@reliancejio can you look into REQ MR0000yislw9? In my locality, we are facing JIO tower issue. It's been more than 10 days. Whenever electricity goes, the tower will stop working. Please have a look or tell us to port to another services.

@JioCare i had paid for STB installtion on 12th Sept and till now no action has been taken. Raised mutliple request and talk to multiple customer care no one is resolving the issue. Such is the pathetic condition of service #jiofiber in area pin code 800020. #jio #RelianceJio

@JioCare Jio Fiber service is down from 4 p.m yesterday. Service Request No: SR000016NS6N Got messages that technician visit is scheduled but nobody has come yet. I'm working from home using Jio mobile data as hotspot and data in it is running out. Please help out.
