    @JioCare Sir, My jio network and internet both is getting very slow after 7 pm to 8 am and I need to work extended hour sometime. Can you please look into the issue . I live in Nandini nagar near to bhilai Chhattisgarh .

    @reliancejio is the most consistent network...it constantly provided me an average speed 20 KB/s high internet speed for the last two years...

    @JioCare there is very slow speed of internet in our area....I talked with many official for that issue...But till date no any progress in net speed. Hence I ported out my number 8819943360. In few days I will port my whole jio connection. Pls resolve it

    @JioCare I did my Jio Fibre booking on 24th Dec, the service engineer arrived today. When he was done putting the cable he realised that there is no power in the the cable and the boxes. It's already 2 months since the fibre line was installed in my area. Order no. NO0000JSPA0B

    @TRAI, @JioCare the answer given by jio.Hi, we tried calling you but were unable to connect.Your location has good coverage, however, you might face intermittent issue during peak hours due to simultaneous usage by other Jio users.Such instances are occasional & temporary.harish

    @JioCare @reliancejio We as customers demanding for better internet facility , but your reason for poor internet is your increased users..if your users are increasing it is your responsibilty to provide your customers with good facility.

    @reliancejio @JioCare @JioFibre I took a trial plan on may 2022 and took a 8month plan after it . And my old router was taken back by jio worker . They took my account number for refund of 1500rs on July. It's been more than a month and refund is pending. Please help me out.

    @QamarAnchor @reliancejio @JioCare X need to ban these type of a accounts. Just post some fake false **** for engagement. There is NO Unlimited 5G written on the said plan like that. Unlimited 5G is applicable on eligible base pack.

    @JioCare Jio customer care called me now to inform me after 24 hour that your service request is there and we cannot help before Tuesday.3+ days internet down jn today's world . Seems it time to switch back to local internet company. In share holder meeting they call us family.

    @JioCare really what a wonderful experience you are providing. Wow I can't imagine what different experience would have been given. if this was a monthly billed customer. You are just taking a customer for granted who has already paid in advance.
