I had applied for enablement of an existinh service, someone cleverly cut the wire just when I applied, and since I didn't use it at all, and informed them, I thought they'll dismiss it, but they didn't.

No resolution Issue Status - Customer rescheduled/On Hold (A False status ) ~ 10 times PATHETIC SERVICES, NO EMPATHY.

Jatin (@nofearjatin) reported@JioCare Again appointments are scheduled and getting canceled on its own. Nobody is calling, nothing is happening. Jio has engaged bots as customer support who are themselves clueless. Despite complaining so much nothing is moving ahead. No refunds also.

Kanishk (@kosakanishk) reported@JioCare I have DMed check there. The initial service engineer check was only done after days, not immediately I'm sure of it. Where was not the delay. Even after issue identification there was delay. Don't claim such way that there was no delay. It only only only delay.
