@JioCare Utterly disappointed with the responses. Even after escalating the issue, you have not given the exact time of resolution. Does Jio has any escalation matrix? I have also mentioned about the call disconnected by your employee, haven't heard anything on that too???

@JioCare I do understand that your team is working, but atleast give a tentative time line so that we can be mantally prepare to bear your bad service till then. If you are working on improvement, you will have a time line to finish it else you again making fool.
