@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia i switched from @JioCare to airtel for better services and for past one month internet speed is way better than jio's 2G speed but from last 5 day's airtel is also providing the same slow speed of 800kbs to 1.5mbps

@JioCare as per October I placed a network issue request with service request SR000012TQUH. But the problem neither solved nor any further communication provided. I am facing call drops since 7 days now. And I cant able to access Internet since OCTOBER. is this still OK?
