    @airtelindia @reliancejio still we dont have fiber in our town sad to say but we are so far from digital future i stream on you tube when i was in pune but because of some problems I shifted to my home town but i dont have wifi or fibre in my city please 🙏đŸģ

    @JioCare Only received the different type messeges but no one taking the responsibility to solved the problem, as this my primary contact no facing lot of issue, I will definetly go for Airtel, very pathetic service.

    @JioCare This delay is unacceptable.yr team has already informed us multiple times to wait for confirmation,but no actual visit slot has been provided yet. Plz arrange the enginer visit immediately & share the confirmed date & time today itself. I need resolution, not repeated assurances.

    @JioCare I already checked with my bank no refund has been received till date. Please share the refund transaction/reference number, refund date, bank details where the refund was processed so I can verify it with my bank properly. Kindly resolve this issue urgently.

    @JioCare We are old jio customers. Since 8 months we have been complaining as the remote does not work. And no one is helping. This is pathetic service.

    @JioCare More than 1 month now. Problem still remains unresolved. Now @JioCare don't even reply to my post/DM. Kudos to @JioCare for such a HORRIBLE, PATHETIC service. I highly recommend all of you TO NOT đŸšĢ TRY/ SWITCH to JIO. They don't care about their customers

    @JioCare @JioCare I am facing severe network issues in my area from the last 3 years. Multiple complaints, emails to appellate authority and repeated assurances were given, but there is still no improvement. Since only Jio network works in our area. Kindly resolve this issue permanently.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Worst internet services & customer experience. I've booked an appointment to visit an engineer at my home & they asked the bribe to fix the issue I said NO. They have closed the request & not picking up the call and jio customer care also answers only in IVR

    @JioCare became a paid service However now that users have become completely habituated to it Jio has turned its network into such a fiasco that people are unable to access even 3G speeds, let alone 4G Could you please take the trouble to explain what the solution to this issue might be?
