    @JioCare it's been four days your representatives are not able to install Jio fiber connection at my home. They are making stupid excuses. The person named Ajay, who did my registration on 22 may 2021 told me it would be installed within 3 days. Now he is not picking phone.

    @reliancejio a simple call yet not resolved. It is taking too much of time. Just 4 months ago switched from Airtel to Jio hearing good about your services but seems all in vein. Pls help so that there should not be any requirement of further escalation. Service Req. SR0000151Q1C

    @Maliksaiyidain @JioCare @jio_fiber But here in Shillong (Mawprem Area-793001) around 20 houses we are not having Jio fiber connection for more than 48 hours now. Raised complain around 3 times but no engineer called or came forward to resolve this issue. U r lucky enough that it got resolved in one hour...

    @JioCare @reliancejio Got fed up with your customer care support.They disconnect call without solvinng issue. My area mobile network not working these days, it was much better a month back but nobody checks or is it time to switch to other operator??

    So my jio sim card is not working only in my phone and every other sim card is working perfectly in my phone. Interestingly my sim card is working very well in other phones @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare heading towards 5G but the fact is that I’m still getting Internet speed less than 1 mbps. Never seen such irresponsible worse operator. Despite informing the issue not getting proper treatment. Shame :( #JioisWorse

    Today I was talk time recharged Rs 654/- with @reliancejio mobile app and transaction was successful but not recharged. And we contacted with customer care service, and their responses are so erratic. They didn’t wait for complete the issue to understand.
