@reliancejio @JioCare @JioFiberVoice Pathetic service I want my jiofiber to be relocated but the engineers are refusing as my address on documents doesn't match my local address. I get transferred again and again to a new city so how can my local address be similar on my docs.

@reliancejio @JioCare I paid for this connection and I just want it to shift to my new home how this problem can be solved i am giving my documents as proof but there is no solution and even internet connection is must for a student.

Farzi jio, #jionetwork to improve karna nahi he. And ask me to dm and then reply me - 'handset related issue.' Using the Idea sim in the same mobile and getting full network. There are 3 jio mobiles at my home and all are getting poor network. @JioCare @TRAI

@JioCare 1.5 months since I submitted connection surrender request for Jiofiber. No executive has visited my place till date to collect your assets and return my deposit. I wish you chose another way to keep the customer in ecosystem!
