    @JioCare Technician assigned for today from 3-4 PM but no one came as of now & it’s now 4 PM already. Called customer care around 2:30 PM they told me wait till 4 PM. Still I am waiting without internet. Jio service I thought will be good but it’s even worse nowadays 👎 #jio #jioairfiber

    @reliancejio i have paid amount for recharge of 349 for a new sim which i ordered through myjio online kyc and it has been 3 days and i still haven't recieved sim help me my existing number of airtel 9456120764 my new given jio number : 9281077966

    Made the biggest mistake porting to @JioCare And there should be an option to cancel and get a refund cuz the connection quality sucks. I so wanna go back to Airtel. I paid ₹3600 for an entire year and with this pathetic connection I cannot do anything. @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio Same thing happened, removed connection 1 from box and resolved issue for connection 2. If RMDU which is defective is replaced all the connections would have been worked. How reckless is the service of jio. Ours is connection 3. Request to resolve ours too ASAP @jagograhakjago

    @JioCare Ref: NO0001F7OA0I – Need immediate cancellation and a full refund to my original payment source. Engineer Sahil misled me regarding Fiber availability, delayed installation all day from 10 AM to 6 PM, and now casually asks me to cancel.Please process my refund right away

    @JioCare Engineer came, checked & said router change required and today it’s not possible so he left and said by tomorrow EOD it will get resolved. What I will do until then, from yesterday night till now I am not using internet but paid for it. Will I get compensation for this issue ?

    @JioCare Severe network issue at my house near Guda Bishnoiyan village (around 900m from main village). Previously network was excellent, but now there is zero signal/coverage. Unable to make calls or use internet. Please resolve this urgently. Location: Guda Bishnoiyan, Jodhpur, Rajasthan
