    @JioCare There should be proper timeline for anywork, already 3 days have done without any proper solution. Kindly arrange proper team to sort out the issue with proper timeline. As u need to understand that at present lot many students online studies is getting affected

    @reliancejio @JioCare Its been two weeks, this Jio executive had taken the payment for my fiber order. He assured me installation the next day. Jio has lost it's reliability and trust for me.Things are soo bad that they are not only ignoring my calls but also cutting them off.

    @reliancejio Last few days i have facing low internet connectivity issue in 2 location.l have talked with customer care but they are only saying we are not showing any issue in our session. so i request to Jio team please check why problem has been facing.

    Its been 20 days since I have requested to transfer my BALANCE to another account Are you going to help @reliancejio You dont have an option to update kyc plus you wont try to solve customer problem Hats off to your mind blowing service . Transfer my fund immediately. @JioCare

    @JioCare have been trying to reach the CSR for resolving job wifi issue,only they do is raising a service request.its been 4days no response. My work works are pending because of no internet.this is so dissapointing,the kind of service getting from your end.
