    @JioCare network has been down for 4 days in Nirmal, Vasai (PIN 401304) after the heavy rains. Power is back in most tower locations since yesterday, but there is still no mobile signal. Residents are unable to make calls or use data.Kindly restore the network at the earliest.

    @reliancejio I am totally disgusted with your performance since last one month. Even after numerous complaints my Wi-Fi stops working every now and then. If you can not improve the service please disconnect and refund my security as early as possible.

    @shailen92540177 @JioCare I waited 10 days, cancelled the connection, and I'm still chasing my refund. Different executives give different answers every time. There seems to be no consistency in the support process. @JioCare

    @JioCare Sir I am waiting for engineer Ravi Jangid for resolve my jiofiber internet connection issue, my service request number is SR00002MD7YM ID is +912235258537. His mobile number is +912235258537 but he is not responding my call for track him,he is shoudled today at 10 PM PM.

    @JioCare Hi Team, Wi-Fi router has been down for 7 days. SR 'SR00003ADZ43' already raised, but no engineer visit. Assigned engineers are not responding on calls, and the visit keeps getting rescheduled.

    @jio_fiber @JioCare My email ID has been wrongly linked to a third-party JioFiber account, and I'm receiving their account emails. This is a privacy issue. Please remove my email ID immediately, or I'll escalate this by filing an official complaint.

    @JioCare Hello it’s been 4 days we people assure me everyday that engineer will visit. But they still didn’t come to location to resolve the problem. I call customer care everyday more than 20 times. Please make sure you guys have proper way of service to customers.

    @reliancejio it's been 3 days there has been no wifi in many flats of our society. There have been false assurances on customer care. During rains there wfh, school from home so no wifi is disrupting lives. We are all planning to shift to Tata Play/Sky. Take action asap.

    @JioCare Both connections are linked to the same Aadhaar, yet my genuine grievance remains unresolved. I request an immediate review and a written resolution. Failing this, I will have no option but to pursue the matter through the appropriate consumer grievance channels. #JioAirFiber

    @JioCare The engineer did not visit within the scheduled time (7 PM–8 PM). The app now says, "We regret the delay." My internet has been down for 6 days, and my wife's work has been affected. Please assign another engineer tonight or as the first priority tomorrow morning.
