Very very poor internet speed on @reliancejio network in rampura (deodar) village and very bad response from customer car executives. 2G internet is better than reliance 4g.

@reliancejio Do something about this Jio customer service rings in @JioCare for an hour. There is also some time to put on hold. If you have to delay so much to talk to the care, then there is doubt about how the service will be provided? If u really want to solve are problems ?

@JioCare why is your customer service not working? I am having trouble with my sim, it's not connecting calls and showing the missed calls 1 minute and my call is getting cut so many times I've change my sim already and my phone is new too
