  @JioCare has such terrible service took money no sim delivered. No reply. The person who was allotted the delivery work asked otp before even visiting. @airtelindia is so much better. Just online application once. Received sim next day. A female came to take my kyc. 👍

  Very disappointed with Jio service. I ported my Airtel SIM to Jio and inserted the new SIM more than 15 hours ago, but it is still not activated. My number is linked to bank accounts and important services, and this delay is causing serious inconvenience. @JioCare

  @JioCare Past 1 PM & engineer Uttam Nishad is a NO-SHOW! The app removed my time slot. State Escalation SR00003673D9 is useless. This 5-day outage is completely stalling my technical studies. Dispatch a tech to Durg TODAY and refund my lost days!
