained many times about network issues and low data speed before but the problem is not solved. Internet speed is very slow at my location just like the 2G network. This issue from 2 years. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare Your network is becoming very poor. Seriously why do you even charge us now since half the time either the network is not working and many times calls are dropping. All the network carriers should provide us with additional benefits whenever this happens. #JioTrue5G

    @JioCare Full Kolkata mein issues rehta hai. Kaha ka addresses doon ?? You'll come check speed and be done. But the network is dropping continuously that you'll not consider. There should be strict laws and you guys should be fined also. #TRAI
