@JioCare @reliancejio trans id - BV00000XAHB2 have done a recharge on my grandfather mobile and the amount has been debited from bank and also received a message that recharge is successful but till now not been able to use the service Recharge was done on 28 th march 2019

Hello team @JioCare. There is indoor network issue in Sassoon Hospital, Station Road, Pune. There is no network available for even voice calls. Please improve your network in hospital premises at least.

@JioCare All the below steps are done 1. Jio SIM is inserted in SIM slot 1 2. airplane mode is off 3. Network mode is LTE/CDMA/GSM 4. data and voice is routed through Jio SIM & data roaming is on Error: no specific error it shows, suddenly signal strength goes down to one point or zero
