  This video isn’t from my town, but the situation is exactly the same here. Around 2 years ago, @reliancejio offered excellent service, but now the quality has deteriorated so badly that many people have ported their numbers to Bharti Airtel. Ironically, even Jio technicians are saying: “Jio won’t work port your number to Airtel.” Both mobile and fiber services have become highly unreliable. Customers are lured with promotional SMS offers, only for the company to later deny them, calling it a “mistake.   @reliancejio @JioCare @jio_fiber very bad sevice. Our time of schedule was changed from 02-May 1-2 pm to 04 May 11 AM. Why are we paying money for the days that we don't get the services. Everywhere they want to save costs and inform that it is written in the contract. 1413599686

  @JioCare Help me with ETA FOR installation it's been three weeks since I paid for a new air fiber connection I don't know what makes this delay I have never got a phone call with explanation and you are saying my service request is reopened tell me when it is closed

  @JioCare I checked Akshay , the problem is multiple SRs raised but they are closed by technical team without resolution and confirmation. I again had to raise another SR. The whole system is behaving fraudulent. Something is not right. Pls get my connect restored.

  @JioCare Paid for Jio AirFiber connection. Installation still not done. No response from Sales agent after payment. Poor experience from @JioCare.

  @JioCare What is going on in uttam nagar west delhi? No jiofiber service since last 3 days your customer care schedules engineer visit but no communication for delay or cancellation. Now every where automated msgs, no human interaction & deadline keeps shifting.
