    @reliancejio Very Slow internet in ADANA TEHSIL RASHMI DISTRICT CHITTORGARH RAJSTHAN 312203 Please check and resolve the issue. There may issue with the particular tower because it working fine at near by village.

    @JioCare @reliancejio this is ridiculous,Its been a month since my JioFiber router is picked up and still not received refund till date… and yr customer care is worst in providing the resolution,whenever called they always tell in next 14 working days refund will be credited 1/2

    @JioCare my jio internet connection is very slow. Since 2 days, I couldn't able to use daily 1.5 GB data of my jio Sim. But it's getting deducted from my main account. My contact is 8249408730. I want immediate action.

    @JioCare Thank you. If you've read my entire issue then understand I don't have port out number we get after that sms as the @airtelindia didn't allow text messages from main balance. I urge @airtelindia to take all my 71 rs balance and just give me my port out number.

    @JioCare Yes I was facing the issue on the same number, and when I spoke to your customer care they gave a complain number, aren't you able to see why the complainant was raised? Issue seems to be now Ok, but is it fixed??
