    @JioCare @reliancejio Hello team, i am using prepaid sim of Jio in Germany. Suddenly i am facing network problem today and not able to register any network today suddenly in Munich,Germany. Please can you update, why this can possible ? Thanks Abhi

    @JioCare issue is still same nobody contacted this time , i want to talk to your representative for cancellation not for resolution because i know that you cannot provide resolution.

    @reliancejio @JioCare your customer care team is talking all bullshit . I recharge the wifi with 600 for 60 days in dec. and the sales person said your voucher will be generated and the customer care team says voucher generated in April but not generate yet solve my problem

    @CameriRoss @t_u_r_v_a_s_h10 @JioCare I have installed Airtel, and it is working fine. However, my refund from Jio is still pending. I will never recommend Jio to anyone and will consider porting or closing all Jio SIMs in my family.

    @t_u_r_v_a_s_h10 @JioCare Jio is a fraud network. I had a very poor experience with their customer executive. He took ₹2200 from me for a Jio Air connection but never completed the installation and later canceled it. I still haven’t received my refund

    @JioCare It is 1.30pm and you are saying “if within Technical Visit Timings”. Does this mean that your technician works only half a day and today they will not solve this? Really, is this how your customer service works? Nevertheless, they did not fix for past 1 week

    @JioCare Next few hours are not coming from next few months thats why i need cancellation i don't need resolution , complete the process of cancellation for me as i am unable to connect on your customer care number.

    @JioCare The last i talked to your customer care It seemed the only thing they had to say was "we've send the money to the bank account mentioned to us" i hope your DM won't sound the same,
