@JioCare Customer care executive confirmed that there is some issue in our area. They are saying that they can't give commitment on when issue will be resolved. Bileving in jio network I didn't planned any alternative to work from Home.Entire village is facing same isse.#beliefinjio

@JioCare @reliancejio Service request number - SR00001EDB5F Fiber Connection down from last 3 days. Several engineer called and kept telling me lies that they'll visit. One even asked 2000rupees (10rupees/metre) charge. Next day, next day is all i get. Pathetic jio fiber.

Dear @reliancejio @JioCare I am living in Bengaluru City, but #jio network makes me feel like I am living in a forest. I am not able to receive or make outgoing calls till I restart my phone. The process of restarting my phone is my daily routine for N number of times per day.
