    @JioCare @reliancejio very disappointed its been 5 month no good network coverage and worst service . having fun with customer why I cant connect to advisor at 199 /198 ? Why before there was an option but now where its gone ? Can you call me

    @JioCare Hi @JioCare and prakash, it's already 42nd day ,still my issue is not resolved. You are telling me every time that you are following up. R u really working on my issue ? or is it a fake offer to get JioFiber customers?Please resolve my issue immediately if it's not a fake offer

    I have already completed pymnt for JioFiber installatio 16 may26 but the installation has not been done yet. The assigned techns are not rgrdn to calls.Such pathetic and horrible service provided Jio such bullshit Even not connect to customer care . @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare facing connectivity issue since last one month i have raised complain multiple time over the toll free number but they are just restarting router every time not providing any concurrent solution i am very fruatrated due to this also due to this i am not able to do work

    @JioCare @jio_fiber my internet not working from last 3 days. SR000036CIOB raised but no engineer visit. Customer care says reschedule the visit. My work is getting impacted and getting no resolution from Jio. Pathetic service.

    @JioCare Worst service ever! Both Jio Fiber & Jio SIM completely down. No internet on phone or broadband. First said resolved by 7, now showing 3 AM?? Pathetic excuse of a network. Fix it NOW! #JioDown #JioScam

    And it's been more than 7 days and I didn't received my sim. Even their is not any update, customer care service is not working... I fell very frustrated as I have to leave the place of address added at the time of delivery... I have even paid for it 349 rupees... @JioCare #jio
