Very very poor internet speed on @reliancejio network in rampura (deodar) village and very bad response from customer car executives. 2G internet is better than reliance 4g.

@reliancejio Do something about this Jio customer service rings in @JioCare for an hour. There is also some time to put on hold. If you have to delay so much to talk to the care, then there is doubt about how the service will be provided? If u really want to solve are problems ?

@JioCare I moved to next building in the same society and you guys are telling me to cancel existing account and buy a new connection, the Customer Service rep informed me its possible but now the technician saya its not....How disgusting, really bad service.

@JioCare Yes Anuj your team is working for lifetime to fix the issue. I am getting same response since two years. But the issue is not resolved. I will move out from jio soon.
