@caustickonar @JioCare Barring a few instances when I was really upset with BSNL,I would always vouch its services are way better than its competitors. When its outsourced contractors were not upto the mark,I called the DGM & a BNSL personnel was sent to resolve my issue & voila I am a happy lady.

To help the new Subscriber, I called @JioCare over an hour back and was promised that a new SMS would instantly be sent with another link to 'apply' for new SIM. However, true to @RelianceJioCare experience, no one has yet call him.

@rakesh_bstpyp I never wished to leave @BSNLCorporate but I was not provided good network and internet service within lucknow city in last 10 years and @reliancejio is also failed to ensure same. I will now leave Jio too
