    @JioCare such a pathatic network. I have full network, but not getting calls. After some time, I get missed call alert text message. What are we supposed to do? Missing many calls. Regular issue.

    @JioCare I have requested Full DND to customer care they asked to send Stop 0 to 1909 and I have done that 3 days ago also I have tried to enable full dnd from jio app but it's failing. I don't want any disturbance especially rummy related promotion.

    @jagograhakjago I have to complaint against few unsolicited spammers which are not being addressed by my network providers. Could you please help on issue. @Airtel_Presence and @JioCare failed to resolve it.

    @JioCare Hi Yasmeen, I'm sick and tired of the indecisiveness and lack of communication in your company. I get a call every 5 days, I explain the entire situation again, only for it to be repeated again the next week. I never though any corporate giant can make me feel this helpless.

    @JioCare I requested to surrender my Jiofiber connect. For this, engineer has collected the set-up box before 1 week. But I have received security money in my account. Can you please provide status of my refund? You guys are so stupid that you do not reply of my message.

    The connection is now available on my area. I've contacted local executive he also confirmed connection is ready @ my area. But the issue is he saying to take new connection or pay 6 month payment in advance in order to help relocating the jiofiber. #JioFiber @JioCare
