@JioCare NO jio fibre service in the past two days, when you call the customer care they have no information they just say work is going on it will be done in two hours but 2 hours has turned into 2 days and today I get a message it will take three more days.

@JioCare Pathetic customer care services by @jpbcare @jio_bank . Yesterday they raised and service request SR****651353. Today messaged that it is resolved. And the issue still persists. It's the second time they close the SR without resolving the issue.

.. their center is off from more than a month now. So employee called me told me to travel to another city and check if they can activate😡🤬. Pathetic service from @reliancejio @JioCare. Also since I haven't used my number from a month I will not pay my bill for this month.
