    @JioCare Whole month I sent atleast 40-50 emails . Location where i live even 2G service is not working. Pls 🙏 do not treat us like illiterate. I will not recharge unless you compensate for Rs 700 which i paid for 2 sims. In 2026 you are offering 2G service and charging for 5G service.

    @JioCare @JioCare @nch1915 This is the same copy-paste response I've been receiving for the last 10 days. "Service request in progress" is not a resolution. Either install the connection immediately or cancel my order and process my refund.

    @JioCare I have been facing constant network issues for the past two days in the Amroli, Surat area. Calls and internet connectivity are both affected. Kindly look into this and resolve the issue as soon as possible. @reliancejio
