    @reliancejio I had applied for an additional set-top box for my number 5223553355 and despite being given a date and time for installation, the request is still pending. I have also tried contacting customer care multiple times, but there has been no response. Kindly resolve this issue at the earliest.

    @JioCare @reliancejio please look into the matter... It's been almost 5 months after relocation and still no refund of the old amount into my account. No voucher or anything. Multiple tickets have been open, but automatically closing by jio team without any solution or refund.

    @JioCare You cannot even commit a fair deadline for your service, cannot even speak to your customers before taking decisions of your own, keep rescheduling your own given dates and expect me to reconsider the decision.
