Very very poor internet speed on @reliancejio network in rampura (deodar) village and very bad response from customer car executives. 2G internet is better than reliance 4g.

@reliancejio @JioCare Jio Fooled Me, I've made a port request and after sometime they called and said that don't port just reacharge more than 239 and you are eligible for 5G service as well as the welcome offer. I did reacharge of 666 and nothing works. Refund my money ASAP.

@reliancejio been two days since I complained about my internet not working, engineers visited yesterday and said take a new connection or we won't fix as we don't get commission in fixing, @JioCare is this the level of service you're aiming to provide?

I called JIO customer center almost 10 times to find location of returning device to receive my refund. Every operators guide me wrong location one was closed a year ago and others are shops which not take care JIO fiber matters. @JioCare #jiofiber #
