    PATHETIC SERVICE @JioCare! Applied my AirFiber 'Joiner Coupon' (₹150), MyJio app crashed while recharging for next month. Recharge didn't happen but coupon is GONE! 48+ hrs passed, Support is clueless. Fix this glitch & refund my coupon ASAP! @reliancejio #BadService #Jio

    @JioCare @jio_fiber how do you disconnect the postpaid Fiber connection without any intimation. If i pay through your Myjio app selecting a monthly plan it says valid for two days. Customer care is also not able to explain

    @JioCare Dear Customer, We are facing a temporary service interruption in your area since 24-04-2026 07:29 AM, due to which services for your JioFiber Connection with JioFixedVoice Number 2235548832 may be affected. We expect this to get resolved by 24-04-2026 11:29 AM.

    @JioCare the signal bar gets down to 2 to 3 bars after 1 a.m in udaipur,, rajasthan. Resolve the issue with immediate effect.

    I'll recommend everyone to avoid installing Jio WiFi, Their service is extremely poor, and they never connect you directly to a service executive or agent—they always redirect you to their IVR bot. My WiFi has not been working for more than 3 days. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare Facing constant network issues and very slow internet speed in my area. Calls drop, data barely works. This is affecting daily work. @airtelindia please send your team here. If service is better, we are ready to port from Jio to Airtel. Need urgent action.

    After payment, Jio AirFiber service is completely unresponsive — no proper support, delays, and no clarity on refund. This is happening in Ahmedabad, Gujarat and I am personally facing it. @JioCare this is not acceptable. Fix this immediately.
