    @JioCare @reliancejio honestly u guys are testing my patience. Before changing the old router connectivity was good, the minute new router was connected we started having trouble. From past two months this has been going on. I need a resolution

    @Jiocare 10 days of maximum time emergency network or low network. No downloading no upoading speed. No network coverage.. worst jio network service in area Benga,712615. Bad customer care service.

    Height of stupidity. I request everyone never get trapped with JIO FIBER for any reasons. There is no support team to assist you if you face any issues with them. Totally worst .@JioCare @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @JioCare no jio fiber internet for me for past 2 days now. I have raised multiple service requests and all have been falsely closed. Jio was fine for more than a year but not sure what happened now , sr no SR000016ZWV9,SR000016ZG2B. Please don't make me migrate.
