  @JioCare @JioCare due to an issue with your server/service, you are not extending the validity for the downtime. In that case, why is my issue not being resolved? I am paying for a service that I am currently unable to use.

  @JioCare That literally means that you guys are in support of such behaviour, and there is no doorstep delivery policy. It means we should port my existing jio sim to some other network which provides better support

  So after giving so many chances to @reliancejio to fix network stability in our city as we are paying for 5G & still getting 4g most of time I've decided to port all 10 sim cards of our family to @airtelindia let's see how it goes.

  @JioCare I appreciate the response, but the issue is exactly why I’m considering switching to Vi. Vi provides unlimited data and calling with a reliable network experience. If I’m paying for a service, I expect consistent connectivity, not just 5G claims while 4G remains unreliable.
