    Very very poor internet speed on @reliancejio network in rampura (deodar) village and very bad response from customer car executives. 2G internet is better than reliance 4g.

    @reliancejio Do something about this Jio customer service rings in @JioCare for an hour. There is also some time to put on hold. If you have to delay so much to talk to the care, then there is doubt about how the service will be provided? If u really want to solve are problems ?

    To @JioCare @JIOAIRFIBERIN Your Air Fiber service is pathetic. Only as a last resort I'm posting this, after launching a formal service request over yesterday from Myjio app, there was no cognizance of it till date. Also the 'service Engineer' never picks up the call. 👎ðŸŧðŸ˜Ī
