    Dear @reliancejio @JioCare In Ramkola town, 5G service has not been working since 10:00 AM today, and only 4G LTE is available. This issue is not limited to my SIM — my friends and family members using Jio in the same area are also facing the same problem. Please check this.

    @JioCare Pathetic customer service, you don't even know the issue after sharing the service request number with you. I am going to raise this issue with the appellate.

    @JioCare When a service request is pending for a month, it is not called on priority. It is called to be in a failed system. Anyway I have complained to the appellate for now.
