    @reliancejio Very Slow internet in ADANA TEHSIL RASHMI DISTRICT CHITTORGARH RAJSTHAN 312203 Please check and resolve the issue. There may issue with the particular tower because it working fine at near by village.

    @DoT_India the biggest loop pole in telecom policy . There is no solid mechanism to resolve user problem . I have jio connection and my 2 years old problem of poor signal and call drop not resolved till date .Requested every one .@JioCare @reliancejio

    @reliancejio My Jio Fiber is not working on my ps4 (TCP UDP Port issue). I tried contacting your customer care but I'm unable to talk to a customer care representative. If I don't receive a call or an engineer visit, I'll be forced to change my ISP.

    @JioCare it’s been whole day jio fiber stopped working after complaining customer Care since morning no technician visit cannot rely shameful for such a big company

It's 40 days and you guys doesn't show minimum courtesy of fulfilling your assurances This is nothing but disservice to your own customers Never expected such a substandard service from jio Thanks
