    @JioCare pathetic customer support you have, pls don't get jio number if you expect good network, better customer service support, they are pathetic their agent are arrogant, cut the call in between. mute the calls citing no reason. jio bhagao desh bachao @reliancejio

    Dear @JioCare & @TRAI , my service issue continued for 4–5 days. After repeated follow-ups, Jio now says there was “no delay” & denied compensation. I faced work loss, missed 1.5 days office & mental stress due to poor service/support.

    @JioCare Again there is the same issue having poor or no connectivity. Even texting this using @airtelindia mobile network. Such a bad service day by day.

    @JioCare @JioCare Stop sending copy-paste replies. The issue continued for days, I made multiple follow-ups, and faced work loss & inconvenience. Denying the delay without proper review is unfair. Please escalate this to a senior team/Appellate Authority.

    @JioCare Hi team thanks for all your useless supports, till now I don't have the connection or any assurance. Only your team has asked my number and location multiple time over the chat and nothing happened. The most poorest service I have ever seen by any ISP provider like Jio air fiber.

    @JioCare I have been using Jio AirFiber for the past 1 year, but I have never received the speed promised in my plan. Most of the time I get less than 1 Mbps speed. I’m paying every month for a service that barely works.

    @JioCare If you can't install, say you can't provide the service but don't waste others time by giving fals commitments that you are looking at the issue.
