@airtelindia @reliancejio still we dont have fiber in our town sad to say but we are so far from digital future i stream on you tube when i was in pune but because of some problems I shifted to my home town but i dont have wifi or fibre in my city please 🙏🏻

@JioCare Only received the different type messeges but no one taking the responsibility to solved the problem, as this my primary contact no facing lot of issue, I will definetly go for Airtel, very pathetic service.

@JioCare 1 more working day is been passed and still issue is open. You and team at customer care is asking to have patience but there is no progress to fix the issue. How will you compansate number of days I'm unable to use service. And still receiving rescheduled engineer's visit sms.

Hello @reliancejio We have jio tower adjacent to village but internet in mobile is very slow. Sometime it's almost stopped working. At the same time it working fine if we go other side of village. This make students suffer to attend online classes. Can you please help? Thanks.

Hi @JioCare Facing network issues frm last 3 days wid Jiofiber. Hv tried 2 troubleshoot on app, reached out 2 service, etc. However, when i booked for new connection, d agent called himself & wishes 2 visit! Try help existing customers beside pooling new ones, maybe? #JioFiber
