    @JioCare if that was the case how did they give my building a connection ? They fix their own times as I keep getting messages of timing which I have not requested still they don't turn up this is possibly yhe worse service I have seen and I have a good mind of not renewing the same

I am facing this issue since last one month & your helpline does not helps as they have few common reply.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Am a customer of Jio since many years. During the process to change jio circle to Punjab, why are customers asked to give a local reference?? This simple process is made so complicated in @JioCare. Customers have to give ID profs of local reference. Why???

    @reliancejio @JioCare @jio_internet What is going on in Guwahati, your marketing person takes installation amount without seeing possibility of installation. When it isn't done they done refund the money ? Please help before I drag that person to consumer court.

    @JioCare When will I get money back, as said by jio 14 days is over, Refund of security deposit will be processed on the above mentioned account within 7-14 days depending on the condition of the returned device. Engineer can help you out in checking the condition of the device.

    @JioCare I not even leaving in a society and there are no any such restrictions, it's just a silly excuse you guys are appplying to avoid the issues. AND IF THIS IS THE REALLY CASE AND YOU REALLY CARE FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS YOU COULD HAVE ATLEAST GIVEN A CALL TO CUSTOMER ON THE VERY SAME TIME
