@JioCare I am jatan from ahmedabad i had per book @oneplus 7pro 8gb/256gb variant. From jio digital store chandkheda .. and haven't got any phone and they are asking me to take 6gb/ 128gb variant which is not pre booked . I think i will get the Solution hear. Thank you

@reliancejio very bad service from Jui store representative. #Jio 3 times I go to jio store for e sim registration and they told me every time come tomorrow. Once I go again so told me that esim service will start at 2:00 Pm so come after 2:00 Pm. Still not they responding proper

@JioCare Everytime We ask whats the resolution but we get a message like what's the issue and they always raise a new ticket which give 90 days again. Please let us know how many days or months you really need to resolve this issue.dont lie us that we will resolve in 90 days

Such a frustrating thing is that when you pay for the services and even they cannot provide better services. RelianceJio is increasing its prices for mobile recharges and not providing good signal strength also.Please see towards it or provide me the best operator in my area(1/2)

Is @reliancejio a 4g smartphone network? I don't think so. Works like a 2g network. And when I contact @JioCare they say u are in a low coverage area or a lot of people are using internet near u. So what am i supposed to do? Change my location or ask people to not use internet?

@JioCare 10 days done! Keep up the service. Already told two person in my apartment to go for other ISPs and not pay for jiofiber. Great that atleast I saved them.
