@JioCare I recharged 719 whose reference no.BR00075RBEC9 Have done but didn't get any maha cashback and called 10 times on 198 and 1991 but there is no option to talk to costumer care. Never got such a useless experience till today got it from jio, Please help

Jio has been third class mobile internet connection. Totally worst. They talking about 4G speed but i can't open google browser, Can't watch video on YouTube. I am totally frustrated. @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare That is the concern. I want for full financial year starting from april’21. Am I not clear on my request. Why is the bot replies for 180 days is sent to me again? @TRAI we get the invoices from all service providers for all the years why is @JioCare an exception?
