    @_MukeshAmbani @reliancejio My JioFiber is down from Jan 3rd. I raised this issue with @JioCare but they are just giving me the timeline and extending in every 2 hours but they are not able to fix it. Very disappointed #jionetworkdown #Jiodown #jionetwork

    @JioCare @JioCare Still no one has reached me. I don’t think you guys even care. Jio care about bill payments but jio doesn’t care about good service. i have been waiting from 5 jan to till now you can’t even fix a wire 🙄 @Airtel_Presence Could you please guide me to get a new connection

    @JioCare @JioCare That should be communicated to customer well in advance before taking a connection and by the way how one can charge prorate charges more then a monthly rental for just 7 days. This is called a cheating only.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Hi jio I am currently ur customer of broad band service in Gurgaon , but not able to see OTT channels in my TV due to poor customer handling by ur representative and called many times but no response . Pathetic service by jio team .

    @JioCare I don't think you can help me. Because same think I'm hearing this @JioCare since last 5 days. We are planning to completely remove JioFiber and switch to Airtel.

    @JioCare dear jio please help me for below problem ... I have huge network issue in my area. And I am not getting network even a single bar hence can't make call from my flat ...I complained this to jio but they are unable to help me..please intervene!
