Hi @JioCare. My JioFiber services again has come to halt as there has been an outage. It has became an day today practice from you guys. You guys are not worth when it comes to provide customer satisfaction.

Dear @JioCare @reliancejio, if you don't want to refund my money, just say 'we will not refund you' but don't make fool like generating the service request and make it as resolved without any interaction. Although I have share the proof of issue via a mail. WORST experience Jio!

@reliancejio @JioCare Day 16 nothing happened now installation team ia saying your connection is very far from the box so it will not be possible to install long connections as per company policy.... Worst experience

@JioCare the automated voice services are just awful, sorry jio, I know it's not a very big deal on loosing out one customer, but I'd surely end my jio services this month and rather opt for a local internet

@JioCare A call back with some actual info as to the delay would help more than these copy paste replies of "working on it" and "earliest". Been getting these for a week now. Some timeframe would be appreciated..days, weeks, months? Generic meaningless platitudes 4 a week IS DISAPPOINTING
