    @JioCare my jio fibre internet connection is not working since 24 hours..customer care says no engineer available .its pathetic and shameful to hear this from the reputed company..really disappointed with jio..needs immediate action..

    @JioCare Dear my son medical entrance exam on 11th sep 21. Its question of his carrier. its 4th day no one from your useless bunch of engineers visit to rectify the issue. its pre paid connection you people earning the money like this. I dont know how many customers you people are cheated

    @JioCare @pramodsakarwar Seamless experience-what a joke!! Whenever a person try to call even in a emergency situation he/she has to listen all the stuff about recharge. Is it for seamless experience? You can just warn by message or calling but your system generated reminder is pathetic

    who will understand our situation then suggest a response that will help us the best? A friend who lost his phone in New Jersey is trying to deactivate his old sim card and get a new one with the same number. He is in Rochester, NY and thus cannot... @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Hey! I'm facing very poor quality of network and 2G internet speed was much better than present 4G network.I reduce my daily data plan from 3gb/day to 1gb/day due to speed issue because i am unable to use 500MB of my daily data plan.

    Within this week moving to @reliancejio . I don't face any such trouble. @airtelindia doesn't value their customers
