    @reliancejio jio fibre is out of order for almost 15 days in this Month. Everytime I call ur helpline number they say it's a temporary outage & will be resolved in 2 hrs But 2 hrs is never over Neither they are willing to give me a complaint number. Plz look into this @DoT_India

    @JioCare I did not fill the form, it was filled by the Jio store person. Due to the fault of the store owner, I am facing problems from many places. business, bank, relative, friends, official sites, mail etc.

    @Gurindergsingh @ViCustomerCare @JioCare I need only outgoing calls. No need data. 199 for 28 days, can't afford it. Kindly consider poor and middle class customers. BSNL rs.49.. 100minuts ..24days or Rs.118 unlimited calls 26days Jio rs.329 unlimited calls 84 days. I'm confused which operator to choose

    @JioCare I am shifting and I want to surrender my jio connection at Sambalpur with jio fibre number - 6633554158 I have been trying to reach the customer care but it was an unfruitful experience. Kindly expedite

    @reliancejio very disappointed with the network issue and that too in a metro station like Mumbai. Even call centre ppl are either disconnecting the call or are not reverting on call by just keeping on hold.

    @JioCare But u r letting me down. Can any damn person from this pathetic company meet in person n show me the progress of 10G network on which you people have been working for so long and assuring me of the service. Dont u have guts to tell me a deadline as to when d problem ll be solved
