@JioCare, I am not able to watch any content on Hotstar, Prime Video through my Jio Fiber connection. But I watch through my Airtel 4G mobile network. The same problem informed to the customer care executive, they told me that I have only 36gb left in my account.

@JioCare (continuation for my previous tweet) So due to low data balance I am not able to watch any content. They suggested me to use all remaining data immediately and recharge a higher plan. Can you please help to fix the problem ASAP#JioFiber

I was sitting there atleast more than half an hour. By that time the store which was almost empty got filled with almost half a dozen customer(if not more) and I was still sitting as the employee doesn't care about a sim card replacing customer. @JioCare @reliancejio @Asliambani

I told them my issue, they politely asked me to sit as there was a couple before me. I sat down. They were done after almost 15 minutes and before they leave, another woman came to replace her old phone. I was loosing my patience gradually. @JioCare @reliancejio @Asliambani
