    After all the harassment, I had to pay Rs.50 for the SIM card and yet to get an online receipt which is supposed to be sent to me. This is at a Jio Store in Guwahati. I also called the Jio office here. This is how a customer is treated by a service provider! @JioCare @DoT_India

    @JioCare Is it true that jio fibre subscription days can't be extended even if there is a loss of service for more than 10 days ? One of the on call agents from customer care said they don't have any option to extend / refund for loss of service even if is for entire 30 days.

    @JioCare zero network in bangalore. Worst service. I along with 50 residents of my society are porting to Airtel just because of the network issue @AmbaniTina
