@reliancejio @JioCare I paid for this connection and I just want it to shift to my new home how this problem can be solved i am giving my documents as proof but there is no solution and even internet connection is must for a student.

@JioCare I have recently called your customer care helpline and asked for my refund. They are still saying that i will get my money back after 21 days. But which 21 days they did not clarify and cut down the phone rudely.
