@JioCare Customer care executive confirmed that there is some issue in our area. They are saying that they can't give commitment on when issue will be resolved. Bileving in jio network I didn't planned any alternative to work from Home.Entire village is facing same isse.#beliefinjio

@JioCare After spending 40mins with CCC, I get a call from engineer issue kya hai, complain kyu kiya? Why has CCC not given the download to the engineer? It looks like Jio sweet talks to get business, after that it's who are you?

This entire experience with @reliancejio is a 5-star rated dissatisfaction. I wonder would @reliancegroup or it’s young and vibrant JIO chairman #AkashAmbani could ever fix this unprofessional, customer-unfriendly culture in their service business. 🥱😑

@JioCare Im much aware now, what you are capable of. Please don't take burden of giving service as if I'm using free internet. I don't use when you provide, I wanna use it when I need it. I asked you to discontinue with what stated above.
