    @JioCare shame on you. How you frustrated people. Your customer care say lies. The jio fibre wire is break from past 3 days. I will remove this type of frustrated service. In a month mostly the connection remained break. @airtelindia Please start provide service near my area.

    @JioCare I had Rs699 internet plan but all of a sudden I am charged over 1300 for a month. The guy on the phone says there's no 699 plan anymore. But that doesn't mean you will arbitrarily charge whatever you want without asking me. Please tell how to fix it.

    , @reliancejio @JioCare My mobile data hasn’t been working for the past 3–4 days. This is completely unacceptable. Even after paying for a yearly plan, I’m facing constant issues. What’s the point of such plans if the service is this poor? Fix this immediately..

    @JioCare You guys don’t have sufficient team on ground, JIO employee here told that too many complaints are pending it may take 2 - 3 days for my issue to be resolved, It’s my mistake that I recharged for a half yearly plan yesterday, refund it, cancel the connection, close the matter
