Very very poor internet speed on @reliancejio network in rampura (deodar) village and very bad response from customer car executives. 2G internet is better than reliance 4g.

We used @reliancejio to pay for a yearly subscription to @PrimeVideoIN. When requested to activate the plan today, Jio demanded an additional 1,000 payment. We chose to terminate the membership right away because we hadn't been informed. On that, @reliancejio refused to refund.

@reliancejio @JioCare I am very dissappointed with your services. You people take 1 day to start any service, but take 25 days to discontinue it. What happens to your efficiency, when someone wants to discontinue any service ?
