@JioCare While getting a new Jio Fiber connection (Postpaid 6 months) I was told by the agent that I will get free trial + referral benefit, but I haven't got any. Kindly help. Also the plan says postpaid, so will I get a bill or I will have to recharge after 6 months?

@reliancejio @JioCare Hi, I'm not able to dial and receive calls through my Jio sim to almost all sim operators since today's morning. Facing very much problem. Don't why this happened with my Jio sim. Please look into the matter and do the needful as soon as possible.

Hi @JioCare , Stop providing the **** support service. One of the worst. No response from chat service or in WhatsApp. Atleast put a call Center number ,when your ML stops working. Idiots.

@JioCare I claim permanent resolution and compensation of below 8 days 1. I had no internet from 14 July to 17 July. 2. I had no internet on 21 July 3. I had no internet on 29 July 4. had no internet from 7 Aug to 8 Aug 5. Today again I have no internet from 4 AM IST
