@reliancejio customer care got new technique to cut the calls If ur on line plz resoponse three time repeat same thing and then cut the call due to customer not answering very funny game played by jio care also have recording for this suddenly they dosent here my voice 😁😁

@VodafoneGroup vi num. is 96629 issue is from last 15 days there is no network inside the home or office.i can not use the internet from inside my office not able to talk properly from vi network only @reliancejio is working well @VodafoneGroup network not even providing 2g or 3

@ravimisshra I know they will never respond to existing customers & focusing on adding new connections. That's the reason they have lost many users to Jio. On the other hand @JioCare provides good service comparatively. You can opt for Jio's service over them.

@reliancejio @JioCare I had ordered a jio setup box with the voucher i had received after recharge on monday. I had scheduled the delivery appointment for Tuesday at 11 am but till this time your delivery agent has not brought the set-up box. Pathetic service from jio.

@reliancejio What does a post paid jio fiber mean? I'm asked to pay the money upfront even for the post paid account. Is it some miss by executive or is it the process of jio. Post paid is always charged after the service is given right?

@reliancejio my location is saripara rafiabad baramulla Kashmir. We are fed up by the poor service and network coverage of jio. Just 7 Kms away from the district headquarter. If you can't provide a strong network to us then we will suspend the 2000 Jio connection
