    @VodafoneGroup vi num. is 96629 issue is from last 15 days there is no network inside the home or office.i can not use the internet from inside my office not able to talk properly from vi network only @reliancejio is working well @VodafoneGroup network not even providing 2g or 3

    @reliancejio customer care got new technique to cut the calls If ur on line plz resoponse three time repeat same thing and then cut the call due to customer not answering very funny game played by jio care also have recording for this suddenly they dosent here my voice 😁😁

    @JioCare @Vignesh12362 Please check your area for Jio connectivity before porting in. I am with Jio since a long time but our new place has very poor connectivity which they admit and we are still awaiting a resolution since weeks !

    Hi @reliancejio I have been to your store to convert my sim from prepaid to postpaid but the service representative’s are rude and arrogant. Never expected such service from your end. Kindly take necessary action to handle such issues. #jio

    @reliancejio Sorry Jio but it is so difficult to raise a ticket service ticket so i eventually i had to seek help here. Despite sharing my problem with you guys i continue to receive such scripted replies. My internet connection is not stable. The network strength drops every now and then.

    @reliancejio Still not everyone using internet at all as they don't need... Your plans are so much expensive and useless for this kind people.. day to day network speed is getting poor and plan prices are getting higher
