@reliancejio Very Slow internet in ADANA TEHSIL RASHMI DISTRICT CHITTORGARH RAJSTHAN 312203 Please check and resolve the issue. There may issue with the particular tower because it working fine at near by village.

@JioCare I apply for a Jio fiber last year in month of August the service engineer as me additional 2000₹ rupees for cable as the main jio box is almost 300 meter away from my home. I need fiber very very much because for my job as I am working from home (Work from home).

@JioCare On next day the engineer come and said that please call the service engineer who installed your connection as I can't do this after that i again call on jio customer service and told them the same problem they told me we will take an action against that engineer

Hi @JioCare @JioFiberVoice Kindly Increase Existing Pack Validity by atleast 1 Day for my Jio Mobile No as well as Jio Fiber No as Internet Service was Stopped for almost 30 Hour's while I has Paid in advance for this Service. Will drop Mobile Nos & Jio Fiber No in Chat Box.
