@JioCare @reliancejio @DoT_India because of this no network issue we are even not able to do any bank transaction or any other transactions as now a days everything needs OTP but as no network no OTP. @timesofindia @EconomicTimes @News18lokmat @MiLOKMAT @Republic_Bharat

Hello @JioCare I'm not able to log in into Rockstar services with my jio fiber connection and when I switch the wifi to a different ISP it works but I'm not gonna Change my ISP for only this and I also wanna play so please resolve this issue!

such a poor service bein provided, i have been raising a concern of network issue for almost 7 days now, everyday the customer service guy says with 24 hours they will resolve and it has been escalated but absolutely nonone reaches out. Very bad service. @reliancejio @JioCare

@hawkeye Can you please give a clarification about the support of SA 5G in Mi 10 and 10i devices, which was advertised that will support all the 5G bands available in India, and now Jio users are not able to use 5G. Else we will be sorrowfully forced to port from @reliancejio

@JioCare Hey @JioCare, I do not have any concerns from you. Excellent service from your end. I was issued a new swapped SIM & it started working instantaneously. Much appreciated! Expected a similar response from @Airtel_Presence. It's been over 24hrs now, still not activated.

@JioCare Thank you for your prompt reply but I really hope I get a more prompt response and someone can resolve this issue now. After 5G has been launched forget faster network, I barely have had any bars or connectivity and now total blackout!!!
