    @JioCare @reliancejio @jio today I came in Ferozepur (Punjab) And staying in a hotel witch is situated in middle of city . But believe me Jio has single tower witch is showing in my mobile screen . And speed is so poor . Kuch to Saran karo Jio

    @JioCare No Call back for Cancellation request as well. Now i understand why field was so confident when he said “Backend se karwa ke dekh lo agar karwa sakte ho to”. Field team also know backend team is so slow & unresponsive so they can do what they want and leave customer to suffer.

    @JioCare @reliancejio lightning fast speed but only in collecting the payment..all downhill once you give the payment. Installation and also post installation service whenever required, you have to follow up as if we're asking them for a favor. #Horrible
