Hey @Airtel_Presence It's been 24 hours, no internet. What happening. Every month atleast once there will be an issue. In this case I will have to switch to other ISP like @reliancejio fibre. But it's yet to come to my area please come to my appartment they are 50 flats waiting

@reliancejio the internet and jiofiber in my house is not working, harassment since 2days noresponse from toll free instead asking for diagnostic care which is baseless mode of assistance. need an urgent action to be taken or forced to disrupt my line and move to other.
