    @JioCare pls have the issue resolved for service request # SR000018X5MD. It’s been 2 weeks and yet the engineer is not visiting the premises to resolve the issue- this is poor customer service. kindly escalate to concern nodal officer to expedite the resolution on priority.

    @JioCare After waiting for your concerned team to get back, I have finally cancelled my connection after 2 weeks of waiting for a call that never came. This company can go to hell. Couldn’t have had a worse experience even if they had stolen the damn money.
