    Mr.Rudra told they have shortage of staff,When i asked mr.Rudra to give his employed ID for contact to jio care,he refused to give it ,i am harassed by these people . Today i am received the message that due to techincal reason jio fibre not proceed they cancel it.@JioCare

    @JioCare Jio services are down in Ghazipur(233001) district of UP. Mobile and Fiber services both are down. Can anyone from team confirm the reason behind this and when it will be resumed. @reliancejio

    it’s been more than 6 months the network issue of JIO couldn’t be solved. I have raise many requests to customer care but issue still persists the same. I’m not able to call/use net even in Delhi due to worst quality of network.ichoose port out your services @JioCare @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @JioCare jio box has really few channel in Hindi and english . It’s terrible like no discovery , no nat geo, no English music channel, like you guys have nothing
