    @JioCare Customer care executive confirmed that there is some issue in our area. They are saying that they can't give commitment on when issue will be resolved. Bileving in jio network I didn't planned any alternative to work from Home.Entire village is facing same isse.#beliefinjio

    I had been gifted 4..10gb worth data vouchers from my jio app which when using is not accessible as to which even the customer care has no idea of,when not potent enough to answer they simply cut off the call and then getting back is impossible.. 4/6 @reliancejio

    Jio is the most pathetic customer service I have ever experienced in the current modern world. I have a ticket opened 30 months ago but still no resolution. Are you going to resolve my issue anytime soon or not @JioFibre @JioCare? #JioFiber Drink my blood if req to resolve it

    @JioCare jio fiber postpaid is such a pathetic service they are providing. My billing cycle is 21st and i converted the connection on 16th so my bill should be of 35 days however they sending invoice of 50 days and looting

    @JioCare I am having a recharge issue for my phone . I took a one year plan on autopay . The money has been deducted from my bank account but the recharge is not showing . I have called 198,199,1991 but there is NO OPTION TO TALK TO A HUMAN BEING !!

    @JioCare Issue is not resolved yet. The device is still at my place. Send someone to pick up the device and i am at my registered location. Can I have a number whom I can contact???? I have DM'ed you as well.

    @JioCare Aaushi,this again & again rescheduling and keeping call on hold you guys have been doing from past two days and this is third day,Jio says Service TAT is 4 hours,it been not done from past 3 days, i have important work pending and you guys are doing nothing, just wasting time

    @ThisisVamsee @JioFibre @JioCare Even they are not resolving your issue.. they will close it.. it's really worst experience I have.. my point is . 1 - you are not resolving my issue in time.. 2- if you are not resolving you should keep it open untill issue resolved.. Its really disgusting .
