    @JioCare @DoT_India hello Jio, any update about any concrete steps being taken about this problem, as it still persists, any deadline you can quote with respect to its resolution..or it is just a monopolistic practice, which is not answerable?

    @JioCare Still waiting for the service engineer to fix the internet issue. Kindly resolve the matter at the earliest. Provide service engineer’s contact no. to the customer as they don’t call us for the visit - atleast we can call them to know if he is interested to fix the assigned issue

    I had a problem with jio fibre on 11 June.I complained and booked a service for that day around 6pm.(then none came). On 12june we received a message that service will be provided on 16 June (like literally after 6days of fault )isn't it too late .@JioFiberVoice @reliancejio 1/2

    @JioCare I have been trying to get Jio Fibre at Kolkata Bentick street but no service executive is taking my request what's the issue are you not serviceable in most busy area of Kolkata or should I get in touch with @airtelindia for best Fiber service.

    @Airtel_Presence Stop sending your copy paste messages. I have requested to raise a service request for disconnection. i dont want to suffer more by using your pathethic and degraded services.
