    @JioCare now again my appointment was reschedule to 5pm today but still no engineer called or visited my home. Your service request number is SR00001CDB27. This is how jio fiber provides service . Extremely dissatisfied with the service. @reliancejio .

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare zero in cx service zero in product delivery. you guys just keep on repeating the same thing we will do it we will do it be rest assured, if that’s case you can even take one year and say be rest assured. Stop giving stupid answers and start giving resolution

    @JioCare Jio fiber number 1513552618 service id 299853356614, jio fiber connection terminated, device pickup not happening, team updating status that they could not contact me without making an attempt for the same, this happened 7th day today

    Signal fluctuations since joining Jio in February 22 and speed less than 3mbps most of the time at Nanganallur Macmillan colony and also near Nanganallur Anjaneya temple. Yet to resolve @JioCare
