    @JioCare such a pathatic network. I have full network, but not getting calls. After some time, I get missed call alert text message. What are we supposed to do? Missing many calls. Regular issue.

    @JioCare I have requested Full DND to customer care they asked to send Stop 0 to 1909 and I have done that 3 days ago also I have tried to enable full dnd from jio app but it's failing. I don't want any disturbance especially rummy related promotion.

    @jagograhakjago I have to complaint against few unsolicited spammers which are not being addressed by my network providers. Could you please help on issue. @Airtel_Presence and @JioCare failed to resolve it.

    @JioCare @jio_fiber Really disappointed with Jio Fiber service. I purchased the #JioFiber 2 weeks ago and was told that technicians would install JioFiber within 2-3 days once documents are verified. No one has called me yet to schedule the appointment....

    @JioCare It's more than 10 days over for new connection, problem is still unresolved. No one in Jio available to listen and resolve the issue. Worst service in Gurgaon. Again sincere advice: Don't buy Jio fibre connection at all.

Kindly restart the Jio HGW router by removing the adaptor pin from behind and plugging the same again. Wait for 1 minute till the LED in front of Jio Home Gateway (Router) is stable 2. Ensure that there is no power (2/3)

    Absolutely pathetic customer service from @JioCare @reliancejio. Your app makes a mistake and I pay for it? Unacceptable! Give me my ******* refund! Why is it, that my plan shows expired when there's 292 days left? That 1 upcoming plan is because of your ****** little app showing the wrong info.
