    @JioCare i am disappointed your team unable to resolve this problem then what's about do its not working from last 10 days now team saying disconnected or not why you unable to resolve it। and extend days which is wasted.

    @reliancejio no speed and sites not opening from evening onwards, several time complained no use, i found issue is due to jio fiber, you not increase capacity and giving connection so mobile user suffers in that area.

    @JioCare And collected a payment of Rs.1200/-. Later installation guy comes and instead of checking the signal strength set-up the entire equipment, drills walls screws and then at the end of the days says 5g signal is not available I can't finish the installation

    @JioCare Your customer care service is extremely disappointing. I explained my issue three times, and your executive suddenly disconnected the call without any resolution. This is unacceptable. Please address this urgently.

    @JioCare: it's almost impossible to connect to jio customer care, tried 6 times since morning and each time waited for 15 mins but not able to lodge a complaint for internet not working. Don't say tried using app. In the app everything is working perfectly fine. What is next?
