    @JioCare Customer care executive confirmed that there is some issue in our area. They are saying that they can't give commitment on when issue will be resolved. Bileving in jio network I didn't planned any alternative to work from Home.Entire village is facing same isse.#beliefinjio

    @reliancejio JioFiber service issues keep recurring 1–2 times every month despite repeated complaints. Please send a senior technical team and provide a permanent solution. If this continues, I will be forced to disconnect my JioFiber connection and discontinue Jio services.

    @JioCare I have already shared my location with you personally through DM. Your network service is extremely poor, and there is hardly any network coverage here. If you are charging ₹400–₹500, you should provide a proper and reliable service as well. Even calls are not working

    @JioCare Shame to you people. Service request raised in the morning, scheduled at 3 PM, postponed to 6Pm. After this postponed to tomorrow 11 AM. You people are disconnecting the service within seconds after the expiry of subscription and postponing the service indefinetly.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare KINDLY ISSUE MY REFUND RIGHT AWAY, I HAD RATHER TAKE AIRTEL THAN YOUR STUPID WIFI. BEEN 2 DAYS, NO ENGINEER REACHED OUT YET. HOW IRRITATING CAN THIS BE.

    @Pravinpahur @TRAI Yes I agree with you, I am complaining since December 25 on daily basis but nothing taking action against service provider @reliancejio by this so called regulator authorities.

    After many complains via calls my wifi connection issue has not been fixed , I am getting very delayed response and I am not able to use my Jio fiber wifi . Connection mob no. +91-6266214549 @reliancejio @JioCare @jio_fiber Please repair and give a quick resolution for the issue.
