@JioCare @reliancejio Only 1 network signal in my current location. It's difficult to even send sms/received or make calls. It's worst than 2G network. Kindly do something please. This is a recurring events.

@JioCare I am getting the same template reply from jio customer care and appellate authority since last one month. Please see the attached screenshot. If the matter is not resolved by Monday 18/10/2021, I am going to consumer court. I think Jio loves negative publicity.

If I have called the Jio Service Center four times for the complaint. But my complaint is not registered and the call is cut. I called for slow speed on the internet but it has not been resolved yet. This has been a problem for the last 20 days. @JioCare @reliancejio
