    @JioCare such a pathatic network. I have full network, but not getting calls. After some time, I get missed call alert text message. What are we supposed to do? Missing many calls. Regular issue.

    @JioCare I have requested Full DND to customer care they asked to send Stop 0 to 1909 and I have done that 3 days ago also I have tried to enable full dnd from jio app but it's failing. I don't want any disturbance especially rummy related promotion.

    @JioCare My request again reshedule to 20 th...pls think what kind of service jio is providing. It is better to take service of other ISP. Pls guide me for the refund process if jio is not able to provide proper and timely service.
