    Pathetic service from Jio fiber. Internet connection is unstable for last 20 days. After follow ups, visit of personnel was scheduled from Jio. However, the same was cancelled by the company 3 times without any reason. Huge suffering as a consumer. Kindly look into. @JioCare

    while @JioCare has a good network coverage, they completely wear you down with TWO sms notifications AND email notifications for everything. guys, calm down. don’t spam your customers with 3 messages for the same thing.

    @JioCare where to resolve a simple issue? Chat guys routed to app, app not responding. Called helpline, arrogant exc made it clear that you have to get it downloaded thru app. Sent a mail to email team. Now waiting for response
