@JioCare we have 6 Jio connections at home , but network is very poor for past few weeks. Kindly resolve as earliest.

@kanladhani @reliancejio Yes agree. Airtel customer support was so much better. I had my local serviceman just a call away. Here in Jio if you have a problem you have to interact with a bot. Worse if you happen to connect with a tele support they ask you to self troubleshoot.

@reliancejio today there is lots of issue with jio network, call are not getting connected in Mumbai circle, Is there is any issues?? In my family everyone jio networks not working 😡, After increasing the cost of plan recently, do u have another plan to increase cost further

What kind of technology is #reliancejio #MukeshAmbani using network problem whole day and still they not sure how long will it take to resolve in this day and age totally not acceptable. And want to introduce 5g services when still 4g works with same 2g technology .
