    @JioCare @reliancejio Its ridiculous to know that when power goes out, so does Jio 4G. It seems @reliancejio Forgets to install an alternate energy source. @JioCare you need to look into the matter. I have reported this two times earlier and this one is third complaint.

    @JioCare how many days does it take to port out from Jio? I have given document to Vi network 3 days back, still I have to tolerate Jio . Please take initiative to make the process quicker if something can be done from your end .

    @JioCare That too is near the Udankudi Thermal Power Station. So immediately arrange for the tower. Various complaints about this have been sent to the customer center but have not been answered. Take action if possible, otherwise leave. Thanks🙏🙏🙏

    @JioCare I bought THREE top ups, two a couple of weeks ago and one today. Received messages that the transaction is successful but did NOT get the top up. Please solve the issue as soon as possible. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @AhamBrahmastra @JioCare Yes technicians almost force 5*ratings immediately without waiting a while whether the service is at all restored. Service guy supposed to visit my place 7-8pm yesterday. Today they gave his number(8391077441) to call. No incoming call facility on the number Govt supported them
