Hello @reliancejio @JioCare @JioFiberVoice i am trying to complain regarding the low speed issue ( sometimes no Internet ) with my fiber connection no. 0121-7969298 through the my jio application but unable to do so, my work is getting affected, kindly please resolve this issue.

@JioCare Yes, i am staying in Bangalore Vijayanagar, 2nd floor. Thought facing internet issues.. i am unable to use 1gb data among 3gb/daily. 316/a, 11th main, Vinayaka layout, Nagarabavi, 560072. Near bande maramma temple.

@JioCare Good to hear staple answers Avesh. What if I told you it's not a case of SOMETIMES, it's a case of ALWAYS ! My home location is a poor spot of indoor/outdoor connectivity. I came here so you would HELP me unlike the caller people but I suppose you only give philosophical answers

I've nvr repented any decision xcpt when I ported to @reliancejio. Today @JioCare shared blatantly that they don't allow International Roaming packs for JK circle customers. I've nvr xprncd such institutional discrimination. What a let down! Eagerly waiting for 90 days to end.

@JioCare hello, my broadband is down since morning. I already raised a complaint which was supposed to be attended by an engineer between 5-6 pm. Nobody visited and my internet is still down. Multiple calls to your customer care team did not help either. This is frustrating.
