Service numbers have this stupid auto bot call system with no usefull options at all. Ordered a sim 2 weeks ago and sill no delivery, registered a complaint no response. Shame on jio.

Your support also promised last Saturday, but today is Monday and still no setup. Very poor service, i rate 1 out of 10

My jio sim data was not working so opened the jio app. It shows there is no active plans, recharge immediately with 899. I recharged and again it was not working, 1/2.
