    @reliancejio @JioCare I'm not getting Jio Internet signal at Sricity SEZ, Tirupati District, Andhra Pradesh Sometimes it's showing 1 point or emergency calls only. Not even opening YouTube Please look into this and resolve asap.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @AkashMAmbani We are not interested in continuing the connection anymore. Despite repeated follow-ups, the issue remains unresolved.Kindly proceed with immediate disconnection, remove installation & process refund for the unused period without further delay.

    @JioCare I am from mudichur near Tambaram. Here 5g network very very wort not even taking very slow. Need your support to identify the problem and sort it out. Almost 1 week this suitation. Now mind set is gone to change over jio to Airtel. Pls need action.

    @Prashan87890385 @JioCare Since you already paid upfront and hence the issue. No laws in this country to protect consumers.I paid upfront for SIM delivery and it has been total 9 days with no delivery. Jio staff calls and says would refund if not delivered by Sunday. Still no refund and no SIM delivered.
