@TweetsByAkshat Their services have went from bad to worse trust me I remember going through the same turmoil time and again with these guys and one fine day I decided to switch to Jio and I must say Jio services are way better suggest you also switch to @JioCare

@reliancejio @JioCare I am very sorry to say that my complain no. SR0000158L15 dated 7th June 2021 is still not solved and i am very disappoint with jio fiber service. Your Engineers are very irresponsible and rude. they clearly said that no one from jio will resolve your problem

@reliancejio please look tower at pincode 301416 back 1 year the speed was good but now 2 km after tower we can not access Internet this is request to jio please fixed it , I have try everything and contacted all customer support.

@JioCare Such has been the reply many a time with no real solution. The network analytics in #MyJioApp has all the answers with one small twist-'u r in a low network area' almost everywhere in my locality. What does that even mean?

@JioCare he rudely hung up & put complaint as resolved without visit or any resolution. Ur tech want to make money on the side by dng the casing work privately, as was also told to my neighbour, a Jio fibre subsciber. My service in last month alone has been disconnected for over 6 days.
