    @JioCare What you do not want. You deliberately disconnect connection every now and then and that too for 5-6 hours. Why do you need my jio number? The entire Shillong City doesn’t have internet right now. You need to accept Jio is one of the worst service in the town😡😡

    @nikhilesh_22 @reliancejio @JioCare Please don't take otherwise but I m sure you will not get rid off the issue very soon. I am victim of the same issue from a month before and "bearing with jio" as they say.

    After 15 days of follow ups with Jio Customer Care still no resolution to my query and the problem still remians. @JioCare seems to have the worst customer care support indeed. Will eventually have to switch to a better service provider like @airtelindia if things won't resolve.
