    @JioCare @reliancejio @DoT_India because of this no network issue we are even not able to do any bank transaction or any other transactions as now a days everything needs OTP but as no network no OTP. @timesofindia @EconomicTimes @News18lokmat @MiLOKMAT @Republic_Bharat

    @JioCare Got a call from 7990015091 The way the customer care excutive was shouting and forcing to get recharged, the moment I asked her why, are you shouting this way, wait a minute let me record the call she disconnected. Really annoyed by, her behavior

    @JioCare @reliancejio hello. Paid full amount for Jio fiber installation at a alternate location in morning. Got slot 4-5.30 pm. Technicians no where in sight. Customer care on phone unable to resolve. What should be the course of action ?

    @reliancejio, on daily basis, I’m getting 6-7 spam calls and I receive such calls at odd hours. Please resolve this issue at the earliest or else I’ll be constrained to port my number.

    @TRAI @reliancejio @JioCare My number id added to MNRL list Unable to get help from 198 or email Due to this i am unable to use my banking service. This is happened after i jave ported in jio. Which is my mistake . Help me to fix this issue My issue is pending from past 1 month.

    @reliancejio @JioCare You guys have the worst customer service ever, recharged my jiofiber for 999 on Jan 16 and since then, SonyLIV, Discovery+, SunNXT, and LionsGate are not working, customer care says it will be done in 24 hours and nothing happens, technical team says its /

    @JioCare I sent an email describing my issue. Jio customer care has disconnected my calls. Not calling back. Not provided me with a service request number. I called the customer care number today - twice.
