@JioCare @JioCare my mobile number is 9325141581 and I have 6 more jio number family member. We are facing same problem.. In home we are not able hear or talk on phone call. We have to go outside or gallary then only we are able to talk properly on call. Please fix this issue

@JioCare pathetic service, horrible company. Customer care is not aware of any resolution. They tell us to follow one route and then call back saying that was the wrong process. And they do not understand the meaning of customer satisfaction

Hi @JioCare @reliancejio Hope your business is going good. Well, 300280078121 - this is the service ID that has never addressed by the customer service of JIO fiber. I had my jio fiber got installed within two day(commandable).

@reliancejio I am using jio sim from past 3-4 years . And in beginning service was alright but from about 2 years this became worst.Even to make call or to use internet I need to go to terrace of my house. Even I changed my phone but no difference.
