    @dipti_ranj_sam Instead of keep complaining with no hope of the resolution you better opt for service from different operator. @reliancejio could be the best option.

    @JioCare My Jio land line number is 0674 355 8566.Last month I did not have one day of broad band connection because of line work undertaken by Jio field workers near my house in BJB Nagar.Connection was restored only after we lodged a complaint.I want compensation!
