    Jio network is wrost network in my life that i used jio sim . Very poor network , the #outgoing_calls and #incoming_calls also stoped due to bad network @reliancejio

    @JioCare This is not power adaptor issue at my end, it is the power backup issue or infrastructure issue from Jio side. Because as power cut in my area , i get notifications from Jio for network connectivity issue & when power supply resumes then I get notification for services resume.

    @reliancejio Hi @JioCare, I discontinued my JioFiber Set-Top Box service and was assured my plan would be ₹399. But the app still showed ₹599, and payment was made. Please adjust the extra amount into my next billing cycle. Kindly assist.

    @JioCare and is now not responding. This is a clear service failure from your end. Since I have already completed the recharge and could not use the SIM, I request you to initiate a refund for the recharge amount. At the same time, I still require the SIM

    @reliancejio customer id 1135936523 No internet 4 days in a row last week, now no internet since yesterday. No customer support, arrogant response. Automated calls. they tell you we can't do anything...this is the reckless behaviour of jio #jiofiber @TRAI @MoitOfficial

    @JioCare In future...!!! Which year?? Since, jio is in the market we are facing network issues, contacted your customer care executives multiple times but nothing resolved. Enhance your network as early as possible, otherwise we couldn't stay with Jio

    @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI is a consumer has to make calls for more that 1 hr to resolve internet connectivity issues, and still unsuccessful, then posting tweets to get it resolved, then why are you people charging for services.

    @JioCare The old house had been taken by new buyers. Due to your incapable service agents, i can't take any responsibility for the device. Called multiple times and visited jiocare physical stores multiple times wasting my time. BTW FYI many affected customers available at jio care center
