    @JioCare @jio_fiber Service Request no SR00003FHYKT JioFiber has been frequently down since last week. Issue was marked as resolved without resolving. Why should my recharge money be wasted? Fix it NOW and compensate me for the downtime.

    @JioCare My JioFiber has been disconnecting since 26 August despite multiple technician commitments. The request was wrongly marked “Resolved.” Please escalate and arrange immediate resolution. SR00003FFU7X #Customerrights #falseclaim #cheating

    @JioCare @reliancejio 2/4 I contacted customer care and was told it would be resolved within 3 days. I scheduled another appointment for 1 Sep eveng - again, no call, no update, no show. Every time I contact support, a new ticket is created and then somehow gets “Closed/Resolved” without any solution.

    I got worst experience with @reliancejio. My mother is having Jio sim and she requested to recharge number and recharge was converted to smoothing data plan. So, i called to customer care executive Alpesh he told me Jio is not allowing to degrade plan once you recharge done.

    @JioCare complaint: I received the same refund-related message from Jio on 11/08/2026. However,despite the assurance provided by Jio,no refund has been credited and no satisfactory resolution has been provided to me even after several days. Kindly clarify what is meant by “next few days”

    @reliancejio Repeated complaints, ZERO response. Is this how Jio treats customers? Completely unacceptable service. Fix the issue immediately instead of ignoring customers. Consider this as my closure request from useless provider #Jio

    @reliancejio @reliancejiocare Paid ₹2,200 for Jio AirFiber on Aug 22. KYC was completed on Aug 28, but today is Sep 3 and installation is still pending. Money taken, service not provided. Please resolve this urgently or process my refund. #JioAirFiber what service is this ????(
