    @JioCare it’s been almost a month since I discontinued by fibre connection and yet the device pick is pending. I get daily rescheduling messages of the pick up but there is no visit. Is this the customer service @reliancejio is known for?

    @JioCare do you personally call your customer to do a recharge, as I'm getting some calls regarding it. I found @airtelindia better so I recharged it....Don't Call me anymore.
