Jio network is wrost network in my life that i used jio sim . Very poor network , the #outgoing_calls and #incoming_calls also stoped due to bad network @reliancejio

@reliancejio @JioCare Hey guys, I just disconnected my Jio Fibre service in Hyderabad and I was expecting a Rs.1500 refund for the return of my router but I got only Rs.500. I’m not able to reach your customer care on either the number or the app? Is this how you loot customers?

@reliancejio @JioFiberVoice Most stubborn tele guys ever on Jio Fiber. They never heed our request for in person visit. Dear Jio Fiber Guys...Your tele guys can't repair my Jio Remote no matter how we fiddle with it over phone. . Pls send a ' physical person' to look into it.

@JioCare There is no update yet, it's another BSNL. Please update me when would I get the services restored or pls cancel the connection and refund my amount. Haven't seen such a pathetic service that doesn't care a bit about customer. Except responding on twitter, nothing else is there.
