    @reliancejio Very Slow internet in ADANA TEHSIL RASHMI DISTRICT CHITTORGARH RAJSTHAN 312203 Please check and resolve the issue. There may issue with the particular tower because it working fine at near by village.

    Its is very terrific service given by @jio_fiber because its been 9 days since i paid for jio airfiber to install at my home but no response from any side. 9 days are not less to process anything but the service you are giving is pathetic. @JioSupport @JioCare

    @JioCare It is scheduled for tomorrow. If you're going to take one day to even send someone to look into the issue, I have no choice but to look to switch my provider. I took a JioFiber connection because the service was fast, not a day late.

    @JioCare The audacity of people they say i dont have time and constantly saying i will come on this day and does not come He has taken money for installation and when said i will complain he says complain as u want There is no complaint portal available correctly for jio

    @reliancejio @JIOAIRFIBERIN @JioCare is just a big waste of money. No real problem solving of customers with no option of connecting to agents. We talk about AI and it's opportunities wherein real Human Intelligence is gone for a toss. Really disappointed with your service.
