    @JioCare Thanks for registering a new complaint (SR00003CR43P). I hope this one is actually resolved. The previous complaint was marked resolved without fixing the issue. Please ensure an on-site technical check and a permanent solution, not just another closure.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I am not going to pay a penny for current bill, also please cancel my connection and provide me with the refund the payment made in advance, it's been almost three weeks i made the relocation request, still not resolved.

    @JioCare Jio promoted a GadgetLane coupon after my recharge, and I purchased the earbuds relying on Jio's recommendation. The product delivered on 30.07.2026 is completely defective and does not work at all. GadgetLane has failed to provide any effective customer support.

    @JioCare @JioCare Day 11 and my #JioFiber is still down. Your engineer fixed it, but the connection failed again within an hour. Since 20 July, I’ve only received excuses and delays. Restore my service immediately and provide a refund/validity extension for the entire downtime.
