    Very very poor internet speed on @reliancejio network in rampura (deodar) village and very bad response from customer car executives. 2G internet is better than reliance 4g.

    @reliancejio Do something about this Jio customer service rings in @JioCare for an hour. There is also some time to put on hold. If you have to delay so much to talk to the care, then there is doubt about how the service will be provided? If u really want to solve are problems ?

    Hello @JioCare your Vastrapur, Ahmedabad centre is totally useless. I registered complaint before 10 days. But no-one came. I visited the store 3 times but still its pending. You are loosing the reputation. Improve your service else take back your setup box😑 @reliancejio
