  @reliancejio customer care got new technique to cut the calls If ur on line plz resoponse three time repeat same thing and then cut the call due to customer not answering very funny game played by jio care also have recording for this suddenly they dosent here my voice 😁😁

  @JioCare Jio Fiber down almost every 3 days. 15+ days no internet in last 4 months but full bill charged every time. If service is unreliable, at least extend plan days for the downtime. Why should customers suffer? #JioFiber

  Worst service by @JioCare @reliancejio. I booked a JioFiber connection yesterday, completed the payment and KYC, and was assured that installation would be done the same day. Now the representative isn't responding to my messages or answering my calls. Very disappointing. #fraud

  @JioCare @TRAI @DoT_India When I contacted customer care, I received different statements from different agents, and no one provided a proper solution. Instead of resolving the issue, your support team kept changing their response on every call.

  @whoalamin @JioCare Bajaj finance will never remove the number from the list. The only option is to report the no to TRAI DND. You will not receive call from same no but they will keep calling you from different no.
