  @JioCare Dear Jio Care, My air fibre number is +91-4031658460. The internet cable that runs from outside of the house till Jio set top box is damaged due to water inflow into the cable. Kindly raise a service request and resolve the problem as soon as possible.

  Hey @JioCare, this is extremely frustrating! 😡 I have complained 4 times already, and every single time I get a reply saying the issue is resolved. But in reality, neither has the network speed improved nor has the call buffering/dropping issue ended. Please fix this permanently

  @JioCare I am really frustrated with this ongoing network issue. I have been facing this problem continuously, and it is causing a lot of inconvenience.If this issue is not resolved within the next 3 days, I will port my Jio SIM to Airtel. I expect a permanent solution as soon as possible

  @JioCare My Jio internet is consistently very slow in Nellore - 524002, Andhra Pradesh. I have submitted several complaints, but there has been no improvement. Request immediate action. If the issue continues unresolved, I request @DoT_India and @TRAI to look into the matter.
