    @JioCare I have requested Full DND to customer care they asked to send Stop 0 to 1909 and I have done that 3 days ago also I have tried to enable full dnd from jio app but it's failing. I don't want any disturbance especially rummy related promotion.

    @JioCare such a pathatic network. I have full network, but not getting calls. After some time, I get missed call alert text message. What are we supposed to do? Missing many calls. Regular issue.

    @jagograhakjago I have to complaint against few unsolicited spammers which are not being addressed by my network providers. Could you please help on issue. @Airtel_Presence and @JioCare failed to resolve it.

    @JioCare none of our gadgets are catching wifi signal installed by you. Pls resolve the issue on priority as schools are online now a days.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I' ve been a customer of jio since 4 years and the internet speed in srinagar(garhwal), uttarakhand is pathetic and so frustating. It's even less than a 2G speed. Please fix this issue fast here.
