@JioCare Ignoring it is not the solution you should give because it is not an sms. So stop the voice announcement immediately. If Vodafone can, so can jio. Else forget recharging, I'll just port out to another TSP.

@JioCare @reliancejio request no SR000015W8AE for jiofibre. Its more than 24 hours broadband is down. Bad service. I miss @airtelindia broadband.

My uncle is a Vodafone customer, he wants to transfer the number to JIo, I go to JIO store in my local area, I see the Aadhaar card of DG Locker and they say it is not a government app and they use it very badly.@JioCare

@reliancejio @JioCare keep on fooling me. I ordered STB and also recharged with 999 plan. But I am yet to get STB even the scheduled time is past by 24 hrs. No positive response from customer care. My plan is getting wasted and want refund for delay.

@airtelindia Airtel broadband 100 Mbps cost Rs 800 while Jio cost Rs 700. I have been customer with 14 yrs, but Airtel neither improves service & customer care. Simply increasing tariff wont help. Bye Bye Airtel. @reliancejio
