    @JioCare I need a email address pls if someone cant call and speak to me. Your IVM are not user friendly and you dont have the option to speak to a customer service agent. Surprising that iam waiting 16days to get #jioairfiber connection from a leading company in India!

    @JioCare, I was assured my ₹807 refund NO0001DS4ZG0 would be processed within 10 days and was told a refund voucher had been initiated. It’s now been over a month, and there’s still no refund. I’m proceeding with a formal complaint in the Consumer Forum and filing a case.

    @JioCare Leave it, I don't think you are trying to solve the issue, otherwise I don't have to explain you same issue. It's better to port out. That will be easier for me, you took 90 days and still asking me what is the issue? First issue is customer support? First improve it.

    @JioCare We are paying for complete month in recharge...few mins or max few hours outage can be considered...but if the outage is more than days it not at all acceptable...you guys will not extend for a single hour without payment of monthly recharge.

    @JioCare My jiomotive device is not properly working since 2 months and i have sent mails regarding the issue, you guys are not solving my issue i also asked you to replace my device but no one is helping me on this. Since 2 months your tech team is not connecting me to resolve.

    @JioCare Dear Jio, it's been 2 days now your broadband is not working. It's impacting a full society with 1500 people as there is a outage in area. People are not able to work due to this issue for last 2 days. We are shifting to tata bundle offer
