    @JioCare @reliancejio Now jio says that my location is not covered by their networks so i am unable to make calls. Also, they have no answer as to when will they cover the location. Why do u guys trouble a customer? Now i have to wait for 90 days to port out. Bad customer service.

    @jiocare I have booked jiofiber but the technicians are holding my installation as the last S2 pole is 170m away from my house and in place of extending it to my nearest,they are trying to hold the process and lastly they will cancel it for some reason I know. So please assist me

    @JioCare @JioCare your customer care looks like a bunch of bots came together and automated all customer responses through few more bots. @reliancejio is already in 2050. I wish there is a real person somewhere other than Ambani who can understand customer pain and value their time!!

    @reliancejio @JioCare I have replaced my jio sim card. My mobile no is 8882182721. But after 15 hours, it has not activated. There is no mobile network showing in my phone. It's really shocking that #jio is providing such poor service. #reliancejio #Airtel
