    @reliancejio @JioCare #MukeshAmbani. Service not size matters. I am compelled to surrender my JioFiber subscription for poor service by your field office in #Gurgaon. I am sure many subscribers would be facing such poor services.

    @TRAI In home the internet issue huge at peak time.. every time we need full fledge of internet without poor signals...the network provider @JioCare deployed all 'G' but simple browsing speed taking too.. long to load.. think about video call? @TRAI asking questions only..no remedies.

    Extremely frustrated with the Jio network. Customer care is just computerized voices, and Twitter support only asks for address/pincode without providing any real solution. When will the network actually get fixed? @reliancejio @JioCare

    @reliancejio @JioCare Its becoming every alternate day affair of internet outage of Jio Services in Vile Parle East, P M Road area. No proper resolution found so far. Cant you fix it once and for all?

    @reliancejio When we are recharging 5G then why am I not getting 5G service and I have been complaining for 6 months but Jio team is not taking any action.
