    @reliancejio Do something about this Jio customer service rings in @JioCare for an hour. There is also some time to put on hold. If you have to delay so much to talk to the care, then there is doubt about how the service will be provided? If u really want to solve are problems ?

    Very very poor internet speed on @reliancejio network in rampura (deodar) village and very bad response from customer car executives. 2G internet is better than reliance 4g.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I accidentally recharged the wrong number for JioFiber via the official MyJio app and immediately contacted your support. Your team confirmed the recharge went to an unknown number but REFUSED to refund my money. This is completely unacceptable.

    @airtelindia Raised IPTV installation request on 2nd May, and even after 13 days itโ€™s still pending. Contacted customer care multiple times, got only 24-hour assurances and no proper response even after emails. Very disappointing customer service. Thinking of shifting to @JioCare
