    @reliancejio Do something about this Jio customer service rings in @JioCare for an hour. There is also some time to put on hold. If you have to delay so much to talk to the care, then there is doubt about how the service will be provided? If u really want to solve are problems ?

    @reliancejio @DoT_India @TRAI for the past several days, the Internet connectivity, network strength of Jio has been worst in my area where it used to be great. I spoke to locals & they opine the same. Pin 700102. If the issue doesn't get sorted, we'll port out, I'll port out.

    @JioCare 1000 has instalation charge 500 deposit which will be refunded as you want that is clear total amount of 1500 But the service provider engineer asked me to pay extra cost of wire which will around 400 rupees,!

    @reliancejio Very ***** experience pincode 812001 in Bhagalpur Bihar .. Internet speed is 1kb / s while 500 mb remaining in daliy data..very bad service

    @JioCare What have your guys done to help after posting this message. No soul has visited the place to sort the fibre optic routing. Also, the connection is down too yet again.
