@reliancejio Do something about this Jio customer service rings in @JioCare for an hour. There is also some time to put on hold. If you have to delay so much to talk to the care, then there is doubt about how the service will be provided? If u really want to solve are problems ?

Very very poor internet speed on @reliancejio network in rampura (deodar) village and very bad response from customer car executives. 2G internet is better than reliance 4g.

@JioCare If ur priority takes 5 days to resolve the issue than l cannot go along with jio. Local service providers come within 15 minutes but in jio no one to listen. @AshwiniVaishnaw Sir please see as we are helpless after getting paid n getting service by jio.

@JioCare No one has come. I want to discontinue the service of jio. I have paid but amount but not getting the services now pack up ur boxes , I will go airtel now. Thanks
