@reliancejio Do something about this Jio customer service rings in @JioCare for an hour. There is also some time to put on hold. If you have to delay so much to talk to the care, then there is doubt about how the service will be provided? If u really want to solve are problems ?

Very very poor internet speed on @reliancejio network in rampura (deodar) village and very bad response from customer car executives. 2G internet is better than reliance 4g.

@JioCare no matter where I go, I simply don't get any network speed. The speed test fails to kick in, I can't even use your app for help and support. I'm downgrading my plan now and will wait for 1 month to see if there's any improvement. If not, I shall terminate my connection.
