    I have surrendered my jio fibre in January month of 2021. They said within 7 working days refund will be issued. Still no mail communication or any information shared on status of refund. So pathetic and worst service @JioCare @fiber_jio

    @reliancejio First improve jio network speed in rural areas and also break network issue. Many time i complain this issue to my reason office but they don't respond my email. Tower is in Raipur, ujhani,budaun, U. P.

    @JioCare Do you have reasons why engineer visit getting cancelled repeatedly (4 , 6, 9, 11) Feb - all got canceled. Jio Fiber team is really very very bad at service. You may need to learn from @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia , they never close any request without confirming with customer.
