    @reliancejio From Chennai Am not getting calls if i activate 5g (my device:Realme 9 Pro+) i even referred with a friend who's having a 5g compatible device(Poco X4 pro) with jio 5g sim he's also having the same issue why is it happening? other than that everything is okay. do check this issue

    @JioCare @reliancejio Why contacting the customer care executive is a pain in the A**? We don't want to chat in case an emergency with a doll appears in the app. At least share the customer care email address so that we can raise a concern to "HUMAN" working in Jio.

    I don't know if it is the issue with the handset or the network but after enabling 5G people are complaining that I have missed their calls.. wherein I didn't receive any of those calls. @motorolaindia @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare @JioCare Hello jio team. my problem is that.. jio true 5g has been launched in Cuttack on 5th january today is 21th january i have not received welcome offer till now and i already have recharge plan and live in my area There is 5G coverage too so why am I not getting Jio 5G

    @JioCare My Router is not working since Jan 16th. We registered complaint for this on Jan 17 and our service was scheduled for 21st Jan 2023. But the technician didn't arrive at all. We don't have internet since last 6 days which is pathetic customer and product service. Rubbish
