    I'm living in an urban area still it doesn't work @JioCare @reliancejio i wonder what would be your coverage in rural areas. And your customer care service doesn't work at all. 2-4 rupees spend kr do customer care pe bhi. Ya sb dakar hi jana h. Customers jaaye bhaad m.

    @JioCare @reliancejio my jio fiber wifi is not working there is no internet available is there any service issues in meerut if no so why i am not unable to schedule engineer visit at home I have reboot it many times.

    @JioCare network in my office area is very bad . Knowledge city & Gowra Palladium building area PIN 500089. Can’t make calls and No Internet. It’s been same issue for months !!

    Enough is enough. Why cripple 5G in rural areas? If the problem is somewhere else, stop making villagers pay the price. @JioCare Stop calling this 5G. This is unacceptable. #Jio #5G #RuralIndia

    @reliancejio I am very unhappy with Jiofy services as my wfi connection keep on disconnecting intermittently which cause a lot of issue as if my wifi recharge is over. I request you to please look into this issue ,i have raised complaint several time but no technical support visit .Uninstall

    Why should our village suffer for something happening somewhere else? Bhutahi, Sitamarhi, Bihar – 843317 is a rural area, yet 5G has been slowed to the point it's barely usable. @JioCare Fix the network. If this is how you treat your customers, don't expect them to stay forever.

    @JioCare Internet down since yesterday, registered service request. Tried to reschedule for earlier instead of giving timings options it directly moved appointment to day after. No option to talk to any support executive. Time to dump your service. #Horrible #Useless #Pathetic
