    @JioCare like disconnecting the power connection etc. I complied with it without any success. Again the same thing is repeated. No personnel visited my place till now and the problem continues. Is this SOP?

    @JioCare of you collect the subscription don't you have the responsibility to service the connection in the case of any fault? My landline telephone is not working since a few days. When I lodged a complaint, your people sitting somewhere on the moon all me to do certain errands
