    @JioCare @RelianceJio_DTH Jio fiber is fraud, I paid money but ott app amazon prime is not working. U all are fraud Jio fiber. No one should use Jio fiber these people will take money then no service will be provided.

    @ViCustomerCare I have requested to upgrade my #VI_Sim yesterday. Thay have provided me the sim which is still not working. Very much pathetic service from @ViCustomerCare . Really need to think to port the same to @JioCare

    @JioCare you guys are one of the most responsive service providers in india. even global brands operating in india pale in comparison. thats all a customer needs. problems will always be there..but a service provider needs to b present always n listen..solutions may take time 👍

    @JioCare Very unprofessional behaviour of service engineers regarding jio fibers complaint. Without visiting to complaint premises closed the complaint and given information to company that due to customers request he has not taken proof picture. So disgusting.

    Jio Fiber has become frustrating for end users like me. Support provided is pathetic, SRs are closed without issues resolved. I hear funny excuses like my fiber connection has speed & connection issues as I use inverter for powerback. @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI
