@fiber_jio @JioCare @reliancejio I subscribed to trial pack of JioFibre & when cancld, I got refund partially. I'm told its b'coz it got cancelled after 1m but I had cancelled in 20 days only. This is Jio's delay so, why customer has to face the charges. "Free trial pack"..haha..

@JioCare Made 3 complaints in last 2 weeks with same problem. Jio immediately needs to look into this as lack of sincereity is being conveyed in market by their troubleshooting teams.

Applied for the Jio fibre on Saturday and was promised that it will be set up within 2 days but no replies to the messages sent and no contact from the team. Please check into the matter and resolve the issue ASAP @reliancejio @JioCare
