@JioCare how stupid is the virtual assistant in the app and toll free number? I feel like banging my head against a wall. Impossible to get hold of a human being at the other end to explain the issue. I cannot login to my router and the virtual assistance will not understand it.

@NityanandNaik7 @reliancejio As a bro, just be careful with #WorstJioService. They might nt hv port or service but installated fiber connection and billing starts immediately. Will remove fiber connect just a day a so citing unable to provide service. For service there engineer will reschedule. Check tweets.
