    @JioCare SR00001665B7. Jio team have found no issue with jio network connectivity in my area. response says, It is possible that the issue is with my mobile handset for which we request I have to visit the manufacturer's Service Centre and get handset checked. 1/2

    @reliancejio @airtelindia @BSNLCorporate There is no fibre facilities in my area due to which online classes are a very tough task as mobile data isn't giving the speeds. Please help if you can .

    @JioCare pathetic service of Jio in Champhai, Mizoram -796321. No network for 2 days already. I have used my jio number for registering in cowin portal. Due to jio network problem, i cannot book for my 2nd dose of covid vaccine.

    @ImAtulKansal please help expediting the check. The issue here is Jio sim is not working in iPhone 8 whereas other network sim are working properly. I am not getting proper resolution from @JioCare, repetitive questions are asked again and again. #Frustating

    @reliancejio The customer service provided by Jio or Appellate authority is pathetic and over 45 days they are not able to resolve the issue. Just playing over the emails. do not redirect to Jio Care or Appellate, both are not looking to resolve the issue. Yet you are giving ads for JioFibre.

    @PrAsHaNtchy91 Their services have went from bad to worse trust me I remember going through the same turmoil time and again with these guys and one fine day I decided to switch to Jio and I must say Jio services are way better suggest you also switch to @JioCare
