@reliancejio @JioCare Pathetic service. Would never recommend Jio Fibre to anyone in Bangalore. Booked a connection and waiting, customer care has no answer for the delays, all they know is to take money and abscond.

Not able to use #Outlook with my #Jio connection.May be there is some problem with internet speed in my locality as it's working fine in other area and with other service provider. Most of the time net speed is very poor here. @reliancejio #Jio @JioCare

@JioCare Do you know jio network and jio fiber service is becoming headache in India . The time it was launched, things were different but once you got the market just your Monopoly is working not the actual 4g network or fiber you guys need to have reality check now for customer services

A worst internet provider Jio Fiber.. @JioCare They just ask details and never come back.. They commit a fake commitment, close service request without information.. No solution nothing... A worst Fiber brand in the city. A higly paid ambani group earning with fake commitment.

@reliancejio @DoT_India Someone in UP East has given my number as alternate number while taking a new SIM. I have no relation or have not allowed anyone to give my number as alternative number. Jio store says that they can not do anything about it. Pls help.
