@reliancejio Do something about this Jio customer service rings in @JioCare for an hour. There is also some time to put on hold. If you have to delay so much to talk to the care, then there is doubt about how the service will be provided? If u really want to solve are problems ?

Very very poor internet speed on @reliancejio network in rampura (deodar) village and very bad response from customer car executives. 2G internet is better than reliance 4g.

@Navneet11100137 @JioCare Correct.. I heard Jio fiber manpower situation at it worst. Your tweet is helpful. I visited it for Office connection of Jio fiber @JioCare .. But now we are aware of this. Before connection, their reaction is such ridiculous, after connection, it's beyond control. Thanks

.@JioCare @reliancejio your dns servers for fiber are not working efficiently. Lot of indian websites do not open but when I use a dns resolver, they open fine. Get your developers to check your dns resolvers.

@JioCare Unfortunately it's now more than 15 days and we are stillsuffering of poor net speed. I think you people are not serious to resolve the issue. Please understand how important the Internet is. Because of you people we are in unnecessary stress. Very poor customer service.
