    @JioCare @JioCare @consumerforum_ the issue was fixed, but another engineer came saying they are getting alarms and the net is still down, I have raised 4 complaints in the span of 4 days. Kindly check or I will take legal help now. Also, provide me with a refund for 4 days of internet.

    @JioCare @JioCare I provided everything to you... but still Jio team unable to confirm that whether I have registered or not. If not registered then how I got the message for service with contact details and subsequently re-scheduling. Already 4 days gone. Kindly Resolve ASAP.

    @JioCare i have recently booked new jio fiber connection. It's been 5 days i didn't get any call or visit from technician. Fiber is not yet installed. It is just keep getting rescheduled and no one is taking action on it. One of the worst customer service i am facing here.
