Very very poor internet speed on @reliancejio network in rampura (deodar) village and very bad response from customer car executives. 2G internet is better than reliance 4g.

@reliancejio Do something about this Jio customer service rings in @JioCare for an hour. There is also some time to put on hold. If you have to delay so much to talk to the care, then there is doubt about how the service will be provided? If u really want to solve are problems ?

@JioCare I have ported my number from vodafone to jio. On friday( 09/07/2021). But my sim is still not activated. It's been 4 days already. I have also paid 399 rs for two months recharge. Can i know how much further time will it take to port my sim in your network.

Jio bot is dumbest. Reporting on whatsapp need more patience to pull human in the chat. Poor network after ported to postpaid, waiting for three months lock-in to switch back @JioCare #reliancejio
