    The worst service I ever experienced with jio , I paid my money two days before for air fibre they just call me for payment, I do payment then none call no msg will be came from them and not installed. I call they don't pick. It's very "feeling cheated. Guys plz do. @JioCare

    @JioCare @JioCare Urgent. My eSIM was deleted during a phone transfer. I’m in the UK & my Indian banking is blocked. Your team refuses to re-issue the eSIM QR code, demanding an Indian Passport. As an OCI holder, I don't have one—my UK passport + OCI card are my legal ID. Please escalate!

    Day by day @reliancejio network is getting worst everywhere what shortcut method they use for 5G must be seriously investigated! They are looting people at mass scale. @PMOIndia should seriously look into this, we have no expectations from @JM_Scindia.

    Shame on @CareJpb @reliancejio for this pathetic customer service. It's been 10 DAYS since I submitted all my KYC documents, yet my account is still blocked and not a single proper response from your team. What's even worse? Even after making my SVC Bank account primary and
