    I think jio thinks that once you recharge your number then you don't have choice to move to other service providers. It's my last complaint and if you are not solving my problem then i will port my number to @airtelindia . @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio I had to call repeatedly for 2 months to wake these guys up. I raised the request within 20 days of trial period for device pickup as the service is worst but the device was picked up after 2 months and it was rescheduled automatically from jio's side

    @JioCare Please setup a switch near my building.. Almost every month I am facing no Internet issue.. If this will continue I will have to consider another options like Airtel Fiber, Hathaway etc.

    I have recharged my Vodafone @vodafonein1 number with 1 year pack. It's service is pathetic. If I port to Jio @reliancejio will I get those remaining days as balance ?? #VodafoneSucks @VodafoneIdea4

    @JioCare UNINSTALLATION Appointment of JioFiber connection along with Set top box with Order Number CO0000K6M4BB is scheduled on 10-04-2022 : 13:30:00. You will receive an Order completion code after UNINSTALLATION. Please share the same with our service engineer to confirm completion

    @JioCare Useless service from jio team...once or twice a month problem with internet arises...and you guys need 48 hrs to solve a petty problem, worst service...if any problem occurs today..why is there option to book engineer visit for tomorrow?
