Hey @reliancejio @JioCare , I'm facing suddenly network drop issue due to sim card issue. I've already visited nearest jio store for sim replacement but they're denied to replace SIM card bcoz I'm currently in Maharashtra and my number belonged to Jio Odisha circle. Any Solution?

Today at Rangapara, Sonitpur, Assam Jio network has disconnected the internet. Due to which there are lots of loses for everyone. Moreover the loss of data pack of 1.5 GB everyone per day is going to be paid by whom. why not Jio working.@_MukeshAmbani @JioCare @reliancejio

@reliancejio even post multiple Twitter escalation not even a single call received to address my concern. Seriously very poor service and network connection jio . It's my mistake that i switched from Airtel to Jio. Very very poor network connectivity. .

@JioCare @TRAI Please look into the matter where jio sales agent promise something and after subscribing to jio they do not fulfill it. Jio support team is also not doing anything about it.
