    @JioCare Customer care executive confirmed that there is some issue in our area. They are saying that they can't give commitment on when issue will be resolved. Bileving in jio network I didn't planned any alternative to work from Home.Entire village is facing same isse.#beliefinjio

    @JioCare @JioCare Thank you for the response. However, the issue is still unresolved.If this is a temporary issue, why has it been ongoing for the last 9 days? This is unacceptable. This ongoing issue has caused me a great deal of inconvenience and frustration.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare Technician visit status showing confirmed but no one is visiting from last 3 days. Without solving the issue request is closed. I need reach to support team to reopen the request.I hope this issue will addressed asap.

    @JioCare Horrible service by Jio. Within a day of Air fiber installation internet stopped working. No body from jio team ready to fix issue and answer.
