  Finally called customer care and asked to discontinue. They agreed and said refund would be processed. Now it’s been another 5–6 days: ❌ No refund ❌ No reference number ❌ No updates Taking money is instant. Resolving issues apparently isn’t. @JioCare @reliancejio

  Absolutely pathetic support from @JioCare. Unite8 Sports channel not working, OTP shows "Record Not Found", and despite sharing all details in DM, nothing has been fixed. All I get are automated replies and no resolution. Stop sending templates and start solving customer issues.

  @reliancejio I am very upset with Jio Air fibre service installed it on 6th Jun and paid for 100Mbps Plan and I am getting less than 20 MBPS Plan Raised tickets 2 times ,daily calling customer care but support received service request cancelled automatically Feel like getting cheated by Jio

  For last two day Jio Fiber is down in our appartment complex though every flat has registered complaint and 48 hours the jio fiber disruption continues. Customer service AI based any query or call returns only one answer a service ticket "SR00002LPVZC" . @reliancejio @JioCare
