@JioCare Worst signal, No Signals Here & calls as well as internet connectivity also interruption occuring in our location. I had Informed many times to customer, but still the issue was not solved

@JioCare, I am not able to watch any content on Hotstar, Prime Video through my Jio Fiber connection. But I watch through my Airtel 4G mobile network. The same problem informed to the customer care executive, they told me that I have only 36gb left in my account.

Really disappointed with the service of @JioCare . Installed jio fiber recently but some of the apps like Tweeter,cricbuzz,zerodha and some online sites are not opening over wifi. Hope i will get a response from @JioCare Really frustrated calling customer care again and again.

@reliancejio there is a complete hostility that is shown from the Jio Fiber Services. After 3 days of disruption since day 1 of installation now I am being asked by local Jio representative to initiate the complaint process from the start. @JioCare @jio_fiber. Loosing faith in it
