    Jio network is wrost network in my life that i used jio sim . Very poor network , the #outgoing_calls and #incoming_calls also stoped due to bad network @reliancejio

    Jio is useless,they cannot provide internet on sim then I installed wifi of jio now they are unable to provide internet on that also Worst telecom operator,people should switch to other,their customer support behave like government institutions carelessly @reliancejio @JioCare

    Dear @JioCare, my Jio AirFiber has been down since the recent power outage. Your engineer visited and confirmed that the outdoor unit is continuously rebooting and unable to lock onto the 5G signal (signal light never turns green). Kindly replace the faulty unit at the earliest.

    Now @JioCare doesn't care about the customers. Their engineers are sleeping on the office desk. Last 3 days raising same complaint but no one coming to visit. Toll free no. And chats support are only design to register service request not to connect with support. @TRAI .

    It’s been days since the rains cooled off, but @JioCare 5G is still down at my house. Getting <10mbps in just one spot, forcing me onto 4G. Exhausting my 2.5GB daily limit is a nightmare when 5G is supposed to be unlimited. Please resolve! PIN: 401209

    @JioCare @reliancejio No internet connectivity for the last 5 days. I have called customer support 4 times today alone and even visited the local service center, but there is still ZERO resolution. This is severely impacting my work.resolve the issue immediately.

    Dont ever go by the faud of self e kyc by Reliance Jio @JioCare : They first take the full payment and never do the sim delivery. Delivery executive asks on phone whether u have paid already & then starts ghosting you. @JioCare @reliancejio

    Day 4. Still no internet. @JioCare has mastered the art of keeping a service request “open” while keeping customers completely in the dark. Four days, countless calls, zero accountability. At this point, my mobile hotspot deserves a loyalty award. #jio @reliancejio
