Issue ongoing since 21 April near tower (300m). If no proper answer is given, I will escalate to Appellate Authority.

Complaint has been done to customer care but no one is bothered to resolve the issue. When we don't pay the bill & even if it gets delayed by 1 day, the WiFi gets disconnected. What about now?
