    @JioCare, I am not able to watch any content on Hotstar, Prime Video through my Jio Fiber connection. But I watch through my Airtel 4G mobile network. The same problem informed to the customer care executive, they told me that I have only 36gb left in my account.

    @JioCare Worst signal, No Signals Here & calls as well as internet connectivity also interruption occuring in our location. I had Informed many times to customer, but still the issue was not solved

    So here comes the truth of @reliancejio internet speed. My @airtelindia broadband is down since yesterday evening - thinking #Jio 1.5 GB (active recharge) would run at a decent speed (to make video call/regular surfing) but it turned out to be a total disaster. #poorJioNetwork

    70days recharge liya,but properly use sirf 10days bhi nahi kar paya.Constant speed issues,buffering,network drops on both 5G&4G.Don’t know issue @JioCare network ka hai ya @Vivo_India v23ka,but overall experience extremely disappointing.Customers pay for service, not frustration.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Jio claims to provide 5G services here, but the speed and stability are worse than Airtel 4G. Most residents are frustrated due to poor connectivity, frequent call drops, and unusable internet during critical times A reliable network is a basic necessity

    @JioCare Ever since I complained, there has been no solution yet. How can you say that the solution has been reopened? I complained on April 30th and today is May 10th and there is no update yet.
