    @JioCare @JioCare Please explain to me I have been using Jio Fibre for more than last one year and now I am being told to switch to Airfibre or they won't fix my issue. What am I supposed to do? And let me remind you I complained for internet issue on 14th of July. Still no resolution.

    During flood it's very hard for admin. for provide all basic essentials things & modern era facilities we are live in kotranka since yesterday here is complete shutdown of @reliancejio network We request to u please look into the matter & resolve the issue @Abhi1shrma @DioRajouri

    @JioCare @JioCare “No delay in resolution” is a shocking statement. My JioFiber service remained unavailable for 6 days. During those 6 days, I received nothing but repeated messages extending the restoration time. When a technician finally visited, the issue was resolved in under 10 mins

    Hi JioCare, My JioFiber connection has had no internet since yesterday. I've already tried basic troubleshooting, but the issue still hasn't been resolved. Kindly look into this on priority and restore the service as soon as possible. @JioCare

    @JioCare @JioCare shame on you for cheating customer. No internet and you keep sending same template . Just talked to support team they said it’s tower issue and we are helpless , MR was raised last week no action has been taken .
