    Jio network is wrost network in my life that i used jio sim . Very poor network , the #outgoing_calls and #incoming_calls also stoped due to bad network @reliancejio

    Hey @JioCare, what is wrong with the network in our area? Every time there is a power outage, even for just one minute, both Jio mobile signal and JioAirFiber completely disappear! Please fix it ASAP. #JioNetwork #JioAirFiber

    @JioCare my service nor my refund.This clearly shows that you are not taking the customer’s concern seriously. If you can't provide the service, plz process my refund immediately and confirm the exact date by which I will receive my money back.Plz don't send another generic response.(2/2)

    @JioCare @TRAI why is jio allowed to change customer sim iccid without customer knowledge ? I never requested for new sim or anything in past and for the active sim the iccid has changed and now same sim shows different number when I insert into my device. Please look into this.

    1/3 @reliancejio @reliancejio — ₹859 for 3 months isn’t a small amount. We pay expecting one basic thing: a reliable network. But instead:

    @reliancejio @JioCare @jio_fiber this is absolutely pathetic behaviour from ur team, what kind of issue has occured that entire team is unable to fix it for 3 consecutive days, customer support not allowing us to contact executives, no contact info for local customer support
