@JioCare Plan is active and subscription is active and yet there’s no network connection. I removed the sim and put it again, I reset network settings and nothing seems to get my iPhone to reconnect to your network. Can you help? Not sure what the issue is.

@JioCare I am not getting my refund from Jio Postpaid Mobility. I have been appealing since 25thFeb. I have provided all the documents and information i.e Account details and Bank statement. 2 requests were raised (SR000014BKPX, SR0000144LF9) and was closed without any resolution

@JioCare i had called jio customer care two times they disconnected call without giving reason I asked her for ticket number and name of the advisor.. She behaved badly with me and she disconnected the call. If you want I can give you my call recording @TRAI @reliancejio #JIO4G
