    Hate this one way communication @reliancejio @JioCare . Your app is unresponsive when we try to raise a ticket, calls to customer care number drop repeatedly. What I fail to understand is, if you don’t have the resources to manage such a gigantic infrastructure, why build one?

    @JioCare @reliancejio @_MukeshAmbani Sir, once again after long time I raise the network issue. Jio internet connectivity is extremely poor now in silpunji near L K College, Bangriposi, Mayurbhanj, Odisha. Is there no solution to this issue.
