    @reliancejio @JioCare @JioFiberVoice Pathetic service I want my jiofiber to be relocated but the engineers are refusing as my address on documents doesn't match my local address. I get transferred again and again to a new city so how can my local address be similar on my docs.

    (1) @JioCare @reliancejio @jio_gigafiber ..Recently got Jio fiber..Asked Salesman add gst and he said it can be done later..He onboarded me as individual and not SMB customer..Now your customer service keeps apologising that I cannot add GST to my account.

    @reliancejio Again the same thing happened. Engineer's unavailable. Could you please tell me what is the procedure to cancel your service and get the refund? As your team is absolutely least concerned about any commitment made to the customer.

    @JioCare I've spent enough time with your support to know that "your engineers are continuously working to improve coverage in my area which would take 6 to 8 months. Meanwhile I have to continue pay for your incompetence coz you neither issue refund for bad service nor give data credit"!
