    @JioCare its been 24+ hours and we have no internet connection at Katihar,Bihar. Unable to raise a service request. The reply is a bot always saying, "We’re experiencing temporary network congestion in your area, which may cause service interruptions." Please fix is ASAP

    @JioCare Actually service engineers are just coming and saying wiring required more than 80 metres so not possible to repair and just cancel and shift to ACT broadband also shared act representative number for better price but i argued why i have to when jio is already there? So what?

    @reliancejio Thirdclass customer care team is yet to fix billing issue. Bill is now overdue by a day and still thirdclass @JioCare has not fixed it. And dont comment promo offer here with your bots. Its a billing issue after downgrading plan. #thirdclassjio

    Jio charges full money from its customers but fails to provide even basic service quality.The network is so poor that making calls and using the internet has become extremely difficult. Despite repeated complaints, there has been no improvement. This is unacceptable @reliancejio

    Unacceptable Slow Speed with @reliancejio AirFiber, 100Mbps Plan. After raising my concern with Jio, instead of acknowledging and trying to fix it, Mr. Deblina Chakraborty from Jio said this, “We have checked your connection at our end and confirmed that you're receiving the appropriate speed based on your plan.” Speed test that I shared in the image are all through Router and not within any other device. Why am I paying for 100Mbps then if 30Mbps is all I get as “appropriate speed”? @JioCare #JioAirfiber #Jio

    @JioCare 7 day period given by the company to resolve the complaint, but I still haven’t received any satisfactory response Now 13 day's over Neither has the connection been canceled nor has the refund been processed. Now it seems that taking legal action will be necessary.

    @JioCare I am having patience from last 5 days but Jio is not having respect for the customer's patience .. they are just passing time from last 5 days.. with no time given on how much time more is required

    @reliancejio Its past due date all details shared issue not resolved. If my connection gets cut because of the fake bill, I am not gonna pay and silently move on to @airtelindia. Your ambani boss will fire on losing months of revenue because of lethargy. Hope that 350rs is worth losing 1000s.
