@JioCare nobody is ready to share escalation matrix. Team is not ready to note a complaint and neither ready to share escalation matrix. My connection is down since more than a week now, but doesn't matters to support team inspite of number of mails. No response over mail.

@JioCare I have contacted to your customer care executive and he said you're unable to sort out problem due to heavy load on Network, so why you're claiming yourself a 5G ready network first improve 4G then launch the 5G.

@JioCare I just want my WiFi Range extender to work, Why can't you Take responsibility on a simple matter, which could've been resolved by the Service user(myself) - only if you let the user change router settings and select the best possible Channel All ISP give that right! #jio
