    I'm using @reliancejio sim since last 2 years but I didn't get 100kbps speed in my area. Plz @JioCare solve my problem otherwise I should choose another network. Whenever I share my problem to @JioCare, always you said we're working. Enough

    @reliancejio @JioCare This is 8th day after making relocation request. Still relocation not happned. I cannot use my internet because of this, but I'm getting call from Jio customer care and they told me " Your internet is not in use nowadays. Is there any problem?"

    @JioCare The service requests ypu generate are useless it was generated on 1st August for 5th August that got postponed to 9th August, today I received an sms saying, it is resolved while no assistance ever was provided

    @JioCare have raised a complaint on the jiofiber email 6 days back about the referral voucher benefit not credited into my account but there has been no response. 6 days for a complaint response is unacceptable

    @JioCare pethetic service taken Jio fiber plan for 3+1 month free from 1st may to 30th of Aug.bill has been generated for JULY started asking for the payment in Aug till 10th Aug. Already paid for 4 month in advance why due date started coming after 2 month,there is no resolution
