  @reliancejio customer care got new technique to cut the calls If ur on line plz resoponse three time repeat same thing and then cut the call due to customer not answering very funny game played by jio care also have recording for this suddenly they dosent here my voice 😁😁

  @JioCare @JioCare Your response is not addressing my issue. I’m aware of the general “completed recharge cannot be refunded” rule. But Jio’s own official policy says a standard recharge can be cancelled within 3 hours. My ₹199 recharge is still QUEUED & UNUSED, and I attempted (1/2)
