@reliancejio @JioCare @reliancegroup The condition of internet is very bad in our area for many days and in the evening they are getting worse. I have done recharge of Jio on 2 GB data per day but hardly 500 MB Can be used... Plzzz.. कब तक ऐसे चलेगा।😟

Almost 24 hrs after my Jio Fiber outage, the issue still stands unresolved with no one there to respond and fix the issue. @JioCare being one of the worst in the business are happy sending out generic replies again and again. @reliancejio is a bloody joke! #JioFiber

@JioCare request has been cancelled but he told me that it is not a problem and he will generate the refund and asked me to give all the bank account details. So, trusting his words we handed over the jiofiber and stb to his pick up executives.
