  @JioCare I'm not getting any OTPs since yesterday. No incoming messages are being received. Outgoing sms works fine. I trusted your network and connected all my bank accounts to this number, now I'm not able to do any transactions since yesterday because of this.

  I am resident of lucknow jankipuram and trying to get jio fibre from 1 month and i am connected with jankipuram jc but he is extending the time line nothing else he has done till now . Worst 👎 service by jio team and jio officials. @reliancejio @JioCare @reliancegroup

  @JioCare why is the signal very weak in my location for Jio? Airtel and VI work really well. Am not even able to make a single voice call using Jio. If this continues my entire family would port to @airtelindia . Our location is in the Prime location of the city.
