    @reliancejio I asked for relocation of my JioFiber connection just 500 metres away from my earlier address. I have paid Rs. 1200/- as per the rules on 18 may 2026 but till date no response has been received from @reliancejio Why such poor service from your side? @reli

    @JioCare I faced enough issues due to internet as I couldn’t carry out my work. It’s our foolishness to rely on Jio it’s really very disappointing to leave a customer in helpless situation

    @JioCare @reliancejio .Please treat this as a formal complaint and resolve. If I do not receive a response within 24 hours, I will escalate the matter to consumer grievance authorities and telecom regulators.

    @JioCare Order number NO0001DRC1BS the guy who came for receiving the money was Sujoy Das not picking up calls now, was told that installation will be done today between 13:00 to 15:00 pm but it's 15:18 pm and no installation engineer nothing has been booked customer care service worst

    @reliancejio they never provide such an extension. no response on emails sent to customer care with payment proofs. Local internet service providers are much better than this Global brand.

    @JioCare @reliancejio absolute worst service. My wifi has been slow since 26th may. I've called customer care almost 4 times now. They tell me to do the same procedure every time and the complaint status shows that it has been resolved. F**k this **** man.

    @JioCare @JioCare Relocation request completed, device colected frm old adres, & today was the promised installation date at my new location. Not a single call,or update frm ur team. Customers shouldn't hav 2 chase support fr basic service comitments. Extremely disappointed with JioFiber

    @reliancejio @JioCare @jio_fiber I faced 2 times jio fibre problem in month . 2day it's IPL final & morning no internet. Raised complaint SR00002LGSD8 in morning. They are saying will come tomorrow at 5:00 p.m. JIO must provide urgent solutions during the day. Pl do something.

    @JioCare @reliancejio my Jio fiber connection installed on May 9 has worked for two days. There is only a red blinking light. How to file a complaint since we get a automated response saying the services are disrupted and will be restored soon. How do we escalate this.
