    @HathwayBrdband I am still facing the same problem. Not one person from the technical has called me. Today a new service ID was created without solving the previous Service ID. Its been almost a week now. Worst customer experience ever. @JioCare hpe u guys listen to ur cstmrs unlike Hathway.

    @JioCare My internet isnt working since the past three days. I had raised three tickets with the customer care. These tickets are now closed withno resolution. I have been given different numbers from different individuals. This is pathetic service from Jio. @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio @RelianceJioCare Vaduj near to Satara,MH one of the major town in Khatav Taluka having population approx 40-50K.But the jio network around the area is very weak&not available at most of the places.There is no jio coverage around city.pls look into the matter

    @JioCare IS THIS THE SERVICE YOU PROVIDE TO YOUR CUSTOMERS.... FROM THE LAST THREE DAYS I HAVE BEEN CALLING TO JIO FIBRE CENTER FOR WIFI CONNECTION... MONEY ALREADY BEEN DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT... BUT NO RESPONSE...तो अब क्या करूँ मैं... मर जाऊं 🙄🙄
