@ViCustomerCare Your calling system is Worst. I was a @JioCare customer but switched to VI for better connectivity. Now i am facing calling issues, it's not first time, it happens daily. What if there is an emergency? Who will take responsibility? Solve the issue!

I am so disgusted with Airtel service, I need to upgrade my set top box to HD, reaching the customer care is a mamoth task but they r directing me to toll free number & the IVR is of no help again and again...@airtelindia how I wish @JioCare had their service in my area
