    @JioCare Your feedback won't do any good i want full security deposit.. Why your customer executive didn't inform me this when i raised several service request in may ? Only doing whataboutery on calls to retain customers.. I've provided the required details by you now do the needful.

    @reliancejio Failed to provide valuable network connection in major city like BENGALURU. Sim with modem kept on table since long. Need to focus towrds customers and try to solve their problem instead of owners benifits.

    @reliancejio My Jio Join is not working but repeated complaints and even your Technicians visit are not able to resolve the issue. It still says I am not registered whereas I am connected through Jio fiber. Very disappointing,

    Pathetic service seriously @reliancejio @JioCare , my internet is down since 4 days. I have been trying to call your service number but they always say soon technician will reach out to you today but nothing is happening. I haven’t had this bad experience with any other network.
