@DoT_India sir I have complaint many times regarding slow data speed / network of @reliancejio but I am getting flimsy response from @JioCare . They always answer that we have many user in your area ..This is non of my concern, I have paid 2599 not for slow internet 😣😣😡😡

@JioCare I already have a jio sim but internet speed is slow at times and after 10pm everyday speed reduces even if my data is left. So, first try to improve your services @JioCare @jio. I am thinking of porting to airtel

Shocking user experience with @JioCare fibre. Yesterday a technician decided to cut my connection because I refused access for him to pull another connection from my house to another house. After repeated complaints @JioCare , still no action take to fix my connection.

Quick review of Jio Fiber service of @reliancejio - Inconsistent speed - Intermittent disconnects - Too much buffering on TV - @OfficialJioTV has more channels than @jiotvplus which you can't watch on TV. - Customer care is nearly impossible to reach. - Everything else is good.
