    Very very poor internet speed on @reliancejio network in rampura (deodar) village and very bad response from customer car executives. 2G internet is better than reliance 4g.

    @reliancejio Do something about this Jio customer service rings in @JioCare for an hour. There is also some time to put on hold. If you have to delay so much to talk to the care, then there is doubt about how the service will be provided? If u really want to solve are problems ?

    @JioCare The service request SR00003CTYWP was scheduled for today 5 pm. But suddenly it was put on hold without any clarification. This is the second day I am without internet connection. please escalate as your service quality is very poor #jiofiber

    @JioCare Stop this crap, no rescheduling option appears nor thereโ€™s any kind of update for engineers visit. I somehow managed to call one of the past engineers directly and pleaded them to fix the issue. One more time the issue occurs and I shall throw away your connection.
