    @JioCare The old house had been taken by new buyers. Due to your incapable service agents, i can't take any responsibility for the device. Called multiple times and visited jiocare physical stores multiple times wasting my time. BTW FYI many affected customers available at jio care center

    3/6 I chased @JioCare multiple times (call drops, repeating my story endlessly, fake escalations). Out of nowhere, I got a cancellation SMS I never requested. Reason later given: "installation not feasible at location." Then WHY was KYC done on-site? Why was my money taken?

    @JioCare Sorry, but this seems to be the only way to reach you. My JioFiber has not been working for over a week, and it has been 4+ days since I raised a complaint. The request keeps getting rescheduled daily without resolution. Request you to please resolve this today or refund
