    @JioCare My jio fiber is not working from yesterday, I have raised complaint in jio app, a service engineer should visit us today at 4.30 pm but he dint. The customer care professionals don’t know why there is no visit and top of that they say next visit will be on Monday only.

    @JioCare the worst customer service ever. To resolve an issue u people take 4 days. And top of that no customer care person gave a solution, their only common answer is we have escalated and service engineer will call before the visit but they won’t say when

    @JioCare @reliancejio my jiofiber for s having issue and I’ve raised a complaint and still@there has been no engineer appointed to check. All I get is irresponsible response from customer care and causing precious time to waste !
