    @JioCare @reliancejio @jio today I came in Ferozepur (Punjab) And staying in a hotel witch is situated in middle of city . But believe me Jio has single tower witch is showing in my mobile screen . And speed is so poor . Kuch to Saran karo Jio

    @JioCare Kavita, * give me SR name you got this details from. * UTR meaning? Was sent to which email? No junk or regular got any utr. * 750 is not 1500/2500 I can't access any jiofiber SR so to challenge them, I will need you guys help to questioning I can bring it on phone.

    @JioCare @ASHOBA @JioCare they are lot of other service providers in the market go with them they have very good customer service team jio is useless they don't have any dignity towards their customers the first take money and I don't know where they are now it's been more than 15 days no connect

    And in the middle of all these, to my utter shock received a message that my connection was kept on hold and when contacted customer care, was told that was on hold as 'no payment received'. More reasons to hate the service! @jagograhakjago @reliancejio

    @JioCare Porting from Vi to Jio is the worst decision I’ve made this year. In South Bengaluru, call quality is terrible and mobile data barely works at my home or office. Completely dependent on Wi-Fi now. Can’t wait to port back to Vi after 90 days.

    @Saurabh_Pinch @reliancejio True, It's not just Jio. Switched from Jio to @airtelindia, hoping for better service, but call drops and network issues are almost the same. Also I paid ₹50 in advance for DTH services 2 years ago, and still no update. Indian telecom needs serious improvement.

    "My internet has not been working for the past 15 days. Every time I raise a complaint, I receive a message saying that an engineer has been assigned, but no one has called me or visited my location. The issue is still not resolved. If this problem is not fixed immediately, I do not want this fiber connection anymore and request you to disconnect it." @reliancejio @JioCare @reliancegroup and nobody will answer the call..

    @JioCare Same message again and again and again, stupid automated messages are not solving my problem, the engineer or someone needs to call and confirm the timeline, earlier it was 1 PM, then 3 PM then 7 PM and now no timeline.....it's been 48 hours + @reliancejio @JioCare
