    @JioCare I really don't get, why this much time you needed? All you say, we are working on it and will get resolved. Are that toh we all know, oneday it will get fixed, but wht is the timeline and dont u think getting service less than days u paid for is inappropriate?

    @JioCare After every 2 days network gone ,call drops , call connect but no voice happening...No network issue

    @JioCare Simply to escape the call or to perform you task of receiving call or answering you will say sorry and surely engineer will visit. This is what I am hearing from 2 days. But I am not getting resolution.

    @JioCare Every time I get the same answer from customercare. No one is answerable. You guys at customer service are useless you even cant escalate or forward the call to seniours. Useless service. I cant believe what you guys say.

    Since Friday our Jio WiFi is not working. Complaint has already been raised but still there is no action. Request to take action on this since it is more than 48 hours @reliancejio @JioCare

    The worst installation services ever. I paid for the new Jio broadband connection on October 16 and was assured that it will be installed at the earliest. It has a been over a week and no executive has ever visited for the same. @JioCare @reliancejio
