Dear @reliancejio , it took me 15 mins to open tweeter and tweet this. Either solve this issue of slow internet asap or else I'm leaving this service immediately. Speed of your Jio Fibre 4G internet is same as that of 2G.

@reliancejio I have placed un installation request of jio fiber and it was confirmed from your end that device will be picked up on 26th June 21 but no one turned up till today. Strongly raise a complaint for indicipline behaviour by your team.Immediately do the needful by today

@JioCare Your Jio service team is extremely poor to help me in the resolution of the problem I am complaining since 2.5 days but no resolution, In fact becoz of the service issue I changed from BSNL FTTH to Jio Gigafiber but the problem is same.
