    @JioCare Facing network outrage in our area. No network from this morning. And there was no network yesterday as well. Not related to sim/handset. Happening with everyone. Zero bars/coverage. Customer support doesn’t know anything beyond sim settings. 784153 is area pin. Help.

    I just ported from @airtelindia to @reliancejio on my postpaid no. seeing good reviews of Jio 5G standalone network. But to my shock, the Jio 5G is only available for select individuals through their Welcome offer. On what basis is this being decided? @JioCare, care to explain?

    @JioCare @Reliancejio visited Vrindavan Mathura for one week and the jio network was pathetic everywhere here..too weak internet and no calls.. had to try 20 min for making one call go thru.. tourist spots like this shud b top priority but u hav failed
