  @gkd123in @JioCare We have to ocoured same issue. I raised higher complaint many times but district level officer refused to solution. He said , we are unable to process 5G connectivity in your area. Also 5 -7 village atleast 4G connectivity are not available, almost 4800 jio users. Result 0

  @JioCare I have raised my complaint on 8th and there is not internet connectivity since 7th..today is 10th ..nothing has been done till date..it has to be done in 3-4 hours but the reason better known to you..

  @JioCare just spoke to your customer care executive i had raised a complain on 6th July 2026 and after fake commitments everyday including today, i got a message now that it’s scheduled for 11th July now. This is horrible

  I am thoroughly ashamed of the service I am receiving from Jio. Just to move a wifi connection from one end of the living room to the other, I had to call five times. Yet, despite my repeated calls, the service staff was unable to resolve the issue. @reliancejio @JioCare
