    @JioCare Customer care executive confirmed that there is some issue in our area. They are saying that they can't give commitment on when issue will be resolved. Bileving in jio network I didn't planned any alternative to work from Home.Entire village is facing same isse.#beliefinjio

    @JioCare , Slow Internet Since over a week , Called Customer Care Support 3-4 times but the issue is still not resolved, Cannot use the internet from yesterday and while multiple devices try to use it , it starts rendering look into this matter #jiofiber #jio

    @reliancejio @JioCare My JioFiber connection has not been working since today morning. Connected 3 devices, there is only internet access for 2 devices, the agent said that there is a software issue fix from their side, idk why this happening now...

    @JioCare @reliancejio Terrible internet connectivity in Village: Karmai, Tehsil: Talbehat, Dist: Lalitpur 284403 (UP). The network goes down completely as soon as there is a power cut. Please fix this power backup issue at the local tower immediately.#Jio #JioNetwork #Lalitpur

    @JioCare @aroonkamble Same here. Network is working. But wifi is down. Customer Care is not responding. All left in the middle of nowhere. Is this a wife spread problem?

    @JioCare I wasted so much time waiting for installation, calls, and updates, but there was no proper support from the team. Honestly, this has been one of the worst service experiences I’ve had. After this experience, I don’t think I’ll buy Jio services again and I’ll definitely not rcmd

    @JioCare @reliancejio Not getting Roaming network in KSA even after the valid roaming recharge. Tried automated and manual selection… nothing worked. need your immediate assistance
