    Very very poor internet speed on @reliancejio network in rampura (deodar) village and very bad response from customer car executives. 2G internet is better than reliance 4g.

    @reliancejio Do something about this Jio customer service rings in @JioCare for an hour. There is also some time to put on hold. If you have to delay so much to talk to the care, then there is doubt about how the service will be provided? If u really want to solve are problems ?

    Day 4: Still NO SERVICE! 🌐 @JioCare @reliancejio @jio_fiber ​My AirFiber has been down since 8th April, 19:00. You promised a 4hour fix yesterday morning, but it was clearly a fake update.​ The delay is unacceptable. I need a technician at my site TODAY.

    @JioCare @reliancejio is so committed that for a complaint raised on 8th April (prolonging for 3 months) they schedule a visit on 11th and then reschedule it on 14th April. CC also insisted that they are escalating to higher level, 6 days?

    @JioCare @jio_fiber are total disaster in terms of customer service. I am facing connectivity issues and the Jio App tell call Customer Care and the customer care call sends a message to troubleshoot through the app. What utter nonsense.

    @JioCare My issue is still not resolved. Your sales person took my order with false commitment and now his phone is switched off. Your support team is also not helping on the ticket. Because of delayed Jio Fiber installation, I already lost 1 working day (₹4000 loss).

    @JioCare If I ask for a service, pay for it and you team forces me to purchase another out of their greed of adding a new connection, causing me loss and convinience, is it ok with Jio? Just tell me what was the reason my Jio pass was not used and Jio home was not just added to existing.
