Very very poor internet speed on @reliancejio network in rampura (deodar) village and very bad response from customer car executives. 2G internet is better than reliance 4g.

@JioCare Jio number 7827104714. This is also in my name. Location is same as above shared handset iqoo 12. The problem we are facing is very old not new. At a particular room in my house jio works absolutely fine but if we change location jio service is dead.

@JioCare This is the speed of jio internet. From the past 15 to 25 days you are saying the same thing. What is the use of paying for 100 mbps if it doesn't work . If we don't pay the amount will be accepted. It will be disconnected immediately

@JioCare @_MukeshAmbani My JioFi (+91 7662334377) is completely down since Monday more than 7 days now). Raised 5 complaints, promised engineer visit multiple times but no one came Support giving wrong updates daily. Working from home remotely this is affecting my job badly.
