So good to have you @reliancejio and @JioCare. JioFiber down since 3 days for me. 5 engineer appointments being booked but engineer is not coming. Instead dropping a false report that my house is locked. No calls, no bell rings tho. @JioCare can’t do anything to help. Thanks !!

@JioCare what pathetic customer service, twice i called cuatomer care to fix my live channles not coming both time call got disconnecd after explaining the whole isse,they didnt bother to call back and i cannot explain the whole issue third time to a third person

@JioCare I've already faced issue with jio. Hence moved back to Airtel. Now moving back to jio I'll need to wait 90 days i suppose. However, @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia doesn't seem to bother to even acknowledge my issue. Worthless Airtel
