    @reliancejio @JioCare I paid for this connection and I just want it to shift to my new home how this problem can be solved i am giving my documents as proof but there is no solution and even internet connection is must for a student.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I WFH, and these repeated outages and missed appointments are directly affecting my work. Please stop giving me repeated time slots that are not honoured. I need this escalated to a senior service manager and a proper permanent resolution, not another rescheduled appointment.

    @JioCare My home fiber internet is down for 3 days. I'm trying to contact you to to rasise a complaint but unable to connect over phone we no option in application. Somehow able to raise a SR through app yesterday but no response so far. What kind of pathetic services is this?

    @JioCare Jio AirFiber service has not been activated even after two days. My request ID is SR00002NHD9W. Your technician stated that they would visit the site only after the company provides the necessary equipment.Please resolve this; otherwise, I will cancel the connection. @JioCare
