    Service ID: 300250794994, My JioFiber Router is not turning on. There is no red/ green led on the front when I switch it on from the power! I tried removing power adaptor from the socket and put it back on as suggested in live chat but it is not working at all. Help @JioCare

    @reliancejio @fiber_jio @JioCare Dear JIO, first of all your Customer care is pathetic. I want to shift my Jio fiber connection from one location to other in the same city, but JIO wants me to cancel my old connection and apply for NEW connection. This is Bizzare..!!

    @JioCare We are still facing network issue. It seems you guys haven’t resolved yet. The only solution is to install tower or booster to enhance network in this area.Approx.1200 people are effected with the poor network. Most of them are Jio users.#Jionajeenede @reliancejio @reliancegroup
