@reliancejio Do something about this Jio customer service rings in @JioCare for an hour. There is also some time to put on hold. If you have to delay so much to talk to the care, then there is doubt about how the service will be provided? If u really want to solve are problems ?

Very very poor internet speed on @reliancejio network in rampura (deodar) village and very bad response from customer car executives. 2G internet is better than reliance 4g.

@reliancejio @JioCare @reliancegroup my jio fibre net connection has been lost fron yesterday. Your engineer visit has been rescheduled today as follows: 9:30am, 12:30pm, 3pm, 5pm, 8pm. There were request for two emergency callbacks... But no one called back.

@JioCare @reliancejio @BandBajaateRaho It's my 4 or 5 problem in their connection in last 1 year. And every time their resolution was done after 2-4 days with several request to them. Worst customer service. Stop fooling people here.

@JioCare @reliancejio If my connection doesn't gets started in 'N' number of days then would you not take payment of those 'N' number of days? You don't care for your customers. Worst service.People pls review your decision if you are planning for jiofibre.
