    @JioCare @reliancejio Its ridiculous to know that when power goes out, so does Jio 4G. It seems @reliancejio Forgets to install an alternate energy source. @JioCare you need to look into the matter. I have reported this two times earlier and this one is third complaint.

    @JioCare If you don't have a solution just refund my money. Don't take customers for a ride. Escalation means it has to be sorted soon but it looks like in @JioCare escalation means you can take print out of the complaints, make a pillow and sleep on it comfortably. #Jio is a joke! #Scam

    @JioCare I'm a upsc student my coaching classes are live online mode But in my location (Vill Chandpur Post Gonapar Pin 222144 U.P.) your internet is very very poor due to this reason I'm not able to attend my lectures properly i humbly request to you please improve your network
