    Very very poor internet speed on @reliancejio network in rampura (deodar) village and very bad response from customer car executives. 2G internet is better than reliance 4g.

    @reliancejio Do something about this Jio customer service rings in @JioCare for an hour. There is also some time to put on hold. If you have to delay so much to talk to the care, then there is doubt about how the service will be provided? If u really want to solve are problems ?

    @JioCare Iā€™m tired of repeated engineer visits and temporary fixes. The issue still persists despite multiple adapter replacements, resets, and support calls. The wiring has already been checked and is fine.

    @JioCare @JioCare because of there problem, are they giving me any perks for their service fault or mismanagement... moreover are they using cheap AI or wht as their app, customer care, and executive all three tells different time for resolution of issue..? Isn't it lack of coordination
