    @JioCare Dear @JioCare, Even after multiple reminders, there has been no proper response or resolution. I recharged for a 5G plan, but I'm forced to use 4G, and even the 4G service is extremely poor. (1/2)

    Hey @JioCare, it's been 1 month since I installed #JioFiber (100 MBPS) in Kolkata and paid for 3 months in advance. Since Day 1, I'm getting only ~10 MBPS. Despite multiple complaints and calls to #jiocare , nothing has been resolved. This is truly pathetic customer service.

    @JioCare Rest assured that I have been resting assured since 23rd June with similar dialogues from your end. If this is your priority service, then may God help the customers. It's been 15 days that the problem is pending.
