@JioCare @reliancejio Jio care will entertain you for first few days and then they will escape. They know it well in advance that Jio is going to do fraud. Never get Jio. They have zero ethics, zero service and negative quality. They do not have escalation desk neither any SLA.

@JioCare I recharged on the 28th of Aug through Amazon UPI and the transaction was successful. I have the receipt too. But the recharge is not reflecting and I'm unable to make any calls. The Jio care chat executives are not responding. Please fix this ASAP.

@reliancejio Fix your damn network first. I've not had internet for more than 1 day. Your engineers, customer service and even appellate authority are the most useless bunch I've come across. They'd get fired for incompetence anywhere else.
