    @JioCare Hi, internet not working since yesterday, all prechecks done as per app and toll-free IVR. TT SR000018JHCS raised on 26 Jan 11:09 hour, got technician call after 28 hours, neither he came nor issue resolved. Emailed thrice, Pl align someone to get it rectify.

    Sarover nagar , Moradabad Uttar Pradesh, you jiofiber fat is installed 25 days ago but it is not activated till date,i m unable to get connection & ur customer care executive r not giving any repliesshould i go for Airtel xtreme ? @reliancejio @JioFiberVoice @airtelindia

    @reliancejio why do I need to complain to customer service every goddamn rime for your fiber service. In their system it is showing completely fine. I don’t have all the time to talk to your costumer care without having proper reason. Fed up with service. Absolutely disgusted😪
