    @JioCare @reliancejio Its ridiculous to know that when power goes out, so does Jio 4G. It seems @reliancejio Forgets to install an alternate energy source. @JioCare you need to look into the matter. I have reported this two times earlier and this one is third complaint.

    @reliancejio Applied for 2nd connection on 27th. Wile collecting the money they said it will be activated within 14 hrs almost 4 Days Goan . Nobody attending the call. I wnt to cancel both connection. Please help . Fed-up with such **** experiencethough you had World class PDT.

    @JioCare Looks like this Twitter service is same as your customer service. Please activate sms service for some time atleast so that I can port to different service provider.

    Dear Jio it was nice to have you my primary sim from past 5 years(I ported once for 3 months). But seems like you don't care about you customer and your excuses everyday is increasing. The pathetic service of yours is the reason I'll port my sim now. @JioCare @reliancejio
