    @reliancejio @JioCare @JioFiberVoice Pathetic service I want my jiofiber to be relocated but the engineers are refusing as my address on documents doesn't match my local address. I get transferred again and again to a new city so how can my local address be similar on my docs.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I paid for this connection and I just want it to shift to my new home how this problem can be solved i am giving my documents as proof but there is no solution and even internet connection is must for a student.

    @JioCare 48 hrs after logging ticket Jio Fiber assigns some one to work on it who will visit after 72 hrs . I think this kind of service no one can give other than reliance in the world .

    @reliancejio @JioCare Service Request No. SR000038740V This has been an extremely poor and disappointing service experience. The engineer visit was scheduled between 8:00 PM and 9:00 PM, but the assigned engineer has now switched off his mobile phone and is unreachable.

    Hey @JioCare @reliancejio, your systems are completely broken and trapping my money! My STB installation tech was a no-show, but my service is now blocked cause I didn't give an OTP before the tech even arrived. Plus, the "Reschedule" button has vanished from the app
