    @reliancejio @JioCare it has been more than 14 days since i placed jio fiber disconnection request, but still nothing has been done on your part, device pick up being cancelled on your part yourse despite giving particular appointment everytime pathetic service from @JioCare

    @reliancejio it's on regular basis the signal dropped everyday. why are we paying you charges when you can't fix the issue. i am a postpaid user.
