    @JioCare I have recharged for 999 plan for better speed, but the modem does not support. Customer care told that the request generates for the modem once I recharge for 999 plan. It's been 4 days no body is turning up for modem after continuous follow ups from team.

    @JioCare @i_shreee That's nothing even if there's connection in our area for jiofiber, they're not able to provide because of local goons. So even if you have connection these unknown problems might occur without your knowledge. And im waiting for a year even with a connection how about that.

    @JioCare @reliancejio STOP reminding customer before every phone call about the ending plan. Just send a WA msg, too bad customer experience. Irritating sometimes.
