    @JioCare @reliancejio @jio today I came in Ferozepur (Punjab) And staying in a hotel witch is situated in middle of city . But believe me Jio has single tower witch is showing in my mobile screen . And speed is so poor . Kuch to Saran karo Jio

    @JioCare More than a week since payment and still no installation done. Multiple schedules were missed and now the order is again assigned to a future date without a clear timeline. Very frustrating experience. Kindly cancel the order and refund my amount immediately. @JioCare

    @JioCare Pickup is complete. The only issue now is refund. Jio’s stand keeps changing: first ₹599 was a security deposit, now they claim there was no deposit at all. That contradiction is the problem. I have the MyJio PDF, 198 recording, and engineer acknowledgment. NCH: 9207343

    @JioCare Hello - Scheduled time at 12pm, still no one called me.. When I checked in the app, it showed me the person name and contact number, So I called him but he is saying that he isn’t belongs to service team. Then why he is assigned for my issue???

    @reliancejio My problem of recharging 87XX069XX0, which has aAnnual plan Valid till , Nov, 26, while trying to recharge my another (family) no.82XX55XX5Xon 10th May for Rs889/- has not been resolved. CustomerCare quotes 3hr rule, despite explaining to Mr Pavan on phone. Need Help

    Help regarding my decision! @reliancejio @JioCare I have been using jiofiber since an year now and i can say that it has the worst services. I have been experiencing frequent ping spikes, micro- disconnection and abnormal packet loss which interrupts my work.
