    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio I am aware of the issue and will take very minimal time solve but the adamant nature of the technicians is being the problem. I am facing a lot of issue because of this and my work is getting affected. Can you please prioritise this.

    I am constantly facing 5G internet issue since last 1.5 months and had launched complaint regarding it multiple times. But @JioCare constantly ignoring. My recharge validity will expire in June. And after than, I'm not going to recharge my jio number. They have Pathetic service.

    @JioCare I am facing network issue especially while making upi payments. Tried reaching out to your jio store at airport road which is outside my office who asked me to connect to the customer care which i did & was able to reach the customer care executive only after multiple

    @JioCare @JioCare Status is still showing only “Assigned an Engineer” and no actual visit/update has happened yet. The issue has already been repeatedly rescheduled since 13 May. Request immediate resolution today instead of automated responses. SR000035SG9Z
