@JioCare Customer care executive confirmed that there is some issue in our area. They are saying that they can't give commitment on when issue will be resolved. Bileving in jio network I didn't planned any alternative to work from Home.Entire village is facing same isse.#beliefinjio

@JioCare Done. In the Messages, you can also go through the entire backlog since October, although issues persists since August when I ported my number from Vodafone to Jio. Same issues on wife's and mother's numbers which were ported in September
