    @JioCare Reliance Jio's shop is proving to be a pale dish. Since yesterday I have done four to five tweets and SMS, but till now there is no solution to the problem of jio fiber speed from your side. Your methodology is going to spoil the reputation of Jio among the customers.

    @MrBrajbhan @JioCare Jio Fiber is the worst! I got it disconnected. Device was picked up on 12th March. More than 1 month, no refund! Multiple emails and calls done regarding this. Received only false assurances and new deadlines every time. Btw their refund policy is within 14 days. @Airtel_Presence

    @JioCare @reliancejio is supervisor a keyword of disconnecting the call and chat?? I called the customer service and connected with momita, she also disconnected the call when asked for supervisor.. SRN SR00001AHX7H

    There has been some problem in my phone, the problem is that on calling anyone, the call is getting cut automatically after just one ring. And even if someone is calling from there, the same thing is happening. Is this happening only with me or with other people also? @JioCare

    @JioCare i have recharged my jio fibre account using referal coupon and also made a payment. But it is still showing me not activated plan. I connected with customer care but they were also not able to help me about activation time. Please do needful
