    @reliancejio @JioCare @JioFiberVoice Pathetic service I want my jiofiber to be relocated but the engineers are refusing as my address on documents doesn't match my local address. I get transferred again and again to a new city so how can my local address be similar on my docs.

    @JioCare @reliancegroup complaint filed on 7th is unresolved. The engineer visiting office is clueless, jio toll free, keep saying will send engineer. Do senior service staff know the timelines when an issue is not resolved for a WEEK.

    @reliancejio is such a shameless company that they just don't bother even after @DoT_India complaint they mentioned issue resolved and stable internet present while I have been providing screenshot with them here and over call. I had to install broadband to use INTERNET. (1/4)

    Never buy Air fibre of Jio, you'll suffer alot. tried calling customer care, it will disconnect automatically, Jio app wont load if network is down, they dont respond to emails. worst service ever @JioCare
