Hoping @VodafoneIN to resolve the issue else definitely once this recharge is over I ll switch to other network. There’s no option only even after being client from almost 6-7 years.

Finally i found a solution and that worked. Rake out sim, bend and break it. Go to any better company store and buy new sim card. It was pain to get everyone on new number as jio was primary.

My router has been restarted, and this happens on all devices. It looks like my account is stuck on an "expired/throttled" profile backend lock even though my payment was successful and the plan is active.Please reset my port connection and push the correct speed profile ASAP.
