    Hi @reliancejio @JioCare I know this was an unfortunate incident but I have suffered a significant loss because of your failure in providing continues service. I suffered around 8 hours of downtime & its was a very unpleasant experience. #RelianceJio

    @JioCare My ph doesn't get network all the time. Sometimes it gets network but calls doesn't work, strange but internet works. Haven't been able to make or receive calls throughout the day. Also the signal issue. Please can someone look into it in priority. Thanks
