    @JioCare my connection is terminated but no one showed up from your end to pick up the device visit scheduled since 28th feb.I am so happy that i got free from your poor experience but still get ur devices picked up & process my refund. SR00001GW9PF

    @JioCare I placed an order for Jio fiber Order # : NO0000OFL97G. Your agent took the payment but then they told me that there are no free ports & it'd take few days to get a connection. I asked customer care to cancel the order but I havent got any update regarding the refund.

    @JioCare We had a JioFibre connection but had to terminate because of relocation abroad. Still didn't get any response after repeated followups. I don't see any resolution even though they promised to resolve my case by 1/23.

    It is more than 15 days past the post,in this technological era to tell a customer what his bill is it takes months... @reliancejio @JioCare ..poor post paid service customer care..

    @JioCare Since the launch of 5G, no 5G for so called 5G mobile owners ad JIO is offering only a few. Whats more is the 4G is now of no use। It's poor then 2G Wow!

    @JioCare Internet is not working sir. There is no company network in our village sir. Our village has 2 major temples where every 1000 people visit these temples and 2000 people live in this village. children can't learn lessons through internet sir.Please slow down the issue.
