    Very very poor internet speed on @reliancejio network in rampura (deodar) village and very bad response from customer car executives. 2G internet is better than reliance 4g.

    @reliancejio Do something about this Jio customer service rings in @JioCare for an hour. There is also some time to put on hold. If you have to delay so much to talk to the care, then there is doubt about how the service will be provided? If u really want to solve are problems ?

    @JioCare Sir. I live in Roop Nagar Tanki Road Badarpur New Delhi and we have also put Jio fiber line here 5 months ago. But the service is not working yet. Due to which is not able to get new connection of jio fiber And if I go to Jio office to inquire then no one helps.

    @JioCare Jio care....i have explained each n everything in my DM with screen shot but again asking me to provide exact date time visited jio outlet. Sorry I can't keep diary for my each movement. Please concern on technical issue that I am facing. If can't then I will port my number

    @JioCare company's policy does not permit. So as POOR subscribers of the GIANT JIO, are we to suffer this triple whammy - one of going without net for 11 days and suffer mental agony; two of going on complaining every day but to no avail, and three of paying another internet provider(2/3)

    @Airtel_Presence past 3days my broadband is not working , spoken with multiple tele executive and manager … with assurance will be rectified today … seems for airtel it’s end of story @reliancejio could be saviour

    @JioCare @reliancejio why do your customer care executives only speak Hindi even after I chose English in the first menu. Horrible service for someone who doesn't speak Hindi.
