@JioCare, I am not able to watch any content on Hotstar, Prime Video through my Jio Fiber connection. But I watch through my Airtel 4G mobile network. The same problem informed to the customer care executive, they told me that I have only 36gb left in my account.

@JioCare Worst signal, No Signals Here & calls as well as internet connectivity also interruption occuring in our location. I had Informed many times to customer, but still the issue was not solved

@r0hit_surwade I am facing problem since January & still my refund is pending. The received ans is that it is normal things, you are in 1% of total jio connection who has problem. So we are best. This is the attitude of manager of jio center. @JioCare @reliancejio
