    @JioCare Jio Fiber closed my complaint without fixing my issue or even asking if it’s solved. Peak efficiency! No need to ask customer just close it.

    My JioFiber connection has been down since yesterday evening, and despite multiple follow-ups, I’m only getting generic replies with no confirmed visit time. Now the appointment is pushed to 27th—completely unacceptable. Need urgent resolution today, not excuses. @JioCare

    @JioCare I can't understand that why doesn't I get 5G network inside my home and in the Ground floor. Does yours services are so weak now? Shall I change my Jio Sim? You people are wasting my money instead

    I have not received the SIM card either. I have lodged multiple complaints via email and the customer care helpline, and nearly two months have passed since then. Why is there no resolution for this extremely poor system? @JioCare @reliancejio @nationalconsumer
