    @JioCare @india75339471 Worst support service ever, After complaining they askd to wait for 3-4 hrs since it's a temporary problem. Waited 7 days no improvement. To use the internet I had to be on call & as soon as you disconnect the call internet stops working. No device issue, I am using SAM Note 9

    @JioCare It does not matter how many users are using Internet at the same time. You should have some sense what you are talking. It has been months, now its worst not able to work from home for my company. Please send an Engineer ASAP to investigate the matter

    @Aashish3105 @JioCare @reliancejio Since, No payment causes No Services there should be a right to the consumers to claim refund for the no service period. We paid the amount but not getting the services during our validity period, not even decent speed creating problems for WFH. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @reliancejio @JioCare Plz consider my complaint. There is too poor network condition for jio users in my location. So many times call dropped problem facing and net speed is very slow. I have complained many times of #jio_customer_care but this problem isn't solved.

    @hharris_007 @reliancejio @JioCare @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia You will get the same in Jio, It's almost 15 days since I complained and the problem remains same. They have blocked my number and I am not able to contact customer care. To use internet you have to be on call else nothing will work. @JioCare

    I m a postpaid user, I have taken an extra connection for internet , neither I am able to get any call inside my house not able to use any data whereas @JioCare works superfine. Your team in Delhi doesn't want to work. I know 1 customer cannot make any difference.

    @JioCare Well if your service team was more active on the ground than on Twitter someone would have at least visited ground zero to check. It has been 15 days of empty reassurances now. Nobody has bothered to come and check what’s the fault. Amazing 😡
