    @JioCare most pathetic service.. After payment also jio fiber is showing recharge option and not able connect.. And even customer care no also not working.

    @JioCare jio is providing the worst service, getting slow internet speed just like 2G speed in 4G plan. Contacted so many times in customer care but no resolution found till date. Today I have registered the complaint once again with ticket No. SR00001A50NY.

    I have made payment of 1.5k for my Fiber connection on 21/03. (Belgaum, KA) Till today I have not got the connection. Staff here says the capacity is full and is now not responding to my calls. Does it take 8 days to fix this? @JioCare @reliancejio

    Dear @JioCare can you please solve this **** slow net issue? It has now crossed my tolerance limit. Me and my friends and all the people of our area will port to Airtel. If u don't solve the problem within a day. @Airtel_Presence please explain the process to port to airtel.

    @JioCare hello I am experiencing networking issues on iPhone XS Max from the last 8 months … people call me but the call never connects I come to know only via missed call alerts . I have formatted my iPhone couple of times to solve this issue but no solution found it’s the same

    @VidhuBhushan @JioCare If a Jiofiber number doesn't have a landline, then no matter how many times you call - the answers is same: the number doesn't exist.. So yeah, this is one incident I won't forget :P no matter how hard I try!
