    @reliancejio Do something about this Jio customer service rings in @JioCare for an hour. There is also some time to put on hold. If you have to delay so much to talk to the care, then there is doubt about how the service will be provided? If u really want to solve are problems ?

    Very very poor internet speed on @reliancejio network in rampura (deodar) village and very bad response from customer car executives. 2G internet is better than reliance 4g.

    Hey @JioCare, this is extremely frustrating! ๐Ÿ˜ก I have complained 4 times already, and every single time I get a reply saying the issue is resolved. But in reality, neither has the network speed improved nor has the call buffering/dropping issue ended. Please fix this permanently

    3/ Stop closing complaints with assurances while the problem remains unresolved. Improve the network at Shirgaon, Badlapur or refund customers for the period the promised 5G service has not been delivered. @JioCare #CustomerService

    @JioCare It's been 2 days since I requested an eSIM to physical SIM conversion. The request was rejected because your records incorrectly show my name as "Nitin Fulwani" instead of "Nitin Guwalani." I visited the Jio Store with valid ID, yet was told it could take 10 days to fix.
