    Dear @JioCare Your internet service at my location has stopped since last 3-4 days. I am unable to send even a whatsapp text msg. Plz look into this at earliest otherwise I and other jio customers will be bound to quit your services. @reliancejio

    @JioCare my jiofibre wire got break this morning . Made complaint to them . 2 engineers visited my place , Informed they have come to check the fault only . Now 2 more engineers will come for repair by evening . No body has turned up. Your service really sucks at times.

    @JioCare from last couple of months i complain about my network connectivity every time they told we resolved your issues soon but day by day i found my network is very worst my call didn't connect my internet is not good in An hour i restart my phone 50 times .disgusting

    Team jio spends millions of rupees on advertisement but if they spend of it on customer service, they won't need this much advertisement. I have been struggling to get my jio fiber replicated for a week and i am working from home. @reliancejio @TheMukeshAmbani @airtelindia

    Absolutely pathetic service by @reliancejio . Relocation request for fibre sent 10 days ago, no action yet. Been on call with so called "customer care" EVERY SINGLE day, no resolution. @JioCare just sending me useless DMs won't help! @airtelindia hope you don't scam like this!

    @reliancejio Mu Jio fiber connection is down since morning. Reason being told by d service executive is low connection due to technical faults. So do I get a extra day for my subscription or refund for the 1 day where I was not able to use the service i paid for? #JioFiber #poor
