    @JioCare @reliancejio @DoT_India because of this no network issue we are even not able to do any bank transaction or any other transactions as now a days everything needs OTP but as no network no OTP. @timesofindia @EconomicTimes @News18lokmat @MiLOKMAT @Republic_Bharat

    @JioCare @reliancejio What a scam you guys are , your executives took entire yr's 12,000 rs for AIR FIBRE recharges claiming 100 mbps speed while we are barely struggling for 1mbs , now they say users are more than capacity so we cant help,you should never do such big recharges

    Hello,@JioCare,I made a call to Jio Customer 18008899999 and no one there's speaks English. After waiting for 30 minutes,an Automated call asked me to rate the service,which I rated as ZERO,but the system accepted 1 to 5 only. Is this some kind of joke?

    @JioCare I have DM’ed the details of my JioFiber connection & shared my contact details. If this is not resolved in next 24hrs, I want either service extension of the loss of my subscription usage or refund the entire money & disconnect the services.
