@JioCare, I am not able to watch any content on Hotstar, Prime Video through my Jio Fiber connection. But I watch through my Airtel 4G mobile network. The same problem informed to the customer care executive, they told me that I have only 36gb left in my account.

@JioCare Is this a bot, these types of complaint should be followed by the service provider, what is it that I can do. If you have not noticed last 4/6 digits are same and the code are different so, this has to be elevated from your end. Pls do the needful and do not wash ur hands off.

@JioCare It's not only important but also a right to enjoy for what we pay as a customer. Please check with the concern team at the earliest. It's not okay if the outage is more than an hour or two.

@Riteshc3001 Their services have went from bad to worse trust me I remember going through the same turmoil time and again with these guys and one fine day I decided to switch to Jio and I must say Jio services are way better suggest you also switch to @JioCare
