Very very poor internet speed on @reliancejio network in rampura (deodar) village and very bad response from customer car executives. 2G internet is better than reliance 4g.

@reliancejio Do something about this Jio customer service rings in @JioCare for an hour. There is also some time to put on hold. If you have to delay so much to talk to the care, then there is doubt about how the service will be provided? If u really want to solve are problems ?

@JioCare For you, every thing is speed. ticket no.SR00001EJEC7 Heavy latency and RTO. Happened second time, If you fail to fix this time, consider it cancelled request. ( Your cust care was not opening ticket, i cut the router fiber to open SR). Recording sun Lena

Worst shopping experience with jiomart. Placed 2 orders in a span of 15 days both returned due to technical issue. They create these sales but can't meet the customer demand and then they say it is due to technical glitch #jiomart @JioMart_Support @JioMart @reliancejio

@JioCare I continue to receive SMS now from QP-innnow, JK-DCTHLN, VM-VOOTIN for a one-time password and login OTP. Till am travelling and have not login any above sites or visit. I received around 55 SMS messages from the above address. What security step will follow please guide

@reliancejio I live in Mumbai and use Oppo Reno 8 pro, which is a 5G enabled handset. Still not able to latch on to 5G network in any area. Have you even started 5G in Mumbai?
