    Very very poor internet speed on @reliancejio network in rampura (deodar) village and very bad response from customer car executives. 2G internet is better than reliance 4g.

    @reliancejio Do something about this Jio customer service rings in @JioCare for an hour. There is also some time to put on hold. If you have to delay so much to talk to the care, then there is doubt about how the service will be provided? If u really want to solve are problems ?

    @JioCare My Jio AirFiber is not working properly for the last 1 month. Frequent disconnections and very slow speed. Multiple complaints already raised but no resolution yet. This is very disappointing. Please escalate and resolve urgently.

    @JioCare Funny how every โ€œresolution timelineโ€ you give just expires without any actual resolution. Since 11th April, itโ€™s the same story-empty promises and zero accountability. If you canโ€™t fix the issue within your own deadlines, what exactly is the point of raising a service request?

    Can I have a response @JioCare @reliancejio @JioHotstar Iโ€™ve been messaging for a more than week. Calling customer support. The sim is delivered 1 week back still the porting is not completed & now you ask me to place a request for new SIM? Why pay again can I have an explanation

    @JioCare Despite multiple complaints, no permanent resolution has been provided. I request: โ€ข Immediate permanent fix โ€ข Activation of landline โ€ข Compensation/bill adjustment for downtime If not resolved within 3 days, I will escalate this matter to TRAI and Consumer Court.

    Pathetic customer service by Jio. Even the direct LAN connection is not working. I called customer service yesterday, only to be told by the customer care representative to restart the WiFi router, which was a completely senseless solution. @reliancejio @reliancejio @TRAI (2)
