@reliancejio The reference number for this complaint is SR00001DQQPV.I did not receive further updates and I continue to face slow or no internet and its more than 2 months I have reported this issue. Please refund my annul rechanged. so That i can port to someone else.

why the consumer only face the problem after paying good amount for the internet? is there any low for this or people can be fool in the name of high speed internet, if we don't recharge they stop our incoming call but what about we face the slow internet ? @JioCare @PMOIndia

@JioCare @reliancejio Recharged plan with 2599 in Feb. Got a benifit of Disney Hot star subscription for 1 year. Received message from Hotatar that benifit will end on Nov 23 while my current plan valadity is till Feb 2023. Means 3 months less valadity. Resolve this problem
