    Very very poor internet speed on @reliancejio network in rampura (deodar) village and very bad response from customer car executives. 2G internet is better than reliance 4g.

    @reliancejio Do something about this Jio customer service rings in @JioCare for an hour. There is also some time to put on hold. If you have to delay so much to talk to the care, then there is doubt about how the service will be provided? If u really want to solve are problems ?

    I tried multiple opinions on call but I hered only advertisement of your products and not resolution of my issue. How can you assign a service request to a person on leave??? All chat messengers are also showing non sense answers. Realy DISGUSTING experience wih @JioCare service

    @JioCare Extremely disappointed with the service provided for my JioFiber connection. My JioFiber Set-Top Box (STB) remote is not working properly, making it difficult to use the service.

    @JioCare @motorolaindia Facing backend IMEI sync issues on my 5G Moto phoneβ€”MyJio refuses to activate True 5G even though hardware is fully 5G capable. Can your technical teams sync the device TAC database and resolve this? Need this fixed ASAP! πŸ™

    Hey @reliancejio @JioCare @jagograhakjago, I stay in navi mumbai here the network drop has become very common at my place. We have 5 jio sim connections.Spending monthly around 2k and in return I am getting worst services.I do work from home not able to work and lost 1 day of pay

    Hi Jio team, I recently subscribed to your Jio Airfiber service. But my installation is not progressing. Even Mr Atul is not responding now from your team. If this is not taken seriously, i am happy to cancel and take back my money. @JioCare

    Porting from Airtel to Jio. Filled the forms online and paid plan charges for free esim delivery. But the agent is asking bribe. Customer care not doing much. Please help @JioCare
