  @JioCare @somitsrivastav_ My Jiofibre - 4435538009.Last 5 days Set top Box has issue green light blinking, 4 times called Jio customer care, but they are unable to assign a technician in Chennai, saying none available. After 3 calls complaint was lodged and I was assured resolution till 13th evening,(1/2)

  @reliancejio Hey team I'm going to complaint you about your tower which is provide us network , actually tower is in my vicinity about 300 mtr from my house , but still have network problem slow internet because the workers on tower they are keeping it off half of the time.

  @reliancejio ticket SR00001CSZAN registered on 9-Aug. Everyday I get a re-schedule message and nobody is actually coming to resolve it. Now the customer care number doesn’t let me go beyond certain IVR options. This is the 2nd time like this. Can anyone assure a resolution?
