@JioCare All the support team of @JioCare is pathetic. I don't get the point when they say "give us some time" or "will get in touch soon" does it mean a month/year or something? For the installation you took a day to install for service probably a lifetime. Pathetic support and service

@reliancejio Airtel internet speed is much better than han jio ......And many times I complained about the speed but jio care didn't respond for that .... Jio has very very bad internet speed and read the articles they are adding million users...peculiar😡

@reliancejio Yesterday I recharged with annual 2400₹ prepaid plan and since then I am getting speed of 3-4kbps. Is it the case that once you get the money, you don't care about customer?

@JioCare very sadly I must say ur broadband services suck in Hotel Radission , Srinagar and lame excuse of snowfall for poor speed doesn’t sink well.
