@JioCare, I am not able to watch any content on Hotstar, Prime Video through my Jio Fiber connection. But I watch through my Airtel 4G mobile network. The same problem informed to the customer care executive, they told me that I have only 36gb left in my account.

@JioCare It's been 10 days since all OTT apps stopped working. Despite of raising sevral complaints and follow up, the issue is not resolved. What's more surprising customer care keep closing the complaints routinely without any communication and resolution. Is it ever going to be fixed?
