@JioCare Share the status of SR00001A5TCC dated 30th March. No engineer visited till now. No call I received. Called & mailed customer care, got same reply from both place that team is working. Want to know that team is working what & where? How much time team will take?

@reliancejio @jiofibergurgaon This is regarding extremely poor service of jio fibre. I had paid the amount on 1.4.2022 and was promised next day installation. Order No: NO0000L2B9PO. But till date there is no installation and no refund being made inspite repeated requests.
