    @reliancejio @JioCare @JioFiberVoice Pathetic service I want my jiofiber to be relocated but the engineers are refusing as my address on documents doesn't match my local address. I get transferred again and again to a new city so how can my local address be similar on my docs.

    @SonyLIV @JIOAIRFIBERIN @reliancejio I paid around 8500rs per year. The given photo has premium caption written on it and 4 minute ads appear, is this what I spend money to see? Shame on you jio and sony live dont buy jio airfiber or sonyliv subscription poor service.

    @JioCare Every support call gives the same scripted reply: “temporary issue” or “many users are using it.” Now you’re promoting AI features like #HelloJio, but basic connectivity doesn’t even work. Even the MyJio app shows “Low connectivity, Retry.” #Jio #NetworkIssue

    @JioCare Please refer to service request no SR0000334IV9. New Sim delivery was supposed to happen by 12th April...it didn't happen yet. I am just fed up now. Can we please cancel this and make a refund.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @AkashMAmbani We are not interested in continuing the connection anymore. Despite repeated follow-ups, the issue remains unresolved.Kindly proceed with immediate disconnection, remove installation & process refund for the unused period without further delay.

    @JioCare I am not going to repeat the same story again... last time you guys only issued the services request number after getting all the details...i had ordered Sim on 31st March and now it is 14th April. I no longer want to wait for Sim delivery..please cancel and refund my payment
