    @JioCare why is my service request closed without any resolution? I called customer care and spent 25mins on phone with hold time of almost 15min answering same questions. I’m in this city only for two more days and I need the fibre connection to be closed and refund issued

    @reliancejio What are you babbling about.. 5G is not reliant on the sim, if the sim is 4G it can do 5G it is the phone that counts... how stupid do you think your customers are...

    @reliancejio You have a very worst services in Sohna Haryana, I am not able to call anyone or use my internet and if someone is calling me I have to ask them to call on my @airtelindia number as they are the only operator giving me the complete network along with super internet

    @JioCare you guys have some really weird and rude on site technicians. Did not resolve my issue and just left the site without even informing me. Or telling me what the issue is.

    @JioCare Dada, I know you are providing good services and best rates as well. But sometimes you have many limitations. I earlier using Jio company connections only but I am unable to use it now. No one is a concerning person who can solve my issue. So I switched to Airtel unhappy Services
