@JioCare @saurabhbatham17 Hahah nice and streamlined joke. Jio has been telling me the same for more then a year. Finally i found a solution and that worked. Rake out sim, bend and break it. Go to any better company store and buy new sim card. It was pain to get everyone on new number as jio was primary.

@reliancejio The service of jio is disgusting. I'm not even getting 1kbps of speed despite of having data Balance in my account. When contacted Jio helpcare they told that this is because of large consumer activation during same time. I'm not at all satisfied with the service.

The speed is so slow that WhatsApp msg is not able to send. @JioCare.If there are more customers in my area then why don't you Install another Signal booster in my area. The speed is terrible during 7AM - 11 PM. These is the speed that we are paying you the money.@reliancejio

@Idea I left @reliancejio and connected in idea with oneprepaid and one postpaid connection. But now network is so pathetic that even showing full network my number shows switchoff. Thinking to move my both numbers to @Airtel_Presence, not sure if they can port me in lockdown.

Dear @VodafoneIN I don’t know when you ll resolve network issues. It’s been almost five years I am facing network issues at home. For data connectivity I started using @reliancejio as secondary number. I wish not to port Vodafone number with any other company. Do something.

@MiralSalunke @VodafoneIN @reliancejio Honestly I agree with you. I so wish I couldn’t have recharged for the year. Hoping @VodafoneIN to resolve the issue else definitely once this recharge is over I ll switch to other network. There’s no option only even after being client from almost 6-7 years.

@WeekendInvestng @JioCare They are supposed to do it, as internet is considered as an essential service now a days. Non Hindus can work on diwali day and should provide the services without interruption. I think all these works are outsourced and will be counted in their performance indicators.

@WeekendInvestng @JioCare I will tell u how much I struggled when I was staying in hotel in US. Complained so many times and they do not have any technician to visit either. They took more than 2 weeks to fix the issue coz they did t even understood what's the issue in first place.

I got new connection yesterday.. can't even use the fiber experience for 5 mins properly..now I have to wait for more days...I can't.. make sure my issue solved by tomorrow.. How can you guys be so much irresponsible.. Totally disappointed. @JioCare @reliancejio
