@JioCare @reliancejio @jio today I came in Ferozepur (Punjab) And staying in a hotel witch is situated in middle of city . But believe me Jio has single tower witch is showing in my mobile screen . And speed is so poor . Kuch to Saran karo Jio

@reliancejio @TRAI i am from Dahod-399151 State Gujarat. Last 10 days jio's 4G internet speed very slow and interrupt,i submitted my complaint but no response yet. Jio's exicutive foolish excuses like lot's of user use internet,site maintenance in progress,etc. my no 8200738886.

@reliancejio @JioCare And it's been almost a year trying & hoping. No jio fibre connection in my area. Tho 5g has been made available but no Fibre & the 4g connection speed is too slow for my area. Why? And yes, please don't send ur links in my dm. Make efforts & solve the issue.

@JioCare My issue isn't resolved. Jio's promises Amazon Prime with 999 plan, I prepaid for 3 months. After 2 months amazon prime stopped, since 15 days contacting Jio CC and they are just giving me steps to buy Amazon prime at 1499. Why was I promised during installation? @_MukeshAmbani
