    Hello @JioCare, my mobile number +91 94860 20214 was ported from BSNL to Jio. The porting status shows Port Activated, but it’s been 7 days and the SIM is still not working. Please resolve this urgently.

    @OnlyStats_259 I have been tweeting at least once a day yet @ACTFibernet is not resolving my issue. I scoutted around to see if any Act personnel are working but I don't see any that means no work happening. I have decided to port to @JioCare for broadband

    With Jio, you can never talk to customer care — only a computer keeps saying “we will answer your questions.” For 3 years I’ve been complaining, but nothing has been solved. WiFi is always slow, calls don’t connect. Honestly, BSNL is far better than Jio. @reliancejio

    Finally switching from @JioCare to @ViCustomerCare . Jaha jio nah pahuch paya wha Vi pahuch gya h . Better network service than jio . Dear jio ye umeed nhi thi applog capital cities me itna kharab service dete ho aur reason esa ki log jada h isslia dikkat h . Worst reason

    @JioCare Basicallly all of your employees took leave, and customer care 24/7 is now joke. From past day, trying to contact customer care, the automation call is spitting bullshit, while all other operators like bsnl, idea are connecting to customer care. Chutiyapan at peak.
