@JioCare, I am not able to watch any content on Hotstar, Prime Video through my Jio Fiber connection. But I watch through my Airtel 4G mobile network. The same problem informed to the customer care executive, they told me that I have only 36gb left in my account.

@JioCare Worst signal, No Signals Here & calls as well as internet connectivity also interruption occuring in our location. I had Informed many times to customer, but still the issue was not solved

@JioCare Ample number of requests have been made. You just cannot change your policy. You just cannot give a choice to the customer whether he/she wants to be alerted about its plan expiry. I never opted to get such call alerts/message notifications.

I registered for jio fiber yesterday through my local dealer and he register it by saying you will get connection in after 2 hour and from tommorow I keep calling him and all he is doing is not repspond to my calls and text me that service is dening to do job. #JioFiber @JioCare
