    @JioCare Customer care executive confirmed that there is some issue in our area. They are saying that they can't give commitment on when issue will be resolved. Bileving in jio network I didn't planned any alternative to work from Home.Entire village is facing same isse.#beliefinjio

    @JioCare I need a clear update on the refund status immediately, 1. Confirmation of my refund 2. A definitive timeline for refund If I do not receive a concrete resolution within 48 hours, I will be forced to escalate this matter through formal consumer grievance channels.

    @JioHotstar What’s the point of a paid subscription if we still have to sit through frequent and long ads? It completely ruins the viewing experience. And pushing users to upgrade to even higher plans just to remove ads feels unfair. Pl fix this. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare Since the 22nd, have you really not had a single engineer slot available, or is this just harassment of a customer? Anyway, it’s fine—you want to earn money, go ahead. But if my issue is not resolved today, I will switch to Airtel starting today.

    @JioCare It is limited for me to hold with such pathetic service and pathetic Service providers.there is no control on installation and after sales service. Give me the procedure now. You guys finally made me angry finally, Congratulations!! Now i don't want this JIO. Give me money back

    @JioCare I am not getting SMS properly during international roaming . I am getting a bunch of messages at the same time. This is causing problems for banking transactions

    Hi @reliancejio/@JioCare Raised MNP for home delivery SIM on 21 Apr 2026, paid ₹349. Promised delivery in 48–72 hrs, but received it only on 28 Apr after multiple follow-ups with customer care. Thread below!!

    @JioCare you need to.update your app . Can't raise.simple complaint for internet connectivity. It is going to chat to troubleshoot and then again to chat without outcome. Fire the software architect
