    @JioCare sent DM. anyhow another day passed with lame reasons. it wont even take 30 minutes to fix the stb. but customer care says that everyone is busy. so the jobless is me , taking WFH everyday & waiting for the person to install fkng stb.

    Hey @JioCare it’s been 2 weeks without JioFiber. Multiple complaints, repeated promises, and even the engineer isn’t responding. I’m paying for a service I can’t use. Please resolve this immediately.

    @reliancejio I ordered a Jio SIM on 19-Aug, submitted all the documents digitally and verified them through Aadhaar OTP. However still it shows document verification in progress. I should have walked into store and got a SIM, digital process @JioCare is not working effectively!

    So I am not the only one where jio switches to 4g automatically whereever I used to get 5g so easily. Very bad @JioCare definitely porting sim after my recharge ends
