    @JioCare My problem has not been resolved yet, whereas the call centre people had told me that the problem would be resolved by 8-30.

    @JioCare After 5 days of repeated complaints, multiple calls, and the same “Rest assured” replies, my service request was even cancelled without my consent. There has been no resolution or accountability. Requesting @consaff and @jagograhakjago to take note of this poor customer service

    @JioCare so many users are facing down network issue in my area. Pathetic network in Kanpur Nagar. Look into it and resolve this issue asap
