    @reliancejio it's open challenge to jio at Talegaon Dabhade without loosing signal and coversation by using jio to jio call talk for at least 10 minutes and win lac rupees or close the jio services in Talegaon Dabhade pin 410307. It's very worst service no boday cares

    @reliancejio @ril_foundation I paid ₹250 to replace once just around 6 months after I bought this for my mom.The new device didn't work for a week And cos of lock down service centre was closed when it opened in Nov Or Dec 2020 they asked to pay another 250 n replace.

    This is outrageous on @reliancejio @JioCare as I cannot access hotstar premium that I have.. I cannot sign out from this jio hotstar account! wtf! No one will stick around with you jio if this is how you want retention!

    Few moments ago one person called me and introduced himself as a @JioCare representative and told me to recharge my mobile number within today, otherwise my number will not be working further. Is this a valid information? @JioCare you help me out asap.

    @sreekeshkamath1 @JioCare Had a very similar experience with jiofi, apparently they don't care enough to upgrade bandwidth to overcrowded towers, down to the point even comments needs time for buffering. Jiocare takes complaints and never escalates them.

    @JioCare worst network, since last one year providing only one resolution that network would be better within few days. Very difficult to take classes and do other work. Would not prefer it, despite having 4g recharge won't be able to use even 2g.

    @JioCare without the resolution or changes made the same messages are sent on my no. & DM by different persons this is pathetic and Shame of you Jio this is been experienced by almost mny all everyone using Jio is telling the same. By reducing the data you want users to go &topup

    @JioCare stop fooling people. Bloody worst network nowadays of JIO. Fooling people by sloganeering patriotic terms and looting them by such a sluggish network. Above all not owning it but saying that it is due to congestion! Pakistani came or what that it got congested in 5 days?
