    @VodafoneGroup vi num. is 96629 issue is from last 15 days there is no network inside the home or office.i can not use the internet from inside my office not able to talk properly from vi network only @reliancejio is working well @VodafoneGroup network not even providing 2g or 3

    @reliancejio customer care got new technique to cut the calls If ur on line plz resoponse three time repeat same thing and then cut the call due to customer not answering very funny game played by jio care also have recording for this suddenly they dosent here my voice 😁😁

    @JioCare it seems like that Jio dosen't care about their repuation after giving complain on social sites no reply it seem like jio care dosen't CARES their customer

    @reliancejio @JioCare i got this msg 5 days ago but have not received any reply after that. Seriously pathetic service. "We will send you an SMS with the service request number SR00001CY1CM and provide an update in 48 hours."

    @reliancejio , Jio Fiber has the WORST customer service. I subscribed for their plan on 10th Aug 2022 - appointment was scheduled for 17th Aug. - No one came to install that day - not picking up calls still - worst ever. Please don’t opt for such poor service.

    @JioCare I tried calling customer care thrice and calls are disconnected by the agents. One said that the complaint is resolved already without even fixing it. I don't understand what kind of company are you guys running.

    @JioCare engineer visit Timing has been changed 3 times in a day, getting delayed each time. Will I ever get a resolution to my service request? 3 days since new connection and already dealing w bad service.

    No internet since 2 days now.. Customer service is not responsive.. It's just the IVR apologises for the same. This is happening very frequently now. Once or twice in every month. Can any one from jio care help me to resolve. My work gets impacted @reliancejio @JioCare
