If any dues existed, they should have appeared in the next bill as outstanding in previous statement as well. But this is not the case. Please escalate my complaint with the SR/reference immediately.

I just get the same message that internet in my area is disrupted and it will be resolved soon. But there is no timeline and no update. No service agent has even visited the premises.
