    @_MukeshAmbani @JioCare @reliancejio on Jio official site we can see customer can cancel order and take refund but when I call on that number executive says call on 198 toll free number when I call on 198 number executive saying we don't have any cancellation and refund policy.

    @reliancejio why the hell all store are working with 1 single account. Past 2 days I am visiting Jio store for sim replacement they are arguing & stated we have stopped sim replacement. Third class pathetic service by Jio gallery in CHEMBUR in all 3 gallery.

    @JioCare is there anyone free to take a call at the customer service to resolve a billing query. I have been hung up on thrice and waiting on the call for 15 mins now. Also, not the best waiting music.

    @reliancejio when I've subscribed for your WFH pack of 50gb, iam not able to do any of my work because of your ****** internet service. In the name of 4g you guys hardly provide 2mbps and with a massive ping of 26ms. Thinking of changing the service.
