    @reliancejio Very Slow internet in ADANA TEHSIL RASHMI DISTRICT CHITTORGARH RAJSTHAN 312203 Please check and resolve the issue. There may issue with the particular tower because it working fine at near by village.

    @JioCare I wasted so much time waiting for installation, calls, and updates, but there was no proper support from the team. Honestly, this has been one of the worst service experiences I’ve had. After this experience, I don’t think I’ll buy Jio services again and I’ll definitely not rcmd

    Paid for #JioFiber 4 days ago after Executive Amit Singh guaranteed same-day installation for urgent office work. Since then, he has vanished and stopped answering calls. 3 days of following up with @JioCare only yields robotic automated replies. This feels like a scam! Fix this

    @JioCare Dear Customer, With reference to Service Request number SR00002KXACY for your JioFixedVoice Number connection having JioFixedVoice Number we have scheduled an appointment with a Jio service engineer at your premises on 08-May-2026 between 16:00:00 - 17:00:00. Again rescheduled

    @JioCare @aroonkamble Same here. Network is working. But wifi is down. Customer Care is not responding. All left in the middle of nowhere. Is this a wife spread problem?
