    @reliancejio i have recently switch to jio fiber postpaid. But no set top box received and plan valid for only 15 days. Pls fix it. 011-35626050 is jio fiber number

    Hi @JioCare your data is very slow in siwan town . However it is very poor in our village also . We usually recharge our jio sim but unfortunately some times it buffers for long time and data service is very poor . Plz do some thing for better service . Hope u do your best .....

    @JioCare why is it that I cant sideload apps on my jio fiber set top box. Even Airtel Xtreme box allows it. I switched to jio fiber today and I already regretting it. Why restrict user choice? I never thought I would have such a **** experience on jio fiber.

    @JioCare it was my mistake from porting from @airtelindia being a postpaid customer i am paying for nothing, no internet from last 1 week, your 4G was already working poorly now your 5G has made it worse. Your customer care doesn't give a sh*t about problems. Sham on you jio.
