    @JioCare @reliancejio @DoT_India because of this no network issue we are even not able to do any bank transaction or any other transactions as now a days everything needs OTP but as no network no OTP. @timesofindia @EconomicTimes @News18lokmat @MiLOKMAT @Republic_Bharat

    @JioCare @reliancejio i have been a customer of jio bussiness wifi since 2 years, my wifi is down from 5 days now i have called to your customer care 10 times to no avail. My biggest mistake was paying for a full year. This has been the worst service experience.

    @JioCare Why is your wifi services get frequent connection issues, if the internet is slow and you try to restart it gets into red. If the connection gets restored automatically then the service engineer still asks the OTP after arriving 6 hours delay to the scheduled time.

    Hi @JioCare @reliancejio i am facing insane internet connectivity issue from past few days and it is just happening to me not to my flatmate who has the same plan with jio, called multiple times to customer care support but literally no resolution at all. Can you do something???

    Hey @JioCare @reliancejio i booked an appointment for jio fiber installation but somehow after the initial payment you guys are not installing my connection neither you are allowing me to cancel the same. This is not done and really disappointed with this service
