  @JioCare It's been 72 days. Despite repeated follow-ups, it feels like nobody is interested in resolving this issue. Every time I contact support, I get assurances but no actual resolution. How long does a customer have to wait for either refund? #fraud #worstservice #jio

  Not only me everyone is facing same problem so we want a public reply; Dear @JioCare @TRAI, Why hide the ₹39 pack that gives 9GB/3days and push ₹19 for 1GB/1day? Found ₹39 only in recharge history after losing money on ₹19. Transparency isn't a feature. It's a right.
