@sunnxt @JioCare I am a user of 999 plan on jio fiber and the sunnxt subscription doesn't show up on the sunnxt app???? Please resolve this ASAP Also the prime video subscription doesn't work either even tho it's marketed as one of the otts under the 999 plan.

@JioCare Hi, Am still not able to access the 5G. However, Jio sim in Android phone in same network can access the Jio 5G.

@JioCare Internet being down for 14+ hrs & having to chase down your engineers in the street to fix it, is not me using the service seamlessly. I want a refund for 14 hrs of downtime and a complaint against your engineers rescheduling service requests - what action are you taking there?

@JioCare 2 years happened till now 1799 value plan is not available on third party app except jio sites. What I will do for sending personal dm. Why don't u resolve this issue
