@airtelindia @reliancejio still we dont have fiber in our town sad to say but we are so far from digital future i stream on you tube when i was in pune but because of some problems I shifted to my home town but i dont have wifi or fibre in my city please 🙏🏻

@reliancejio #JIO Nobody give any response in JIO. Even I have sent mail on each higher authorities. However nobody care for reading mail or replying. Such a worst customer care. If we call them then they raised hands. Appellate & nodal authorities are totally useless.

@JioCare After putting in the complaint on 6th, it was attended on 10th August, who is responsible for 4 days of extra recharge you guys took and the network did not work !

@airtelindia u lost a customer so easy just bcz u can’t update email ID in prepaid SIM hence user can’t convert it to ESIM, and all gallery executives are helpless in this since 10days! Update the technology or @reliancejio will destroy airtel too soon! #airtelthanks
