    @JioCare @reliancejio Its ridiculous to know that when power goes out, so does Jio 4G. It seems @reliancejio Forgets to install an alternate energy source. @JioCare you need to look into the matter. I have reported this two times earlier and this one is third complaint.

    @JioCare @JioCare Complaint raised on 13 May and still no engineer has even been assigned. Red LOS light is blinking and internet is completely down. Repeated rescheduling is happening without any actual action. Request immediate field escalation and technician visit today. SR000035SG9Z

    @reliancejio @vodafone @VodafoneGroup If Airtel provides service, then you are not able to provide,you all taking same price. If you are unable to provide the service, then you have to give a refund to all.
