    @reliancejio Do something about this Jio customer service rings in @JioCare for an hour. There is also some time to put on hold. If you have to delay so much to talk to the care, then there is doubt about how the service will be provided? If u really want to solve are problems ?

    Very very poor internet speed on @reliancejio network in rampura (deodar) village and very bad response from customer car executives. 2G internet is better than reliance 4g.

    @JioCare I am facing with internet connectivity. SR SR00002M9EJ4. The request is put on hold and engineer is not even picking the call. What pathetic service you are offering no way to contact the agent on the call, no engineer is picking the call.

    @JioCare Thanks! Seems to be resolved after the external cable line got changed and required power resumed. This process must be strengthened to resolve customers issues on first visit. Also, hold code should be obtained by Eng from the customer to keep the ticket on hold not arbitrarily.

    @JioCare Your support is really pathetic, the @jio_fiber service has been down for over 6 hours and noone shows up even after raising the complaint. When the competitors act on it within an hour, your technicians are approachable the next day only.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Respected Sir/Madam, You rolled out pan-India 5G services in December 2023, but the focus has remained mostly on major cities and towns. Many village towers in Karnataka have still not been upgraded, and rural residents are eagerly waiting for fast internet and services like JioAirFiber. We are now halfway through 2026, heading into 2027, but the tower in Hathyadka village (Dakshina Kannada, Karnataka - 574198) remains 4g. Please look into the attached geotagged image and upgrade our local tower to 5G as soon as possible to give our village equal digital access.We urge you to look into this matter immediately and upgrade this tower to 5G at the earliest to support the local community.
