    @JioCare @JioCare I have already shared all these details in the DM yesterday! Despite that, my speed test right now shows 0.01 Mbps download speed and 100% packet loss. Stop repeating automated loops and fix the actual tower/network issue at Chopan.

    @JioCare what a pathetic service first the services are disrupted since last 3 days secondly there is no proper response on the help line number. I want to disconnect my Jio fiber service.

    @JioCare Check the DM. They are saying that service engineer will arrive on 18th August... This is not acceptable at all... What do we do for 1 week without internet...?? Will you give us extra 10 days...?? Will you refund the money...??

    @JioCare @JioCare looks like jio team is so non technical that they are unable to find issue mentioned in my service request, neither they are to speak to support engineers who already visited my house,nor jio team want to connect with me and understand the issues.

    @jio_fiber has a worst service..from last 15 days or so I m facing connectivity issue...after various complaint it still persist..don't know about the qualification of #jio engineers...but they r doing fishy temporary work..fed up of jio..@reliancejio @JioCare

    @reliancejio I ported my No. from BSNL to Jio and received the new Jio SIM, but there has been no network/service for a week. Customer care keeps saying activation will take some time, but there is still no resolution. Very disappointed. Plz resolve this urgently. #Jio #JioCare
