    @JioCare Hi Abhijit, I have been given repeated assurances on service request SR00001959 from last 10 days. Unfortunately results are zero. Now closing the request without any reason and opening fresh request is not justified.

    @JioCare i just don't understand your charges and your customer support SUCKS. They don't even know what the problem is let alone fix it nobody on your team knows anything everyone is underpaid and I must port back to @Airtel_Presence even if they charge more you guys SUCK

    @JioCare chennai madipakkam north extension area from yesterday jio network is down. Calls not going. Many are facing in my area. Please look into it. Some are able to make calls only when connected to wifi only. Mobile data and calls not working

    @reliancejio SCAM ALERT !! DON'T BUY JIO SIM I bought a new jio sim which offered 28days recharge.just now I opened the sim and it's showing recharge ending today at 5pm.i talked to @JioCare but that guy was extremely rude and told me, go buy new @airtelindia sim, we can't help you.

    @reliancejio @JioCare You guys have hiked the prices but have poor internet services, i had to lend internet from my Airtel sim which i hardly use, to open Twitter and speak here as your customer care guys doesn't seem to be of any help. #Nojioservice #poorservice
