    Very very poor internet speed on @reliancejio network in rampura (deodar) village and very bad response from customer car executives. 2G internet is better than reliance 4g.

    @reliancejio Do something about this Jio customer service rings in @JioCare for an hour. There is also some time to put on hold. If you have to delay so much to talk to the care, then there is doubt about how the service will be provided? If u really want to solve are problems ?

    @JioCare I have an active β‚Ή349 plan. Earlier, Unlimited True 5G worked perfectly, but for the last few days, internet stops after the daily 2GB limit. Please check and resolve this issue as soon as possible. #JioTrue5G

    @reliancejio JioFiber has been down for 3 days. I’ve already raised a complaint, but no engineer has visited and there’s been zero update or feedback. This is extremely poor service. Please resolve this urgently.

    HIGH ALERT / FRAUD REGARDING JIO AIRFIBER INSTALLATION @JioCare @reliancejio I paid β‚Ή807 online for Jio Fiber on Saturday (Order No: I55116826500387 / NO0001ETOVIK). The agent came, cancelled it saying technical feasibility issue, and promised a refund. Refund is still pending!

    @JioCare @JioCare she was constantly asking me to jist wait.. she told me 24 hours have not been passed and you have to wait, but the reality is that it been 2 days now and for sure it will not be fixed today as technician couldnt identify the issue.. such a shame..
