Very pathetic customer service from @reliancejio @JioCare .. No one takes the call ans auto response calls just hang up .. until the payment of money sales guys are very sweet and prompt and then the pain begins .. very disappointed Mr. Ambani #MukeshAmbani

After a month of sending emails and and contacting the Jio care, the number’s service are still not restarted. Jio wants a confirmation from Vi which was sent to them around 20 days ago. Yet receiving the same standard copy paste reply from @JioCare.

@reliancejio I felt like I was scammed when I continuously paying 999₹ for jiofiber and u guys suddenly cancelled amazon prime subscription even though I have paid for it.Your customer care doesn't have a proper information. I was really happy about jio earlier,now I hate u guys
