@reliancejio Jio fiber has "WORST SERVICE" Not getting solution of my problem from last 6 days and not getting any reply from the team. Getting a speed of 6mbps for 300mbps plan and that too on a 5G connection. Looks like customer doesn't matter anymore to Jio #Worstservice #ChangeJio

@JioCare If it can't be done now , drop an apology mail stating can't resolve issue in 6 days and will not be able to as customers doesn't matter to us. And refund me my money I will go for other company's connection with much better services #Worstservice #ChangeJio

@JioCare @consumerforum_ Please help. @JioCare is not providing any concrete information. They have taken money for 3 months and now are changing dates of installation without informing and are not installing. Even their customer service and area manager are not responding

@JioCare That's rubbish - 48+ hrs and nobody from your team has turned up, me service have been rescheduled for the 5th time. Customer has no access to any senior cc exec, area manager, technician assigned for the complaint.
