Finally i found a solution and that worked. Rake out sim, bend and break it. Go to any better company store and buy new sim card. It was pain to get everyone on new number as jio was primary.

Hoping @VodafoneIN to resolve the issue else definitely once this recharge is over I ll switch to other network. There’s no option only even after being client from almost 6-7 years.

From jio digital store chandkheda .. and haven't got any phone and they are asking me to take 6gb/ 128gb variant which is not pre booked . I think i will get the Solution hear. Thank you

When contacted Jio helpcare they told that this is because of large consumer activation during same time. I'm not at all satisfied with the service.
