    @reliancejio Tbh, the worst customer service which I have ever seen in my whole life. Despite complaining 7 times, and 5 service requests every advisor either hangs up the call or disconnects the chat. Very absurd. Nobody is able to solve a simple issue that i have on my phone number.

    @reliancejio hi jio 5g service customer care.I am using samsung s20 FE 5G model(not older 4G model), still no 5G coverage for me.Note already using 5G in another mobile.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Dear team I'm facing internet net problem in my area from last 2 months & whenever I'm calling the customer care , they are saying the same thing that it's happening because many people are using it at the same time. Even payment apps aren't working.

    @JioCare @manjeet_nsit Dont go with Jio. They have the worst store people. Pure Sarkari types… not at all customer friendly. I dropped my Jio only because of this reason.
