    @JioCare Internet facilities is not working near aiims nagar, patrapada, bhubaneswar, odisha. In any mobile devices with different jio sim, complaints several times since 48hrs, with personal jio numbers.

    @reliancejio working fine for cities only. But at my locality (Village) it totally disappointing cuz of their poor network coverage. At Cost of 4g Plan we are getting 2g ..Plz Do Something For villages also. @JioCare

    @JioCare Check the tweets in June to understand the gravity of the issue, name of customer care employee Anjali and i made multiple calls and tweets to resolve which was not of anyways no use and you kindly check the conversations recorded to examine and refund my money, we cannot afford

    @reliancejio I'm regularly complaining for almost 1.5 Years about the internet issue in my area, a village with the population more than 10000. Why are not fixing the issue? Even students can't study online. Why are you acting so shameless?

    My jio fiber is not working from last 6 days and no action has been taken till now. Care: we are working on issue aare bhai at least technitian should visit. No one visits and they are rescheduling visit again and again. Couldn't expect these service from @reliancejio @JioCare
