    @JioCare @reliancejio Its ridiculous to know that when power goes out, so does Jio 4G. It seems @reliancejio Forgets to install an alternate energy source. @JioCare you need to look into the matter. I have reported this two times earlier and this one is third complaint.

    @reliancejio @JioCare such a big brand and surprisingly such cheap and unprofessional policy with bad quality products sourced!! This is playing with consumers emotion, trust and money. Will escalate with ministry of consumer affairs!!

    @reliancejio I am using three Jio sims. 2 for mobile phones and 1 for JioFi. There is no internet for last 4 days. The customer care says that we can not commit when the issue will be resolved. They say your area has too many users.

    Having the problem with jio network no call ,no sms, poor internet, and total blackout in some srea in Jamshedpur and near area from 2 days. Some of my friends also face same issue @reliancejio @JioCare consider this urgent..

    @JioCare please pickup your device from my location it's been 72 hours. As per dilution your TAT was 48 hours. I am frustrated from your service. You can do only miss selling.

    @zsameer023 @JioCare @reliancejio Same issue over the last one month. They resolve complaints within 48 hours without anyone addressing it. I get a feedback call and they open a new request ID which is again resolved after 48 hours without any solution. Their engineers are the worst of the lot.
