@reliancejio I migrated from pre paid to postpaid. Its been more than 48 hrs from and I haven't received my set top box yet. Customer support team is also helpless. Dropped emails, but no response.Dont ask me to DM, as that is also not helpful

@JioCare @reliancejio worst service, local jio staff do not give any heed to the customer service. Raised relocation request on 4th May and the issue is not yet resolved. Staff came and said as feeder has limited connection we can't accept your relocation request.
