    @JioCare Hey @JioCare @reliancejio where is your concerned department. Are they sleeping. Wake them up, enough of sleeping. Is this what you meant when you say top priority. You never solve the issue and don't give false promises when you are incapable and irresponsible.

    @JioCare @JioCare Asked to DM, details shared, but no response. It's been 4 days since my JioFiber cancellation and refund is still pending. Multiple follow-ups, no resolution. Please process my refund and provide an update.

    @JioCare 3 days without Jio Fiber. Complaint raised on 1 June, multiple engineer slots missed, and today the assigned engineer said he doesn't even handle Jio Fiber. Customer care keeps blaming "weather" despite clear conditions.

    @JioCare @reliancejio facing frequent disconnections daily from last 12 days. No engineer resolves the issue, only visit when internet is working and force to close the ticket. Terrible service

    @JioCare is there any network problem in #pune? Calls are getting dropped, not getting connected, mobiles internet is extremely slow.

    @JioCare I have booked a jio airfiber by paying the 3 Months plan in advance. But now your executive said the connection can't be done. This is a fraud and the very worst service in India. Return my amount otherwise I will file a consumer case. @jagograhakjago

    Cc @JioCare Extremely disappointed. Facing continuous network issues for days, and the complaint raised earlier has still not been resolved. Poor signal, frequent interruptions, and no effective response from support. Please escalate this and provide a permanent fix ASAP.
