    @JioCare Customer care executive confirmed that there is some issue in our area. They are saying that they can't give commitment on when issue will be resolved. Bileving in jio network I didn't planned any alternative to work from Home.Entire village is facing same isse.#beliefinjio

    @JioCare The network is extremely poor. one or two signal bars appear, and the internet is not working properly, due to which all the villagers are facing difficulties. Address: VPO Lanka, Teh Bahrawanda, Dist Dausa, Rajasthan – 303501, near Government Senior Secondary School.

    @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani Ultimately you guys haven’t resolved my concern why people will take your Jio Fiber connection if any disruption happens you guys will fix it after 3 days till then cust. will suffer People should rethink before taking Jio Fiber connection

    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio You guys are just playing a game of escalating and then closing complaints without actually resolving anything. Every time I ask for a simple refund date, I get another generic reply instead of an actual resolution.

    @JioCare My internet was down from 3rd April at 9:00 PM till 8 April 11:00 PM, now you can calculate the down time yourself or you want me to provide that as well??

    I recharged 899 plan but i couldn't watch ipl in my laptop it shows upgrade 1st time facing this issue mobile is fine i recharged today only @JioCare

    @JioCare @jio_fiber my internet not working from last 3 days. SR000036CIOB raised but no engineer visit. Customer care says reschedule the visit. My work is getting impacted and getting no resolution from Jio. Pathetic service.
