    @JioCare Latest Update. Engineer assigned on the service ticket for 7 to 8 PM visit this evening. Spoke with engineer, he straight up refused visiting within this time slot and said he will visit tomorrow morning as it is late now. Jio has no control over service being adhered on time.

    Hi @JioCare I'm experiencing poor network connectivity at Gera World of Joy, Kharadi–Ubale Nagar, Pune. The network is very weak both indoors and outdoors. Calls keep dropping and mobile internet is extremely slow. Please investigate and resolve it as soon as possible. #Pune

    Dear @JioCare @reliancejio, My JioFiber connection is frequently disconnecting. Complaint ID: SR00003BQST3. An engineer visit was scheduled, but no one has visited within the promised time and I have not received any update.

    @JioCare 3+ days after payment, my JioFiber is still not installed. Order: NO0001EPBEB. No response, only "We're scheduling it." Worst service. Install it ASAP or stop misleading customers. #JioFiber #poorservice #Fraud
