@JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio Is there any update on site installation as it is more than 2 months and network issue still persist at my office. It was promised by @JioCare that issue will be sort out asap (90 days) but till now no update on this..please look into this asap.

@reliancejio very bad service from Jui store representative. #Jio 3 times I go to jio store for e sim registration and they told me every time come tomorrow. Once I go again so told me that esim service will start at 2:00 Pm so come after 2:00 Pm. Still not they responding proper

@JioCare Hi, please help to improve network and internet speed issue at my area, when I have talked to customer card they said your not getting speed because there are many users in your area. We are improving but still there is no improvement at shayona green, Gota, Ahmedabad.

@JioCare For the past few days internet speed on my #JioFiber (999/- subscription) never crosses 100 Mbps during normal working hours (haven't checked at 3.47 AM though), at my location Kalambag Road, Muzaffarpur, Bihar. Please bear in mind I'm paying for 150 Mbps.
