    @reliancejio Such a bad experience as a new customer. I received an sms that my new installation is today 4-5pm. Waited for 4 hours & had to call the cust care. Soma gave ans no option, eng is busy & you had to wait. She cut my call & rescheduled without consulting me. Scam

    @JioCare I cancelled my jiofiber connection a week ago during the free trial period. I didn't receive any cancellation service request number. I can't even contact customer care about it since my phone number is no longer associated with a jio account. What should I do about it??
