    Hey @JioCare @reliancejio my #jiofiber is not working since last 2 days. One of the worst service i am experiencing. Complaints is being closed without even resolving the issue. Whenever I am calling to customer care they are creating a new complain. SR num- SR000015JYI3

    @JioCare No is correct, please try to understand the problem, the amount that I recharged is not a voice call validity recharge one, therefore transfer it to validity recharge.

    What happened to @reliancejio today? I am not able to feel the speed whatsoever. It gives me good speed everyday but today it feels like - 'I'm not working upto the mark'. Please reslove this issue

    @reliancejio @JioCare Godiroad, Dahod, Gujarat. I've an active plan of 199. Facing an issue of very slow internet from last week.(less than 62kbps) and not even able to call properly. Calls got automatically cancelled.

    @JioCare It was supposed to resolved within 24 hours and its been more that 26hrs now. I think I should go for local service providers who are just a call away and even they resolve everything within 1-2 hours.

    Hey @ViCustomerCare , I have complaint many times about your speed network but still u didn't response. So it's time to change your provider and go to other network like @JioCare @airtelindia

    Airtel @Airtel_Presence has been working really pathetic since long in the pin code 232340. The past two- three days having the worst internet and calling facility. The counterparts @reliancejio and Vodafone works better than it.
