    Shame on you @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia even after upgrading to postpaid such worst connection after complainjng you solve it by yourself and report solved no response nothing porting to @JioCare is better i think so and why the hell you arecharging if you cant provide basic

    It's been over 24 hours without internet, and I'm still stuck waiting. @JioCare scheduled an engineer visit for today at 6 PM, but now the ticket status has gone back to "Assigning Engineer." No updates. No support. No way to talk to a real person. My work is suffering because of this. Extremely frustrated with the service. @jagograhakjago

    @JioCare @reliancejio may I know what's going on at Rourkela? Why the engineers do not visit on the schedule day and change the schedule even without a call? Why should the customer bear the charges for the loss

    @JioCare I dont want to waste money on some pathetic service provider who doesn't care abt their customers. Atleast local service providers are better as they restored the services within a day @JioCare @reliancejio just care abt money from people I am registering a case in consumer forum

    @JioCare Please confirm the exact date...it's almost more than. 21 days no refund has been done @JioCare @reliancejio kindly refund my money 1200 ASAP..your team first of all closing tickets without resolution and not refunding money

    @JioCare Jio customer care not able to come on call..and when mail sent they are not ready to compensate statimg no service request raised..why cannot you chk the outage how frequently it's happening no perm fix..
