    @JioCare Quiet frustrating. Last 7/0 days. Speeds fluctuate way to often. Streaming on YouTube Netflix etc is slow. Feels like jio is lagging. Why.

    @JioCare Till now, no one has arrived. It really feels like common people are being harassed by this kind of service. There is no one to look into the issue and no one to listen. The system is worse than “Andher Nagari, Chaupat Raja.”

    @JioCare My Jio AirFiber connection has not been working for the last 12 days. mobile no 9123345131 postpaid airfiber+913331545027 Jio account no 310673591826 I have contacted customer care several times, but my issue is still unresolved and I am unable to connect with support.

    Very poor service from Jio Fiber; I am so frustrated. The customer care service is also terrible. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare @JioFiber 2/3 After failing to restore the service, I requested disconnection and a full refund. Instead of taking responsibility for the outage, your team is citing policy terms to deny the refund. Why should customers pay for a service Jio failed to provide? @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio Jio fiber wifi is down from 6 pm of June 6 and will be revived on June 7 only. DISGUSTING. This type of service in posh south Kolkata. INTERNET BLACK OUT for so long. WFH totally shutdown. SHAME on JIO. my number 03355059*1
