    @reliancejio Taking money for 4G and not even providing 2g , if I am calling to customer care , call is getting disconnect by itself .Just tell me , this is the way to treat your customers.@TRAI please do something regarding this, @reliancejio is cheating it's customers a lot .

    @airtelindia I am paying a bill equivalent to 100 Mbps internet connection every month on my Airtel 4G postpaid number. Yet, I get speed of 2g network. I guess I have to go with @reliancejio or @VodaIdea_NEWS

    @JioCare - I am unable to send sms to special numbers. Have been trying to call your customer care. They just hand the call without even listening to me. No personalized chats available on myjio app. Call me right away and I neex to send sms urgently

    @JioCare Ok I appreciate your information about my recharge plan expiry but I am irritating when I heard the same IVR on every time when I try to call. So I request you kindly disable this service on my number.

    I have a jio and an airtel connection. I reported similar problems with both. @airtelindia did everything to resolve it while @JioCare blamed me for the problem.

    @reliancejio @JioCare #JioFiber when jio offrd a free month trial, I didn't know 4 or more day'll go in me complaining 4 d router blinking red 4 5-6 times & being assured dat my request z on priority basis. 4th day of my complaint and I rlizd I wz subscribing 2 unprofessionalism.

    @reliancejio Hey Jio reduce 4 from the 4 million, porting to Airtel, dont brag about purchased awards, your answer to low network since the last 1 yr is too many users logged in the area! WTF! THATS CONSUMER MOBILE SERVICE!
