@reliancejio Do something about this Jio customer service rings in @JioCare for an hour. There is also some time to put on hold. If you have to delay so much to talk to the care, then there is doubt about how the service will be provided? If u really want to solve are problems ?

Very very poor internet speed on @reliancejio network in rampura (deodar) village and very bad response from customer car executives. 2G internet is better than reliance 4g.

@reliancejio I have been complaining about no network issue in prime location of Mumbai, Vile parle, for past 6 months. But Jio not only ignored the complaint but did nothing to passify customers. Shame on this company.
