    @airtelindia @reliancejio still we dont have fiber in our town sad to say but we are so far from digital future i stream on you tube when i was in pune but because of some problems I shifted to my home town but i dont have wifi or fibre in my city please πŸ™πŸ»

    @JioCare Only received the different type messeges but no one taking the responsibility to solved the problem, as this my primary contact no facing lot of issue, I will definetly go for Airtel, very pathetic service.

    engineer visit was scheduled for yesterday, then it got rescheduled to today. I specifically selected the 10 AM to 11 AM slot,Whenever I call the agent, he keeps saying, β€œYes, I am coming,” but no one actually shows up. poor service is extremely frustrating. @JioCare @TRAI

    @JioCare @reliancejio I'm trying to connect with Airfiber customer support via call on 18008969999 but it saying that "Dear customer, we are experiencing Temporary Network Congestion in your area, which may cause interruptions in your service." And cut the call. What I do?
