    My jiophone F27i GPS is not working, jio pay doesn't open up, UPI is not showing. Jiorail option is not there in Jio Store. Even the keypad gets stuck to numbers and I have to close the application for typing it again. Please help. @reliancejio @JioCare #jiophone

    @ViCustomerCare Are you kidding me they have discontinued the services again at midnight 2 am. My due date is 11 August and I don't know why my services are interpreted. I am going to port this number to @reliancejio or @airtelindia as they know better how to treat customer

    @jiocare Order Number NO0000HMPCY6 for @jiofiber installation at 18 vikram society, opp. yash complex, gortri road, vadodara - 390 021 was never fulfilled. We have requested a refund of Rs 2500 since over a month ago but no response. Please help. Customer is a senior citizen.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I am using JIO E-Sim in UAE with intl roaming option. Paying 1200+ every month. My phone broken now. I couldn’t change the phone as it’s having ESim. Now JIO asking me to come to India to get new ESim. NO CARE on Intl roaming customers. How I can come now 😵‍💫
