    @ConsumerHelp_ SIM finally delivered today at 4 PM, but still no network — not activated yet. After so many delays, this is extremely frustrating. What’s the point of delivery if the SIM doesn’t work? Reliance Jio please activate immediately. @JioCare @reliancejio #Jio #NoNetwork #PoorService

    @UIDAI ,@JioCare,@TRAI from last two days I a. Facing issue in getting otp from adhar portal on my registered mobile number. I have already cross checked with jio operator and vivo company also .They stated there is no glitch from their side. Even I cross checked through madhar.

    @JioCare I’m extremely disappointed with my JioFiber service. My 3-month voucher plan (100 Mbps) expired today at 12:30 AM. I immediately recharged ₹3182 for the same 100 Mbps plan, but the new plan is showing activation only after 24 hours.

    @JioCare I have been facing internet related issue from very long time I've tried complaining through calls, e-mails but no positive response from any one everyone's make same excuses that it will be done soon but no improvement in network

    Jio's reputation at stake @reliancejio @JioCare Since last 3 days my wifi router hasn't been working. I have been trying to connect with customer care but couldn't get a hold of them, today i have somehow raised a complaint and a technician was assigned who was supposed to fix.
