    @reliancejio Do something about this Jio customer service rings in @JioCare for an hour. There is also some time to put on hold. If you have to delay so much to talk to the care, then there is doubt about how the service will be provided? If u really want to solve are problems ?

    Very very poor internet speed on @reliancejio network in rampura (deodar) village and very bad response from customer car executives. 2G internet is better than reliance 4g.

    @JioCare @jagograhakjago Iโ€™ve filled a grievance on NCH portal with docket number 10028901 for the same issue. Since all my complaints are going to deaf ears at @reliancejio , youโ€™re my last resort

    @JioCare In my fibre plan my 4G connection isn't working, only the 5G connection is working. I have changed the name, password and everything which ever I can do but it's still not working. I hope to have an engineer visit , the only way it will help me.

    @reliancejio @JioCare We are having Internet issue from morning and when ever we raise compliant it says Engineering is getting assigned but till not no one has been assigned. It happens most of the time and we get worst services. Todayโ€™s Request Iโ€™d - SR00003F5YV3

    @JioCare I have already run the diagnostic as instructed. It DID NOT work. The issue is simple: JioTV+ keeps asking for a login OTP again and again. Stop sending me the same troubleshooting steps. I need an actual technical team/technician to resolve this. @reliancejio @JioCare
