    @JioCare I recved a msg that an Engineer is supposed to visit by 7 pm. Then changed to 8 PM. But nobody called nor they came.nor a contact is shared.Ur tracking link dosn't work either. what kind of a joke is this?what kind of service are you providing? This is ridiculous. #Jio #jiofiber

    @JioCare @reliancejio Jio Fiber fixed No.6743162538 internet defunct since 15 Aug. Service date fixed to 18 Aug. Cant speak to any staff. We are suffering for Jio's fault. Pl attend fault urgently as you are deducting from prepaid amount regularly. Kindly look into.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Today is 4th day. No service, no resolution. If you are not able to resolve the technical issue then refund my advance rental of Rs. 824. Why are you wasting my time. #Jio services are of poorest quality. Learn from #Airtel how to care for a customer.

    @JioCare Yes, consider this tweet as my official confirmation to cancel the post paid connection, reason is frequent disconnection and extremely slow internet speed. So I want to move to another service provider.

    @JioCare Are you genuinely stupid or do you just pretend to be? I asked you a simple question: why didn’t your support person come to collect my Jio fibre rubbish? The customer care representative also mentioned that they will arrive between 12:30 and 1:30.
