Your escalation team and jio care don't have any authority to take action against technician and service provider agency regarding missing appointment and not resolving issue. Your escalation team is just sending auto generated emails.

But in last 1+ months SR were created but no resolution no refund it's adding more stress on the top of my existing for it terminated fiber🙏

Will I be getting a refund for the days I couldn’t use the service? You’ve wasted both my money and my time. By far the worst broadband service.
