    @JioCare I placed a service request on my jio app. They designated a visit on July 31. Scheduled between 9 AM to 10 AM. First they assigned a technician in morning. I called. No one answered. He didn't visit on time. On tracking it mentioned sorry for delay. We'll resolve issue soon. Entire 24 hour went by and no response, nothing from jio or technician. Today they rescheduled. As per yesterday shenanigans today went exactly like that. Time was assigned between 10.30 AM to 11.30 AM. NO Visit. Then the usual sorry for the delay. We'll resolve this and that. I kept calling. Finally he picked up and told me he's on a ******* leave. He's assigned work but says won't come. I also have work. We took time out of our day to wait for them to come and they do this. What should I do now ?

    @reliancejio @JioCare not able to access 5g internet even after having valid recharge. Speed is slow like 2g

    @JioCare Hello team... This is what am telling sir... They have closed the ticket like resolved without issue resolved. Still am facing the internet slowness and not even am getting 1 Mbps speed. Can you arrange an engineer at earliest and resolve the issue. Else will throw out ur box

    If I recharged with 399 with. Unlimited data and not get network .. complaint to 198 after @airtelindia says your issue solved after 10 days 14days go that's why @reliancejio growths

    I have 9 Jio SIM cards at my home, and I regularly recharge all of them with 3-month plans costing around ₹900 each. Despite that, the 5G network and internet service are extremely poor in my area. Now I am port my sim to Airtel @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Hi @JioCare , SIM delivered, KYC already completed. Called 18008901977 but my number isn't eligible for IVR activation. Still no network. Please activate my SIM. Order details are in my previous tweet.

    @JioCare You marked all the issues resolved without even asking me if my internet or the slowness is gone not me ok don't give me the refund, take money from people don't provide the service do this farud even that's fine. BUT FIX MY WIFI ATLEAST!(2/3)
