    Very very poor internet speed on @reliancejio network in rampura (deodar) village and very bad response from customer car executives. 2G internet is better than reliance 4g.

    @reliancejio Do something about this Jio customer service rings in @JioCare for an hour. There is also some time to put on hold. If you have to delay so much to talk to the care, then there is doubt about how the service will be provided? If u really want to solve are problems ?

    @JioCare @reliancejio SR00003CFMHH was closed as "Resolved" โ€” it wasn't. SR00003CWIIV is open with a TAT set to Sept 9, 2026. Three template replies from Jio's appellate team, none addressing the issue or sending a technician.

    @TRAI @JioCare Again my UPC code will expire and your resolution in this matter will remain in process, where you keep claiming that PoA AND PoI other than Aadhar can be used but your on ground reality is far fetched.

    @JioCare @jiocare Kindly read the complete issue mentioned in the image before responding. Otherwise, there is no point in asking for the number and pretending to care about the customer. Even a normal person would take the time to read the issue properly and respond accordingly.

    Your 5G service has been extremely slow and practicaly unusable for the past 1 week.Iโ€™ve attached the details for reference. Airtel is performing much better.If Jio doesnโ€™t fix this issue immediately,Iโ€™ll have no reason to stay and will port out. Fix your 5G @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio Pathetic customer support. Customers donโ€™t even have the right to register a proper complaint. Calls get disconnected and issues remain unresolved. Stop taking customersโ€™ helplessness for granted.

    @JioCare @jio_fiber - Ur Staffs are so lazy and unresponsive. I had book the appointment for reinstallation on 9 August, But still after calling so many times, noone came to install Jio fiber connection to my ew home. It's so pathetic. Complaint number - SR003OSIT
