    @JioCare As a customer I recommend that Mr. Satyabrat Parida who is your Service Manager at Bhubaneswar be awarded for his agility in harrassing customers with prolonged delay in service, using false allegations and misbehaviour.

    @reliancejio @JioCare my Jio Airfiber is not working since 4 days. I raised service request & I was told that it will be repaired by 25th, but no technician has come. I visited office but no reply. I tried to call to area manager for 25+ times since morning but he doesn't answer.

    My fiber network is not working since last 1 week. Everytime an engineer comes and says it's fixed but after 1 hour it's gone again. This is sheer fraud and zero accountability. @JioCare customers need transperancy.
