Such a horrible service @reliancejio . It's been a month since I am raising requests to #Jio but I still have no update. I don't know who to contact. I tried contacting them on mail, call, message, twitter but to no avail. Shameful @JioCare @reliancegroup . Pathetic. Harassing.

The call center says that they are in lack of engineers which is hard to believe for an organization like JIO. Even though JIO fibre Wi-Fi works fantastic but service is below standards. Local operators give better & quicker services. @JioCare

@reliancejio I don't why but even if the weather is little bit rainy the complete network goes away... a single call cannot be connected and nor a text msg is been able to send... facing this issue since last 3-4 days !!!
