@JioCare @reliancejio @jio today I came in Ferozepur (Punjab) And staying in a hotel witch is situated in middle of city . But believe me Jio has single tower witch is showing in my mobile screen . And speed is so poor . Kuch to Saran karo Jio

@JioCare @reliancejio I have been waiting for over 4 days for my Jio Fiber connection to get installed. Each time I'm told it will happen today itself and nothing happens. I am seriously doubting after sales service with this kind of attitude of your executives.

The executive was saying if the local jio office gets an e-mail from jio headquarters then and then only they can proceed for an installation. Strange? @JioCare you guys want a new customer base or not?
