    @JioCare I port my sim card from idea to jio before some day but now I really feel it was my wrong decision because very poor network coverage and I have 5G unlimited plan but not able to use even 1 GB data in last 5 days..

    @JioCare Ticket id SRO0002MC2G4. Engineer mr Rajesh neither shows up nor responds to the call. Ask me to come home by 6 PM but he never showed up. Is it a joke. Have some professionalism

    @reliancejio issue isn’t resolved it’s not working we were on vacation hence informing now we did not used the June Recharge more then 2-3 days Can You check and Fix this today @JioCare
