    @reliancejio Do something about this Jio customer service rings in @JioCare for an hour. There is also some time to put on hold. If you have to delay so much to talk to the care, then there is doubt about how the service will be provided? If u really want to solve are problems ?

    Very very poor internet speed on @reliancejio network in rampura (deodar) village and very bad response from customer car executives. 2G internet is better than reliance 4g.

    @JioCare No response from your side apart from these consolation tweets. I am registering complaints daily to you customer service. @reliancejio @JioCare you guys have tested all my patience. Worst service. #jiofiber. Do the connection ASAP or refund money. Atleast give some reason.

    1. I want my custom ipv4 DNS for my network, I do not have access to edit WAN configuration 2. I want to disable the Application named as "TR-069" 3. I want bill waiver until full service is provided (Jio Voice is not working) 4. There is no WPA3 security option @JioCare

    @JioCare I have been requesting this to be done for past 1 week, but there is no intention of set the connection up, this is very poor and disgusting support from #myjio . Multiple calls and follow up didn’t able to wake you up.

    @JioFiberChennai @JioCare I have recharged on 12 June n till date fibre is not working inspite of so many calls no engineer has arrived to check the problem my jio request no is SR00001BWYX4. It’s been a month and there is no response from ur side, @airtelindia is better !!
