    @reliancejio regret to say jio customer service is v poor & un satisfy. Instead of solving the problem they prefer to change the plan by giving some free benefits but ultimately it is costly. It is also v difficult to get refund as promise on un satisfaction of srrvice

    @JioCare Your engineer closed my complaint unfairly without contacting me even once, citing incorrect address as reason. Shame on you people to harass me like this. I'll be seeking legal options now against this behavior.
