@JioCare Thanks, I got the message. Jio doesn't have the flexibility to shift plans even if done the same day of recharge. I will wait for this recharge to expire and will shift to Bharti..HV been using jio in different cities but unfavorable service will see me out..all the best!

@reliancejio worst services from your jio fiber installation team, customer care, & mail section of installation. My 2 days got wasted but no resolution/call from your side. No reply of mail. Person answering calls after 8 to 10 calls. Only excuses no ground reality.that in LKO
