@reliancejio @JioCare you have no option on the jio app for feedback on jio fiber service requests. Service requests gets closed without resolution and customer is requested to call customer care again. And this repetitive.

@reliancejio what a pathetic service you are providing. It’s been 3 days, am still yet to get STB. Whatever complaint your customer service logs, it gets resolved after sometime without any resolution provided. Upon calling again they raise new complaints which again goes in loop

@JioCare Hi! I would like to get my corporate number to covert in my name. I have submitted NOC to local jio store and they asked me to get my SIM deactivated. I got it deactivated. Now they are asking to get it unblocked. Customer care is not responsive. Please help.
