    @JioCare @reliancejio @jio today I came in Ferozepur (Punjab) And staying in a hotel witch is situated in middle of city . But believe me Jio has single tower witch is showing in my mobile screen . And speed is so poor . Kuch to Saran karo Jio

    @JioCare facing network issue at my home for the last 9–10 months. In the last 6 days alone, I’ve raised 5 complaints, but still no resolution. Inside my home, internet is almost unusable. I’m trying to start livestreams but this is stopping me. Please fix this ASAP.

    @JioCare Every support call gives the same scripted reply: “temporary issue” or “many users are using it.” Now you’re promoting AI features like #HelloJio, but basic connectivity doesn’t even work. Even the MyJio app shows “Low connectivity, Retry.” #Jio #NetworkIssue

    @JioCare Whenever there is a power cut in my area (Banshibazar, PIN code 221717), my AirFiber internet stops working and the mobile network becomes extremely slow. I’m not sure why the Jio network performance drops whenever the electricity goes out.

    It's been around a month and still haven't received my refund from @JioCare SR000031UVMX.. Even after multiple escalation to Appellate... Very incompetent support @reliancejio @TRAI only option left is legal now

    @JioCare Still no installation of my JioAirFiber connection, Is this the level of service customers should expect? Are customers supposed to just wait endlessly after payment? This is pure negligence. If this is not resolved immediately, I will be forced to escalate this further.

    @JioCare @JioCare It is very unfortunate that despite many complaints, Jio 5g and 4g services are very bad in my area. Will this problem ever be solved? Whenever complaints are made, only false promises are given.😔
