    @JioCare we have 6 Jio connections at home , but network is very poor for past few weeks. Kindly resolve as earliest.

    @JioCare on outage ticket "will be solved in 2 hrs, but they don't know when those comments were added, so from when to calculate another 2 hours. Again I called at 8:15 AM, same reply, wait for 2 Hrs, they are reading same 2 Hrs comment & telling me to wait another 2 Hrs, 2/5

    @JioCare @reliancejio my jio fibre is not working since past one week, my complaint remains unattended. My fixed landline number is 02235685305. Very poor service.@reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio what a shame to shift to jio network. I had paid 600 to port my vodafone number to Jio, which failed. Again I paid 298 to port it. Now your executive saying I won’t get the 600. So I paid 500 just to port a no. Shame on Jio ?

    @JioCare but they can't see when those comments were added to that outage ticket in my area. I have been working on mobile since 10 PM last night, mobile temperature is high & seems risky. Can you justify & help me to check why it is not restored yet? It has been more that 3/5

    @JioCare In My Area, There was Planned outage last night for 4 hrs, but no information sent over SMS/Email. When I called helpline I was informed that it will restore latest by 2:13 AM. but it did not restored till 5 AM, I called again & I was informed that comments updated 1/5

    @JioCare being fibre I heavily relied for my work just now got message -Due to unforeseen circumstances, there is a delay in the restoration of JioFiber services for Service ID 2235937045... . Services are likely to get restored by 01-06-2021 09:35 PM. earlier ETA 1:00 am. WITI?

    @JioCare @reliancejio even on the first day of the month not able to set my favorite caller tune. And getting error you have crossed the limit of 1 tune. Pathetic service in all parameters.

    @JioCare Dear Team. My JioFiber internet is down since the morning and the next available agent is on 7th June. Is this some kind of joke? Should I wait for a week for my internet services to be restored while I am working from home? My SR # is SR0000155HH6
