@JioCare Facing internet connection issue with Jio Fiber for 5th time in a month. Every time a engineer comes and puts in a make shift patch that is not working for more than 1-2 days. I need a permanent fix. @reliancejio

@JioCare Hi Jio team, any update ? I am simply unable to understand how come @reliancejio is simply unable to tell me when will my STB be delivered and installed, when I have made the payment and all. Can you please provide me with an update/ cancel my STB plan and refund the deposit?
