    @JioCare @reliancejio @DoT_India because of this no network issue we are even not able to do any bank transaction or any other transactions as now a days everything needs OTP but as no network no OTP. @timesofindia @EconomicTimes @News18lokmat @MiLOKMAT @Republic_Bharat

    Hi @JioCare, following up again as my STB installation is still pending. Despite calling customer care everyday and sending an escalation email, there has been no progress. I am paying for a service including OTT content and TV channels that I cannot access, want payback!

    My Jio AirFiber shows “NO INTERNET” every 1–2 hours for days. 10+ calls, 3 complaints, one useless engineer visit, Selling Churan that it will be fixed by today, and tickets closed without resolution. Premium price, Ghatiya Service. @JioCare
