@JioCare @reliancejio @fiber_jio my connection 1135534829 installed on Dec 9 has not gone live even once despite multiple visits by engineers(Rajesh, Bilal and Umesh). The installation is partial, wiring is poor and there is no connectivity. To my dismay, the app shows otherwise

@JioCare After almost 1 week, the internet connection is still not fixed. #CustomerExperience is so bad it's not funny. Every day I call, there's a new story. Now, apparently, the person has guaranteed a "phone call" before 7 p.m. Most likely, your #incompetence will shine!
