@JioCare @reliancejio Its ridiculous to know that when power goes out, so does Jio 4G. It seems @reliancejio Forgets to install an alternate energy source. @JioCare you need to look into the matter. I have reported this two times earlier and this one is third complaint.

@JioCare You guys said this the last time also... Nobody cared to call... I can imagine what will be the customer care services after I take any jio connection. Spare me I am going for other type of connection instead jio.

@gaurav_singh49 @reliancejio @JioCare as far as wired BB is concerned, my personal experience of Airtel is very good (using since 2005, from 2013 at the current location). almost ZERO DOWNTIME and in case of any issue, its resolved very fast. once it was down for 3 days, they gave me a credit for that period.

@JioCare It has already been 8 days and I have created 3 service requests till now. All of them get closed without my problem being solved. Please take the issue with utmost urgency as it is causing problem for my office works. @JioCare
