    @JioCare after several got the sim exchange processed yesterday but until now services aren't retained. You activate the new sim in 2 minutes. And take 2 days to process a simple sim exchange of an existing customer. Wow what a service....

    @JioCinema @reliancejio streaming world cup isthe worst on your platform. Completely glitchy and looks like watching it on grand old dialup. Please get your act together. And, please don't tell me it depends on speed etc. All that is sorted, i watch cricket and F1 in HD quality.
