@reliancejio @JioCare @JioFiberVoice Pathetic service I want my jiofiber to be relocated but the engineers are refusing as my address on documents doesn't match my local address. I get transferred again and again to a new city so how can my local address be similar on my docs.

@JioCare But ur app diagnosis says there is no issue with speed. And ur online customer support ask for OTP, how can we believe anyone who ask OTP just for the cosumer support.? And the speed will be not more than 5-6MbitsPerSec but 4G shld provide atleast 40Mbps speed.

@JioCare ive applied for a jio broaband service in Visakhapatnam and ppl reached out to me like anything, once they came to know that our apartment is not having that jio box they just ignored and closed that request... What kind of support is this?

@JioCare As expected you are useless as your service it has been about 40 hours and counting however you don't give a damn about your customer. As expected you are all deaf ears once you receive the advance from a customer #JioFiber a big thumbs dowm👎 6 follow ups and still no resolution
