  Worst customer service ever. After following all that was advised on DM ,went back to the store and came back disappointed again. By the way my phone was a 2 sim phone and @ViCustomerCare had replaced it in 1 hour . @JioCare there is something for your team to learn from others

  Hi @JioCare . recently I've changed MNP from AirTel to Jio. Me & my wife both r in same house. She also using Jio Internet without any interruption. But mine, its working 2 mints then not working. Like this always. If not problem solved, after 90 days, I move to Airtel back.

  @JioCare appointment given for installation yesterday and still waiting for jiofiber installation.Payment was taken at same time already. Don't know if installation is being delayed like this, what will happen in case of issues..@reliancejio

  @reliancejio Jio network issue at KMPCL Narriyara 6 × 600 MW TTP PIN 495553, very weak network found inside buildings which affects the internet speed near zero Please resolve the problem As soon as possible... Airtel network is very strong inside the buildings here

  @JioCare @reliancejio I got jio fiber installed for my PC yesterday, though the installation is done, there is no internet. I have been following incessantly but to no avail...r u giving such a pathetic service... Disappointed with JIO
