    @JioCare Hey @JioCare, I sent all my details in the DM yesterday as requested, but the issue is STILL NOT FIXED. My JioHome app remains completely broken (0 devices online, no password reset options). This is a backend sync issue that your team is ignoring. (1/2)

    @JioCare My relocation request was raised on June 7. Cancellation request was taken up on June 9 and still we haven't been able to cancel Jio doesn't have any escalation matrix on Customer care. No way to raise complaints. I was asked to pay advance bill for getting cancellation processed

    @JioCare 103th time same issue This team is so deceitful, incompetent, and arrogant that they don't take action on complaints. They just ask you to send a message, share something, or provide your number and location, but no actual work gets done—the entire Jio TV team is useless
