I have been trying to reach customer care since 5 days but call gets disconnected. The person who installed jio fibre connection says you will have to make request at jio care only. Very bad experience

Hoping @VodafoneIN to resolve the issue else definitely once this recharge is over I ll switch to other network. There’s no option only even after being client from almost 6-7 years.

When contacted Jio helpcare they told that this is because of large consumer activation during same time. I'm not at all satisfied with the service.

It's been over a month with zero resolution. 🔴 My Jio internet completely stops working every time there's a power cut in my area — and power cuts are frequent here, so I lose internet constantly. 🔴 I've raised multiple complaints with Jio customer care, but there's been NO improvement at all. 🔴 First I was told it'll be fixed by 2 July, then pushed to 5 July, and now I'm being told it'll take 3 MONTHS?! That means the recharge I just did is basically useless if I can't even use the service. 🔴 We have 4 Jio users in our house — none of our connections work properly, and one of them has NO network at all. No idea when they'll fix it. Plus, most of the time, I can't hear or the other person can't hear me on calls.
