    @reliancejio hi I have recharged a prepaid no. for international roaming .. but it is not work help me activate it please.. and the option to login to my jio and activate is not visible.. thanks

    @JioCare Kindly make a visit urgently... YOUR REPRESENTATIVE HAD NEVER VISITED MY PLACE. THEY PURPOSELY SHOW THE ISSUE AS RESOLVED WITHOUT EVEN ATTENDING IT

    @JioCare ENTRY IS PERMITTED IN OUR SOCIETY. KINDLY ASK YOUR ENGINEER TO GIVE ME A CALL IF HE FACES ANY ISSUE. ALSO ASK YOUR ENGINEER NOT TO SHOW IN OFFICE AS WORK COMPLETED WITHOUT ATTENDING IT. KINDLY DO THE NEEDFUL URGENTLY

    @JioCare i want to opt out from your service, but I have yearly pack. After recharging yearly pack your data speed went to hell. Kindly refund my money so that I can port out. I have complained on @PMOIndia grievance cell. Once user opt for yearly pack, net speed go downward.
