@JioCare phone network has gone kaput since 5G update! Regular calls dropped/no voice 😡 Also network keeps switching from 4G to 5G and signal strength goes to single bar! Terribly disappointed. If not for wifi I'm basically offline. Somehow spam calls always make through!

@JioCare Jio support says to raise a request through app and the app doesn't take the location and when called technician, he says need go check port physically near your location and his tomorrow is still on the way since a month. Frustrating to pay money and suffer this way.

It has been 4days and jio is not working here in yashoda nagar kanpur.Not able to receive or make calls and not even able to use Internet. It is creating alot of issues.Requesting @JioCare @TraiIndia to please resolve the issue asap.
