    Very very poor internet speed on @reliancejio network in rampura (deodar) village and very bad response from customer car executives. 2G internet is better than reliance 4g.

    @reliancejio Do something about this Jio customer service rings in @JioCare for an hour. There is also some time to put on hold. If you have to delay so much to talk to the care, then there is doubt about how the service will be provided? If u really want to solve are problems ?

    @JioCare Very Poor Customer Support. Its been 3 days I am trying to activate cellular services on my Apple Watch. But nobody on your customer care could help. They dont understand how to do and disconnects the call in between. Didnt expect such a low service support.

    @JioCare I have recently buy your postpaid connection for improving my internet connectivity but it working worst then your prepaid connection. also you don't have well structured family plan. other companies are providing better connection. I am using this no in jio fi

    @JioCare @reliancejio I am Jio user since last 4 years & since last 1 year I am noticing that your services are getting deteriorated day by day & overall Internet speed in getting “quite low”. Please improve the same as ap & cover up the upcoming damage to your way. #jiogujarat

    @reliancejio Very bad network & poor internet service in Assam, pin - 787059 district- Dhemaji Assam village dimow. Customer care service is not good. They only said that " your comlain is registerd & it will be solve very soon " but sadly the solution never come
