    @JioCare, I am not able to watch any content on Hotstar, Prime Video through my Jio Fiber connection. But I watch through my Airtel 4G mobile network. The same problem informed to the customer care executive, they told me that I have only 36gb left in my account.

    @JioCare (continuation for my previous tweet) So due to low data balance I am not able to watch any content. They suggested me to use all remaining data immediately and recharge a higher plan. Can you please help to fix the problem ASAP#JioFiber

    @JioCare Your plans change after 24 hours. Your services to the add-on nos. get deactivated immed. And, if I call customer care, I am told that services will resume after 24 hours. What the hell? Jio seems to be on the way to breaking all the poor customer service records.

    @JioCare I have reconsidered and want to cancel. Since this is 30 day trial offer I believe I will get back full refund. Moreover you haven't provided the service so far so you should have no problem in cancelling

    @JioCare Because the engineer just visits and does nothing. This is worse service than any Government department. Never expected this from Reliance
