    @JioCare Dear Fraudsters, I've completed my payment Rs 4240 for JIOFIBER at 11am today & ur agent told me that fiber+setup would be activate by 2-3 hour. But see, after 7 hours no updates yet neither he receiving my call. Jio customer care is patheic. Order No: NO0000N5NBVR

    Pathetic @JioFibre @JioCare @reliancejio experience. First, they charged extra promising it is refundable, and now while relocating, they are saying that I have to take new connection and pay extra. Customer care has no resolution for the same.

    @JioCare @consumerforum_ We are moving forward towards 5G service but still there are some places that doesn't even have 4G coverage. Jio states that they have covered all cities and villages but i don't know how they have missed my place.#akashambani #MukeshAmbani @reliancejio

    @JioCare Finally STB replaced at last. Pls note that it was done after vigorous follow up only. So u hv done nothing new or extra ordinary. I was about to cancel my jio connection. Next time please don't take ur customers for granted.
