    @JioCare More than 24 hours without resolution! The assigned engineer isn’t even responding to my calls. Stop sending copy-paste assurances—fix the damaged network box and restore the service immediately. This is extremely disappointing, @reliancejio.

    @jiocare I had made complaint regarding this and told them to refund the money but no action was taken. Please refund my money or else i will file a case against your company in the consumer court. Given below is the message i had received.

    @JioCare @reliancejio is there any intent of providing any solution or its a black hole where the voice of the customer is lost for ever. They ways you guys are working i do not see any intention or interest in solving the issue

    Email follow-up done on the 20th, 23rd, 24th & 28th, but every time, I get an auto-response email saying blah-blah-blah! 😬Dont understand what rocket science is involved in local relocation within the same pincode?😓 Immediate resolution requested. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare So it takes a month to get it sorted out? Also I have paid for this service which I didn't got. What about the compensation? Why do I pay for something I didn't even get?

    @reliancejio Extremely disappointing service. Despite repeated commitments, no one has visited and the ticket remains unresolved. I have been unable to use the service for a week. Service Request/Order No.: SR00003EY39L Please escalate and resolve this immediately.
