@SubhayanN @JioCare I have the same problem Disgusting customer service I ever seen . So bad network team when I am calling the customer service they said we are working about it in every call. But still I am facing the same problem the jio team is very irresponsible.

@JioCare Hello Mohit This issue is still not resolved and still persisting in my locality. This is a pathetic service provided by jio. Hope you will look into the issue and provide a resolution at earliest. If the issue remains the same, there are 100 of people who are trying to port.

@JioCare Appreciate understanding. Tks. But issue not resolved for 7 days!! Is it too much to expect? Who is the responsible person with whom the customer can talk. No use of tlkng to call centre. Only std copy paste reply they will give. Useless. Waste of time. Go back to BSNL???

@JioCare I have got 10+ slots ever since I registered the complain regarding that router-not-working-for-10-days and the amazing fact is not even a single slot was attended upon. Quite firm with your procrastinated service.
