    @JioCare Dear Customer, Our representative RAKESH MOHANTY (Mob- 7008587453) will contact you for an appointment. This person taking advance booking of 2210 Rs and after that he is not picking the call. Booking done 4 days ago , no call , nothing from jio side.

    Paid ₹999 to MyJio for a plan that includes JioHotstar, but even after 2–3 weeks the subscription is still not activated. Stop redirecting me to Hotstar support—I paid Jio, so Jio is responsible for resolving this.@JioCare @TRAI @JioHotstar

    @JioCare voucher??? when there's no service available? I paid by bank transfer, so why is the refund being offered as a voucher instead of being credited back to my original payment method? straightforward cancellation and refund. Why make it more complicated for the customer?

    My Jio Fiber internet is not working from 2 days. Appointment rescheduled twice without any intimation and even after that no update, no visit from any one. Contact Centre trying to dodge the questions and deliberately disconnecting call @reliancejio @JioCare worst experience
