    Hi @JioCare @reliancejio , Please help as your representative took away my devices . This is a serious matter. I submitted request to close my Jio connection and gave back my wifi and setup devices but my devices not submitted yet to jio office

    @JioCare I would appreciate immediate intervention to resolve this issue. If this is the level of support I can expect for a critical service outage, I will unfortunately have to reconsider continuing with JioFiber.

    @reliancejio Jio's network is the worst. I had complained 5 days ago but the network has not been fixed yet. Jio has the slowest network in our village.

    @JioCare I'm writing this from Ghatkesar. @JIOAIRFIBERIN is not working properly. The signal is very weak. An unstable network disconnects now and then, disrupting our work-from-home schedules and meetings. What should I do?

    When there's no electricity, @jio @JioCare gets opportunity to completely make the jio network connectivity to ZERO.
